I used to love this place, but unfortunately, it has really gone downhill. The food quality has dropped significantly, and it just doesn't taste fresh or well-prepared anymore. On top of that, the staff seems inexperienced and unprofessional--mostly young teens who are often goofing around and, from what I overheard, talking about customers rather than focusing on their work. What really concerns me is that I saw on their TikTok page that they had large tubs of ice cream--used for milkshakes--sitting out on the floor, uncovered. That's a major hygiene issue and makes me question their overall food safety practice. I think the health department should look into it. It's a shame, because this used to be a great spot. I just called Burger 25 and spoke to a woman named Debbie. Debbie was so polite and super accommodating and I feel she just made my dad and I love Burger 25 more (if that's even possible). I was telling her about an experience I had with door dash last night. I door dashed some food to my dad's house, he's not so great with technology, so he didn't realize his food was delivered, he called me to see what was taking so long. I looked at the app and told him that the food was delivered 11 minutes ago. A quarter of the way through eating he called me back and said this is the worst food I've ever eaten, and we've never had a bad experience there. He attributed the experience to not knowing the food was outside, and by the time he began to eat it, it was cold. I called today to let them know, when I spoke to Debbie, she couldn't have apologized more even though I kept assuring her that my dad and I were sure the experience had nothing to do with Burger 25, but more to do with not knowing the food was outside. Debbie then immediately sent a $25 gift card to Burger 25 to my dad's phone. Being that this is one of my dad's favorite places to eat, he was ecstatic! Thank you so much Debbie and Burger 25. We appreciate you not only for your great food, but turning around a bad experience that really had nothing to do with you! Amazing burgers! I am not a big meat eater, I'd rather chicken, I don't really even like hamburgers but my son wanted to try this place. I think on Mondays they have half priced burgers or some kind of deal that took our total down which was nice. We had a bbq cheese burger w bacon. They were REALLY GOOD! the bacon is alittle thicker then normal but I really enjoyed this burger! They have really cool shakes all different flavors too my son tried one of those. We have been here a few times since our first visit and every time is smooth no problems ordering or with our food which is nice the place is clean and I really like their food. The only "complaint" I have is when you place your order and go to pay their system automatically asks you if you'd like to tip... I don't understand that they should be paying their employees hourly wages. And someone told me the employees don't even get these tips to always decline when that pops up. I feel like delivery drivers and waitress/waiters absolutely deserve tips but I come here walk in order and asked for a tip is weird.
