It's a cold December morning and I needed something hot to drink. I choose to get in the drive thru at this store. I placed my order at the menu board, then proceeded to pay for my order and pick it up. The team member wasn't very attentive. After he gave me my drink I was asking for sugar as the glass doors of the pick up window closed. He walked away and I patiently waited. When he came back and opened the window, he asked me if I was paying by cash or card. And I asked him if I could have some sugar because I already paid for my food. You might know by now that I love Dunkin' in the morning. It's in my daily route and the flavor of the coffee, is always on my mind. Today I got all of my breakfast for under $10! Only been here a few times but the drive-thru is always very long. I've found that I'm better off just going inside to get faster service. The employees aren't the friendliest. They don't even really acknowledge you when you go in. Not in this area that often to really go here so it's not a huge deal. Plenty of other DD locations around! read more

The service went from very bad to extremely terrible today November 21, 2021 that I felt like screaming at the talk slim Indian guy that took my order. To start with, my family and I went to grab a quick breakfast via the drive through. Dude took my order in such a fast way that I knew there was no way he could have gotten the order right even after repeating myself 3 times. I finally moved to the window to pay and pick my order but decided to confirm one more time. This dude went bananas on me telling me that window is for pickup alone and not confirming my order...come to find out he got everything wrong and when I pointed that to him; he became upset and disrespectful. The long and short of the whole thing is that the store does not see the value in taking care of a customer 100% but was rather concern about the long line and the fact that he might lose some customers from me slowing things down a little to get it right only because he got the whole order completely wrong. The staff here are so disrespectful you'll think you're getting free food and who really wants to get disrespected even if free. Bad customer service and they simply DO NOT CARE. Shame! Shame!! I've been going to this location for only 2 months because the closest one to my house changed hours. This one is also the only location on my route to work that is open at 430am. Trust me, I tried 6 different locations between my house and my job before I found this one. Anyhow---out of the short time I've been going to this one, I've been accused of trying to short change them on 3 different occasions. How can I cheat you out of any money if I'm using my DD App to pay?? If he feels like I'm not paying him the right amount, could it be that he's charging me incorrectly? This morning a $1.68 was charged on my DD and he called me back to the window because he said I owed him more money. I was like its a special on the DD App. Currently, a Large hot coffee is only $1.49 when paying with the App. He looked something up on his computer and was like oh okay. I won't be going back to this DD only because I think he's disrespectful on trying to accuse me more than one time of doing this. The unfortunate side is that I absolutely love DD coffee and this location by far has the most consistent coffee. I did not say an ice latte but that is what was provided when I got to the window the man gives me the drink and I said that's not what I ordered - I didnt want cold. I try very hard to give second chances but this location has to be the worse as far as customer service goes. The employees seem to ALWAYS be upset, considering i've been to a DD before who has had no donuts this isn't the worse thing to happen but it's something that a little customer service training could solve. read more

As Dunkin' Donuts go this is the best one in the area. The owners/workers are friendly and try very hard to work with the fact that I only speak English. But the donuts are fresh and the drive thru is convenient. Though I am not a coffee drinker, I am told by my sons girlfriend that the coffee is quite good. read more

Every time that I have gone to this place, I've ordered donuts, the donuts I put in a bag and when I get home the chocolate frosting is gone and the donuts roll all over in the bag and the frostings get stuck to the bag. I made a simple request that I was buying for donuts and one of them in a box A box designed for six donuts. I was told that I would have to buy six and when I told them I only wanted four and I would appreciate it if they would provide a box the response was, " hey buddy, I told you you have to buy six." Brenda is always a pleasure to have at the drive thru in the mornings. She instantly recognizes my voice and knows my order and even orders of my coworkers! She has explained specifics of no bread on my sandwiches to so many other workers (maybe temporary/visiting staff?) and is always efficient and pleasant. Nestor, who makes my sandwiches, is a true asset to the store, as well! I don't like going to other Dunkin Donuts locations because I'm always disappointed that the bacon isn't as perfect as it always is here. These two consistently start my morning off well, and I wish the app would let me tip them! We were on route when we stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts (on 03/26/2017 @ 08:51AM) and let me say - for the short amount of time we were here, we experienced: THE MOST friendliest/pleasant staff; I enjoyed THE FRESHEST Turkey Sausage Egg & Cheese on a Flatbread sandwich I've ever ordered from a DD (and I'm a regular at my local DD in Ohio!); the Donuts my family ordered were raved about as well; PERFECTLY delicious coffee! Whatever you guys (& gals!) are doing at this DD -- it needs to set the precedent for how ALL DD's are operated. Well done!!! read more

I was given the wrong amount of change back from the cashier, and when I said something (immediately), I was told that I'd have to come back at the end of her shift when the register is counted!!! What?!?! The manager wasn't of any assistance, showed zero compassion and failed to follow up with me at all!! That was my LAST visit to this location!! read more

I went in to buy the Box O Joe for our Earth Day Community Clean Up event. I ask the man if he could give me 5 extra cups because I knew the amount he gave me wouldn't be enough for our group. He proceeded to charge me for the 5 extra cups. Unbelievable! I never had this happen before,EVER! In fact I have had businesses donate food items for community service events. I left without the 5 extra cups and inspite of how stingily this man acted we still cleaned the trash in front of this Dunkin Donuts . Wish he could have seen these two little girls joyful cleaning the trash off his curb. Needless to say that was the last time I will ever purchase anything from this DD. Went in to have breakfast, got my self a chicken salad crossiant because they where out of wraps (it took them about 2 minutes to get someone in the staff that had the English skills enough to relay this fact). When I got my sandwich I couldn't taste if I was given a croissant with chicken or tuna. Would not recommend breakfast in any way. read more
