Pretty good! I recommend the frozen coke! The fries are best when they are just out of the fryer

Located inside the Mexican supermarket. Owners (husband and wife) own both the supermarket and…read morecoffee shop. There's a nostalgic feel to this place while also being very modern. The name, Drip & Culture, perfectly describes this spot. I was in the Great Lakes area for only 2 days for one of my nephew's Navy graduation and I went to this place twice. We ordered the iced versions of the Ube Matcha and the Ube Hojicha. The flavor balance of these drinks are perfection. As a Filipino, I approve their ube; it's not like the "ube"/vanilla with food coloring from Trader Joe's. Sidenote: I love Trader Joe's overall, but the majority of their ube products are terrible. I'm going to be craving that Ube Hojicha for a long time. I hope I can find something similar back home. Also, if you're hungry, try the tacos sold inside the supermarket adjacent to the cafe. Cheap, big, and delicious tacos!

We wanted to visit a new to use coffee shop in the area and decided to come by Drip and Culture…read more Located in a grocery store with street parking and a parking lot outside makes it super easy to find. They have a pretty vast menu. You can see the love that goes into this family owned business. I decided to try the mango sticky rice matcha and the ube hojicha latte. The Ube beverage was great, the ube flavor stands out pretty strong unlike most ube coffee drinks I've had elsewhere. The mango sticky rice was delish, it was sweet but not overly sweet and the cream made a huge difference in the drink. Highly recommend. Overall we had a great fine and would recommend if you're looking for a fusion coffee shop to try!

I left Austin in 2020 and was shocked to find a Summermoon in Kenosha, WI of all places. The iconic…read moremoon milk drew me back in despite having to drive 40 mins to taste it. Big unexpected bonus? They have a drive through. It seems like an odd thing to glorify for a coffee shop that focuses on quality--but this was really a big plus for me at the time. I had a colicky baby in the car and the idea of getting him out of a car seat and back into it again made me not want to leave the house all that often. Being able to drive up to grab some delicious (non-Starbucks) coffee that reminded me of the good old days in Austin was such a huge mood booster. The moon milk sells itself. It's super sweet, so if you don't want it to be too sweet, I usually ask for 1/8 moon (1/4 is on the menu, and it's still too much for me). I do wish it was in a more convenient location. It definitely feels suburban and like it's just in a random strip, but I'm also not all that familiar with in Kenosha. Hooray for Summermoon in WI. Now I have a reason to make a pit stop on my way to Chicago.

Looking it up online I discovered it contains oat milk, which a good percentage of celiacs, including me, cross react to. The moon milk is a "proprietary blend" they say has no allergens, but oats, rye, and barley are not considered allergens, but are not tolerated by celiacs. No way to know what their secret ingredients are. My fault for not asking The in store menu did not indicate this had oat milk. I assumed it was just milk.
