I stopped by for a quick lunch today after staying away for quite a long time and ordered a Medium Big Mac meal w/Diet Coke. I would have rather have eaten a Steaming Hot Dog Turd and a cup of ice cold Carbonated Monkey Piss ! The burger was a triple decker hot mess dripping in Secret Sauce which came with a side of Over Salted Sea Gull chokers...5 Guys at double the price is a bad ham compared to this inedible Zoo slop ! In fact, management would be charged with animal cruelty if this was fed to zoo animals ! Eating from the Berger King dumpster would be a nightmare on the town compared to eating this unhealthy slop. I have to update my review, over the past few years they completely redid this McDonald's It all brand new inside very modern looking and clean!!!! They have nice workers that are very friendly at drive thro. I haven't had any problems with not receiving things I ordered everything PLUS sauce I ask for comes in the bag now! This mcdonald's is literally outrageous. they constantly mess up and forget things and all of that extra stuff but today was absolutely ridiculous. for starters i ordered off the mobile app and they closed the store which wasn't a big deal so i went through the drive thru line. the woman talking to us at the drive thru sounded ABSOLUTELY miserable and rude. she yelled at us for not knowing the mobile order number even though we gave her our name and what was in the order. Still wasn't that deep or big of a deal to me or my boyfriend but then once we got home we realized they didn't give us straws and there was hair in my food. these people barley had their hair back so it wasn't a huge surprise to me. in conclusion i wouldn't recommend eating here at this point because every time i come here it's a new problem. read more

I used a code and specifically ordered double cheese burgers and they gave me normal cheeseburgers. this has happened to me multiple times with different orders and i have had to go back and have them fix my order. unacceptable. read more

I really love McDonalds, I really do, not just the one in Bayville, NJ, which might be the worst McDonalds there is, there was, and there ever will be. It looks like a waiting room in purgatory and smells like an old taxi. I can't count how many times I have come here and my order was wrong, $15 dollars an hour, hell no, get those automated machines in here and fire everybody! Can i just one time get fries that are not cold, a fish sandwich that is not stale and has been microwaved to death, and a bagel breakfast sandwich where it is properly toasted and not served cold out of the freezer. Service was a bit slow, but the place was very busy, so it's understandable. Other than that, this is a typical Mcdonalds. Decent fast food. The drive through line was wrapped around the building, so you might be better off going inside to order. I would have no problems with coming here again. read more

I was VERY disappointed and quite frankly disturbed. I went there for a soda and within the 2 minutes i was at the drive thru window i saw 2 employees without masks (both wearing them under the chin). 1 of these employees was putting food in a bag while his co.worker was showing him something on his phone as they both laughed and talked (while handling food - no mask covering his face.) The other employee must have just gotten off as she was actually outside but went back in behind the counter where food is handled also.with out her mask covering her face. This place literally messed up a cup of coffee. I placed a drive thru order for a boy's kids meal and a large coffee w/milk and Equal. After making my way to the pickup window, I was told they were waiting on the coffee to brew. Not a big deal, but I asked if they'd like me to move over so other cars could pickup, to which they responded no. We waited another minute and heard a debate over what sweetener to add to the coffee. They asked me and I confirmed it for them. At this point they asked me to pull out of the pickup lane because of the length of time it would take to brew the coffee, to which I agreed. I had my kid with me, so got distracted entertaining and didn't realize 20 minutes had passed. I got my 3yo out of his car seat and went inside, asking for either the coffee or my money back. They had a cup sitting on the counter and discussed amongst each other if it were mine or not. They then poured the coffee and handed me the cup. I get home and warmed up my son's food. He asked for his toy, to which we found out they hand given us the girl's kids meal. I went to add the Equal packets they handed to me to the coffee and found that it was black. The receipt showed that none of this is what we ordered. This is not the first time this store has made mistakes, but this is probably the most ridiculous one to date. I would recommend not using drive-thru or at least double-checking your order before you leave. Bedlam seems to rule at this particular location. read more

Went thru drive-thru, order #3 quarter pounder w/cheese, extra pickles. Also got a hamburger and a cheeseburger happy meal with apple juice, they asked is it for a boy or girl. I said its for a boy. Get to first window to pay, boy was a little rude. Go up to second window to get food, they put the cheeseburger in regular bag and hamburger in the happy meal. I had to ask for the apple juice and also they gave me fries and apple slices with the happy meal. Once I got home I realized that they gave me a girl's toy...UGH! I purchased breakfast and two cups of coffee. (never again) The coffee reminded me of coffee that I bought at diners in the 1960's.
