Culver's has become one of my favorites when left with fast food options. We were on a road trip from NW Ohio to the Western coastal area of Michigan for the weekend, and we decided to get a bite to eat, but did not want to take the time for a sit down restaurant experience. I wanted to stop at Firekeepers Casino, but again we did not have a few hours available - maybe on our way home. A couple exits past the Casino, we went to Culver's on Beckly Rd. It was around 11:30 on a Friday morning. It was great, no lines. We placed our orders, got our drinks and got seated. Our food was brought to us by a very friendly staff member and asked if we needed anything else or was there anything he could do to make our experience more enjoyable. Kind of rare for a fast food establishment, huh? Needless to say, Culver's has become my first choice if we have to do fast food. This location is very clean, staff seems to work well with one another, and they are efficient. read more

Fresh menu options and our favs are fish or shrimp. Delicious tasting dinners and burgers too. The chocolate frozen custard is a tasty treat. We like it plain. Service and staff are always delightful! Inside dining is great too. Clean and spacious booths and tables. read more

Burger was super thin and not very tasty. Maybe next time (if I go back) I'll try the walleye. I hear it's good, we'll see.

Originally, the Fresco Garden salad was made with heritage lettuce or mixed greens as I call it. I loved this salad! Today, I went through the drive-thru and got a salad. When I got home, I thought they gave me the wrong salad so I called. Apparently, Culver's has lowered their standards (and not their prices!), and all salads are now made with junk food iceberg lettuce. On their online menu, the picture still shows the good lettuce, so I kind of felt like I got a "bait and switch" deal. Yout website pictures should be a true representation of your food! read more

Culver's has always been a go to for if we are feeling like getting fast food! The food as well as the service here is fantastic and efficient. Ever since Covid they've really worked hard to make sure people get their food quickly. I've never had issues with this Culver's so i definitely recommend! read more

Normally, I almost never have issues with this location: good food that is fairly fresh and very friendly staff. This time was beyond the pale of a disappointing visit. I ordered via the app a Double Cheeseburger with ketchup only and fries. What I got were not fully cooked fries and a burger that had pickles, lettuce and mayo. Essentially the opposite of what I ordered. When I called the restaurant the person on the phone was very brusque and not a single apology was given, just the offer to send some coupons to my address. Incredibly disappointing when I know that they can do (and have done) so much better. read more

Stopped in here for the first time on our way home from Chicago. Good food. Clean restaurant. A little busy. But this review is mostly about the service. WOW. What a very pleasant experience. I failed to get the cashier name but she gave us the best greeting we have ever gotten when walking into a Culvers. Upbeat, smiling from ear to ear, and extremely pleasant. This caught me completely by surprise but it was a nice surprise in the middle of a long drive home. Definitely a go to place in my book. read more

I just ate at the Battle Creek Culver''s. The food was the same excellent quality they are known for. This particular Culver's stood out because of one of their employees, Fred, ran things like a fine restaurant. He asked if there was anything he could do to make my experience better, offered drink refills and cleared tables making sure everything was clean and ready for the next customer. read more

Culvers! What an awesome place to eat! Quality is obviously a priority at this location. Butterburgers, chicken sandwiches, cheese curds and fries? Hardly ever will they be cold or substandard. Culvers may be the best commercial fast food place in battle creek. I'd say the only draw back is they are usually busy, so you may have to wait a little longer but it's worth it. read more

Oh my.... excellent, excellent customer service. Very clean. Good food... what more can you ask. One of the guys (Fred) even refilled my pop like it was a normal thing here. And brought me my ice cream when I was done with my salad. I only thought I wanted a strawberry cheesecake concrete custard but ended up getting cheese curds and an amazingly fresh, flavorful salad with grilled chicken. I'm driving home to Ferndale from Warren Dunes State Park and asked Google for "ice cream on my route" (love that feature ) and was directed here to the best Culver's I've ever been to. Went through the drive through and ordered three double cheeseburger meals with two large sprites and 1 large root beer and when I got to the window they only had it as 1 large sprint and 1 large root beer. The thing that is disappointing for me is they charged me the full $2.75 for an extra drink seperately instead of the $.50 extra that it costs when you have the drink included with a meal, or just comping me the large sprite since they messed up my order anyway. One of the best fast food places in town. I tend to visit this location several times a month. Not one time have I been dissatisfied with my visit. The food is fresh, hot, and prepared quickly. I had the Roast Beef dinner tonight and it was fantastic. My wife had the Taco Salad and it was also very good, but is only available on Tuesdays, the beef is on the menu everyday. We've had the burgers and they are very good. The Ice Cream and other sweets looked delicious. I would have given them 5 stars but it still is fast food and you eat with plastic-ware and plastic plates. The staff was very eager to help. I have to say if I owned a Resturant; I wouldn't try to have every item possible on the menu - but the things I did have would be refined to a point that it would be the best food possible for the money. I love Culver's food, and theme I did not disappoint. This location, however, was not clean. The women's rest room badly needed attention and the lobby of the restaurant smelled just terrible. None of the tables were clean. Do they expect that everyone drives through? Perhaps that's the solution in the future. I was very disappointed in my visit. I went through the drive thru and ordered a concrete mixer. And when I came home and sat down I began getting covered in ice cream. I had to race to the kitchen and in the process got ice cream all over my carpet. Once in the kitchen I emptied the ice cream into a dish and then found that the cup had split down the whole side. There are many other ice cream businesses in town to choose from. I don't plan on coming back here for ice cream any time soon. read more
