Checked the app for discounts and there was only today 30% off $5 or more. Such a deal! Hubs and I decided to get a BIG ARCH since it cost about $10, and share it. And we did. After a walk at the park I walked in. Amazing that I got the kiosk to work the first time. Ordered only the BIG ARCH for $7 with the 30% off. Took it home, cut it in half and.....BIG ARCH was delicious. I'd say it's a home run! I'll call it a gourmet burger. McDonald's is consistently good. The competition is also coming out with improved burgers. Next time we get a craving to share, I hope to find another discount on the app. read more

Used to be great.. not anymore. Drive through is worst I've ever experienced. 99% of the time I order (through the app too) I'm asked to pull up into a space even when there is NO ONE behind me in line. The people running the drive through are SO rude too. This place is a joke and I hope it's not a sign of all McDonald's. read more

Terrible franchise. The store is often closed, except drive through. The app never says when the inside is closed so if you place and order for pickup and the line for the driveway is to the street because they won't let people in the store, you're screwed. So it's morning I happen to be someone's got there lucky before the rush missed half my order went to the gas station next-door to fill up realized it was all cool lines about 10,000 miles long. None of the doors are open. I asked an employee outside hey they forgot something. Are you able to let me in or can you help me with this and they said no you have to go through the drive-through. I hope I am this is the correct McDonald's in Bainbridge where Walmart and other neighboring stores. I ordered the two fish sandwich meal with fries and a drink. Well, I got one sandwich, there were hardly any fries. I drove back through drive through and stated I only received one fish sandwich and showed the manager the amount of fries. She seemed upset, I asked her to calm down; she stated she's calm. I did not wait long for my food, but her comment was I can go on with my free food .... Really nice. I was in Bainbridge McDonalds drive thru to get a shake. I pulled up to the outside lane, and WAITED through 3 cars being served in the inside lane before saying "hello?". Response I got?!? "Will you GIVE me a minute!?!?!" -she said in a nasty tone. I was like, nope, pulled out of line and went inside, and told the gentleman what was said. Another mess up from my favorite place. This is getting ridiculous already. I stop every morning and this week has been a challenge.

My kids were in the mood for sundaes the other day and McDonalds was the place to go. The line was quick and while the menu was not as large as normal (they had a limited one and maybe because this was late at night?) the food was still good and the service was great. I did notice that the people working there were not wearing protective gear and that was a bit surprising. Overall, good and yummy as always. read more

Every time I pull up to this McDinald's I have very little confidence they will get the order right. Today, the kids wanted the three hot cakes with sausage breakfast and my wife wanted a small iced caramel macchiato with a has brown. Instead, I got 9 hot cakes, no sausage and a large iced mocha. I don't understand how they continue to mess up the orders even after repeating my order and correcting them after their entires appear on screen. Located conveniently right off 422's 306 exit (despite three traffic lights and turning left against busy traffic!) Food and service have generally been up to McDonald's standards - no problem there. Due to its convenient location, the drive-thru can get pretty well backed up throughout the day. read more

After dealing with the despicable service and stale food at the Woodmere location, the Bainbridge McDonald's location feels like a classy five-star eatery with three Michelin stars. Every time I go here, I get my food fast and it tastes extremely fresh. The workers are always very nice and competent. In fact, if I had the money, I'd pay them a $15/hr minimum wage myself. Whenever I'm feeling daring and decide to visit another McDonald's, I'm reminded of why I always choose the Bainbridge location. read more

Only to find out when I got to the window they are pulling up every single car for them to wait for their food. This McDonald's puts on a front about speedy service to their corporate, but yet it's really fast. Their timers only seem fast due to the fact they pull every car. There are four other cars and myself waiting for food. This is ridiculous. For one sandwich I am having to wait for longer than five minutes! I understand that it may be changeover, I was a manager at a McDonald's for 6 years. I know how crazy it can be. But pulling every single car is not right. This McD's is one of the worst I ever encountered in my 40 yrs. of eating at their restaurants. I used to eat there all the time but in the last few years, the help has really gone down hill. Almost to the point of being rude at the drive thru. Very rarely do they ever get my order right. I need to check the bag before I pull away or it's for sure I'll wind up waiting a second time in line just to get the rest of my food that wasn't in the bag the first time around. This is a great Mcdonalds location. The staff is always timely in a fashionable way and quality tasting Double Quatter Pounders are on point. The free wi-go is awesome I use it a lot, and the All American food is made locally and sourced locally so it's All American. The dining area is most of the time clean most o the workers are timely in that affect. I enjoy eating inside as I am a fan of the South Western grilled Chicken Salad and Spicy Chicken sandwich Thanks for existing in this locale. read more

With the exception of the mature cashier that works there weekday mornings there is nothing good about this McDonald's. 8 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. I know its hard when there's 2 cars in line to make a couple of plain hamburgers for my dogs. They don't eat ketchup and mustard and dogs should not eat onions ever. You ask for an iced drink they give you a hot one, cannot believe they think they deserve $15 when they can't read or get an order right. There is no other fast food places near me without having to drive 20 minutes so I get coffee there and my dogs burgers once in awhile.
