Bird City Blend is a rich strong balanced brew, not bitter or sour, with light flavors of cocoa and filberts. We also got Zeke's seasonal dark-chocolate covered roasted beans. They were dark and delicious, with the good crunchy crunch of a real Arabica bean in the center. And they use Kopper's chocolate which we love! They've been at it for 29 years!
