McDonald's has some SERIOUS flaws with their phone app. What a headache to use EVERYTIME. Fix it!

Constantly forgets food, sauce, etc you wait 20 minutes before being helped at the counter. waited over an hour for the manager to give me my refund. brought my food after having it redone just for it to come back cold and still messed up. Horrible place. read more

Overall rating of 1.4 stars makes perfect sense. I repeated my order twice, then still had it wrong, for one meal. When i came in to have them fix it the manager said, oh, shes new back there.. who puts a new employee on drive thru?!? That shit takes some level of skill and this new employee ain't getting the job done. read more

This is the second time they messed up my order, I'm a very picky eater so when i fix the food either way it leaves an after taste. It really bothers me cause that food goes to waste. It really makes me mad cause i spend alot of money on that. 1/10 Not going again. read more

Stopped here on our fabulous breakfast tour of Battle Creek, Michigan. Queen Bella requested this as our first appetizer stop. We started with our reservation for a party of 6 with a window seating to see the beautiful morning sky. On round 1 we started with multiple orders of Hash browns, why... because they don't make French fries in the morning, that's why!!! The staff (especially Max) was super helpful and we enjoyed our first stop although we had to get my little brother out of the kiddy ball pit. Some 40 year olds never grow up. Lately McDonald's on Columbia has been making it a habit of serving food that isn't fresh, like the fish sandwich for instance. I always order those made to order and lately they haven't been made to order... I really hate spending my hard earned money on unsatisfying food and customer service.. someone has to take pride in the customer's that keep these businesses thriving. Also you want the customer to always have a great experience indulging in McDonald's.. i hope someone who cares takes a look at this and make the changes.. we the people deserve fresh food when spending our money.. if we wanted old food eating out the garbage would be more ideal.. sincerely the guy around the corner. read more

First things first, I approached this mcky d's with a smile on my face. Let me tell you when I received my Bacon qrt pound Burger, wow no bacon, cheese halfway off the patty, I get its supposed to be fast and convenient but is this really acceptable!? I used to be a mcdonalds employee and would never send this out if I saw this on Table, whoever was on table and made this sucks majorly and needs to get a decrease in pay or fired. Went to McDonald's for a late night snack and They were only accepting cash at this point really inconvenient

Well I just wanted a quick burger, wow talk about snotty service as well. As well walked in the cashier wanted to help with the kiosk we said no as we had cash she still insisted and we again asked can't you just take the order we don't like those things to which she replied" I don't like being yelled at". As we did not even raise our voice it was offensive with her attitude so needless to say we left and went just down the road to Wendy's where we were treated very nicely. read more

This could possibly be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Never have the complete menu, no coffee in winter, no ice cream in spring?. Drive thru is a gamble if you get your order or not. Never been thru the drive thru without a problem of some sort. Dirty, kids play area smells like a pet shop. Employees would just as soon you go somewhere else and stop bothering them. Asked to order and was told to use the kiosk. Local McDonald's Franchise headquarters is in the parking lot, I sure hope this isn't their flagship store. Anywhere else is better read more

I live in the area and have visited a couple times. Every time my order had been incorrect in some way. First, they forgot the fork, syrup, and butter for my Hotcakes. Visited a different time and they forgot to put egg on my sandwitch! Very bad order accuracy but the people seem nice. read more

I walked up so my order could be taken but I waited 20 minutes for that. A line behind me they were only bringing orders from the people who ordered off the kiosk. The manager was rude and the orders weren't right after I got my food I noticed it had an egg in it which I didn't want the they brought another one with an egg in it the worst experience ever!!!! I'm not a fan of posting negative reviews, but I just received not only the worst service but it was coupled with terrible food. We eat McDonald's quite often. I use the app religiosly. Not only was our order repeatedly wrong, even after correcting it at the drive-thru, but the pumpkin spice latte tastes like burnt water. I had to go into her the sandwiches fixed and wasn't even offered a sorry, just a "What did they get wrong?" as of it was expected and happens often. We drove off not expecting the coffee to be horrid. Now, mind you, I drink these nearly every day. Seriously. I've tasted hose water that tastes better. I'm so utterly disappointed with everything and advise you just go to Wendy's, where the food is done right and the gentleman behind the counter is super nice. read more

It's McDonald's! The food is always consistent. The restaurant has been recently updated, and is very clean. Always friendly.

We totally agree with the previous reviews. Worst Mc Donald's experience ever. Being forced to use the kiosk was super annoying. Received our breakfast with no butter or syrup for the hot cakes, asking for some seemed to be such an annoyance to the gal who brought out our food, as if it was too much to ask. Thankfully we were just passing through so there's no chance we will ever visit this location again. read more

The staff of this restaurant are good, and the terrible thing is that their managers are very impatient with their customers! This is also where I am very troubled, because I have no place to complain! I like everything here very much. I really don't want to be alone so that I don't want to come here again! How important is the leadership of a team, I can't imagine how this lady got into this position! She has been unfriendly to us twice, and I even feel her discrimination! Do not go to this location. Seriously. No matter how hungry you are at 3 am, just go to Taco Bell. They're opening a 2nd close location nearby. Food is consistently poor. When asked for extra pickles or no onions, the opposite is received as if to spite you. read more
