I would encourage a boycott of every Wendy's in America. They are jacking up prices while ALSO engaging in shrinkflation. I got a "double stack" and each patty was about 2 inches by 2 inches, if that. Their employees are dull and hard of hearing, but the big problem comes from corporate. Horrible service. Came in on a Sunday when they had low foot traffic and even then it took forever to even put out order in! The workers look miserable and the vibe of the place overall was horrible. They have people pull forward and then they serve orders out of order - I guess to their friends. Two orders I picked up took over 20 minutes but the place was NOT crowded. The other time - I drove off after waiting 20 minutes to even 'check in'. (All orders were APP which will be deleted because I am not coming back.) The face-full-of-metal gross looking "woman" (being charitable!!) on Aug 8, is nothing but an incompetent LIAR. When I complained that she brought orders out to people who placed their order after me, she replied "I just have to walk in and gets yours." But I watched in the mirrors while she did other things and took 5 more minutes to being me my order. The fries were so old they were cold in the bag at the restaurant. I prefer Wendy's over other fast food, but this Wendy's is not fast and the food is lower quality. read more

Servie by the night manager was horrible. He was very rude and uncorporative. I was in the drive thru, They charged me double for my order, girl was new and accidents happen.She panicked and called the manager who the refused to correct the transaction or give me a refund l. He continued to argue with me and said the best he could do was give me a $1.00 cash back. I told him to just void my card sale and if leave cancelling my order. Of course he refused handed me my food, not even the double order I was charged for and then refused to give me my drink with my order. Coming to this Wendy's for the first time was a great experience. The food was excellent, good customer service, and overall good quality. This has to be one of the best Wendy's establishments I have ever been to. If you want good food for a reasonable price, this Wendy's has all you need and more. I have tried to get a decent salad on three desperate occasions. The first wad a Straw berry Fields. It was all wilted lettuce with 1/2 of 1 strawberry cit into 4 small slices and 5 blueberries. That was it. When O complained I was ask if I wanted a couple more blur berries because they were out oh strawberries! I refused it. The next salad was a taco salad. All lettuce, a minor sprinkle of cheese sheds and a 1/3 cup of watery chili that had exactly 5 beans and a very few small crumbles of beef. The most recent was the Southwest salad, which my husband purchased 2 of thru the drive thru, so he never saw them. They should have had avocado, cheese, bacon, tomatoes and croutons. Plus a whole freshly cooked chicken breast. One was lettuce with a 1/2 of a dried out chicken breast. Nothing else, but a sm pkg of croutons and some,spicy candied nuts. The other had in addition to the other half of the breast, a very small spoon of minced tomato. Neither had avocado ,bacon nor cheese. Both came with Pomgranite dressing. Yeah, on a Southwest salad! I spoke to Jessica, the manager, she offered to replace one. The only reason this could be happening is someone is apparently trying to stretch product because it's going out the backdoor. I am tired of getting these poor excuses for Wendy food. They are ruining the companies reputation. The manager said they were made up ahead but we know they are not because we always have to pull up and wait. You'll only be disappointed if you go there. Worst Wendy's ever. read more

I have came to this location a total of 5 times because out of all the fast food chains Wendy's is by far the best, in my opinion. However, this location in particular has always disappointed each time I went. First time around the food was warm, the service wasn't overly friendly or kind but the coke I had ordered was mixed badly. I went a second time thinking it was just bad timing. Same thing second time around. This made me really upset because I always look forward to a coke with my meal from Wendy's. The third time around was 3 months later and only because they closed the Beckly location at this point. Same exact issue. I went a fourth time today, despite my first 3 attempts. Truly disappointed in all aspects of my meal. When I pulled up to order the girl who came on over the speaker did not know how to annunciate her words and was unfriendly. When I pulled up to the window she grabbed my card out of my hand and didn't bother to say hello or even look at me to smile. She came back to the window with my card saying "here" and went to go pack up my food. She handed me the food and I thanked her. She barely cracked a smile before looking back into the building to talk to her colleagues. Now to the review of the food itself.. the fries were soggy, cold and hard. The asiago chicken sandwich I ordered was warm from sitting under a warning lamp but had obviously been sitting there for a while. I also decided I no longer had the courage to be disappointed by their bad coke mix so I opted for a lemonade. The lemonade tastes like mint. How does mint get into the lemonade? I went thru the drive thru around 5 o'clock on Wednesday May 30 and ordered a full size apple pecan chicken salad. I did not have to wait and when I got home, I realized I did not have a receipt. When we opened the salad, it was obvious they had not been rotated as the majority of the lettuce was brown. Very disappointing! I called back around 10pm on Thursday near close, and a very polite young man told me to call back around 9am Friday morning and talk to the district manager. I have worked for both Wendy's and the now-defunct Hot 'N Now, along with numerous grocery stores during my 61 years and know the importance of good customer service and rotation of product. Worst Wendy's ever. I went to the drive-thru, the line was backed up. Placed my order for a Spicy Chicken Combo and a Strawberry Lemonade. As I was waiting tp get to the window, I saw the car in front of me must be having an issue with their order. there were food bags shuffled in and out of the car several times. I also saw the attendant try to give them a Strawberry Lemonade. They refused it. I got suspicious. When I got to the window, I asked if the food bag that she gave me was one of the ones that was shuffled in and out of the previous car. She gave me a non-answer saying that the other car had ordered a double and it took longer. I checked my bag and it had a chicken sandwich so I drove on. When I opened the bag I found that the fries were cold and soggy, and the Chicken Sandwich was NOT a Spicy Chicken and it was barely warm. I believe that it was shuffled in and out of the car ahead of me. And it wasn't even a correct item. I generally like Wendy's restaurants, but this one is terrible.
