My experience with this restaurant started upon me entering the parking lot. There were four open spaces that I could've chose once the UPS truck moved but HE PARKED sideways and took up all four spaces so I had to go WAY back and limp all the way to the door. The four spaces that the UPS driver TOOK WAS closer to the door and all other spaces close to the door were taken up with other cars. After that unpleasantness, I walked into a semi crowded line of people, but I was served right away, and my small hot fudge sundae magically appeared shortly thereafter. all of the people I noticed behind the counter were less than businessly clad. There were dressed for the beach in shorts and short shorts and torn clothes no uniforms no nice hair combed -- not dressed for doing a job that creates the public. it's been well over 15 years since I was in this area and it used to be somewhere to go and was always full up because there is a miniature golf attached to the place, but in my meandering from now on I will almost definitely go someplace else to get an ice cream that I crave. Nice cakes & friendly service! I ordered a custom ice cream cake. The 10 inch was for 12-16 people and we were able to easily feed 18 people with generous slices of cake. The design was so beautiful! For $36.99 plus $5 for adding a personal photo on the cake, it was a good deal. I'd suggest going to the store to look at their binder of cake designs and speak to a cake decorator to help you design it. They will offer suggestions. If you choose to add a photo, make sure it is high resolution and you may email it to them. I suggest emailing while at the store to confirm receipt of your image. Order just two days in advance and it is ready to pick up. Diana (the cake decorator) even wrote a sweet note saying this cake was fun to make! They have lots of cakes ready if you just want something written on it and ready to go instantly. There is also a full menu of food & treats. There is plenty of indoor seating and free parking. The drive through can get busy but they move fast. Nice location on an intersection just behind mini golf. read more

Every summer I look forward to a peanut buster parfait at my local Parma Ohio Dairy Queen. Today is the last day I will every go to that store. This year the management in their infinite wisdom decided to cut the portion in about half. Also it doesn't taste the same after many years of enjoying this former treat it seems like the ingredients have also got cheaper. So another tradition has gone by the wayside do to management and corporate greed. They probably don't care that they lost my business but I can't believe that I am the only customer who noticed this obvious rip off! read more

Treated poorly. 2-4pm DQ advertises half off milkshakes and other drinks. I'm in the parking lot at 3:59 pm and at drive-up window at 4pm per my phone which tracks time nearly perfectly. An employee working drive up said sorry that deal ended a couple minutes ago. I looked at my phone and it still said 4pm. So in trying to ask her what time her clock read and trying to get a half off shake. She said she couldn't hear me so i drove around and went into the store. At 4:03pm i spoke with another employee and she said sorry the registers lock out that deal at 4 and there was nothing that can be done. I spoke with a manager. she confirmed that there was nothing that can be done and that actually the deal ends at 3:59pm. Sad service. Misleading time cut off. I would never treat my customers so callously. So they don't need my business. read more

Horrible service. Ordered 2 peanut buster parfaits in the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon. Took 5 minutes to get to the window, and was then told to pull ahead behind the other car that was also waiting. I questioned the cashier why one would have to wait for ice cream at a DQ? She said they were just really busy (though there was hardly anyone there). I suggested that she help out rather than sitting her ass on the drive thru window while she waited for 2 of the cats in front of me to get their Blizzards so she could than tell me to pull up. Pathetic. They can remodel the store and add Mini golf, but it still putting lipstick on a pig. Just not the same without Nick. read more

This Dairy Queen is great! The restaurant is clean and easily accessible, while the staff is friendly and exceptionally accommodating! Every bit of ice cream that I have had at this Dairy Queen has been stupendous, too, but that seems to be a running trend with Dairy Queen! Definitely stop by for a nice Blizzard or other treat! read more

Let me just say, the manager here is awesome. Initials were HZ. I waited 10 mins for my order, they forgot to make it, which wasn't a big deal. But they more than compensated with gift vouchers for free items. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. If I had any complaint at all, it would be the hot dogs were cold. But no problem, tossed them in my air fryer and heated them up, still delicious! read more

Dipped cone all the way! This location is tricky because it gets very busy in the evenings. Best route, don't go in the drive-thru, park your car and order inside. It's quicker and easier! read more

DQ is my favorite fast food place and this one is really good. The only thing that I'm disappointed about is that it's 20 min away from my house which is far! But all their great food made up for it because they have awesome fries and the most juiciest and most delicious chicken strips I ever eaten. when I come here I always eat their chicken because it is the best chicken tenders you can find and they are so good that you don't even need dipping sauce for them because they are so good. I would look forward to having a DQ 3 min away because it takes shorter time. read more

this place is a bunch of stuck up little kids and a owner who had a rod stuck up his a** !!! i never do reviews ever, but this place definitely deserves it.. i call in a week in advance to order a cake to make sure it would be ready for saturday for my sons birthday on sunday,well when i got there saturday the caked looked like a hot mess everything me & the girl hanna discussed was not done on the cake! so i asked for the manager she comes& apologize for the cake looking like sh*t! she even said i wouldnt accept this cake as well so she pretended like she gave a sh*t but she reallt could care less !! she even offered to upgrade the cake to a sheet cake when originally it was a 10in, i did not ask for anything extra but she insisted! so i go back today to pick up the cake in a whole different city i had to drive & make another trip for them to just mess up yet again ! the ower comes with the girl hanna who i originally spoke to about the cake the first time & brought out a 10in cake after me & the manager discussed it would be a sheet cake !! funny thing about the whole situation the cake they made today should of been the cake they should have prepared on saturday !!! the owner & hanna had such a nasty attitude &tried to play it off like they were doing me a favor !! i caught an attitude real fast as soon as they thought they were in the right this whole situation could of been avoided if they would of just prepared the cake the correct way the first time when i came to pick it up saturday!!!wasted a whole day for them just to lie again the damn owner is so cheap to buy a camera with audio i told him can ge hear the audio from the camera so he can hear what i &the girl discussed on saturday !!! just a whole mess !!! never again!!! read more

Nothing special about this place, their ice cream is ok. On busy nights drive thru is insane and impossible to turn left out of here. Prices are high too. The employees are really nice and it is a clean store. read more
