I loved the atmosphere . Place decor is spectacular. Food is amazing we tried a few things I will say this everything when I say everything was sooooo good. The flavor was unique from the homemade buffalo sauce for the wings to the tacos . Like people say in Spanish " todo esta con madre "

I ordered a spicy margarita with ghost mezcal, but there wasn't anything spooky or spicy about it. I know what mezcal tastes like, and this drink had none of it. My wife ordered a spicy mango margarita, but what she received might as well have been a virgin version. Imagine paying $40 for two drinks and not even catching a buzz. To make it worse, we were asked twice if we wanted another round. I politely declined, pointing out that our margaritas had no tequila to begin with. The staff laughed--not sure if they thought it was a joke or if they knew I was right. Food-wise, we tried the salmon tacos and chicken tacos. They were fine, nothing special. The rice, beans, salsa, and chips didn't add much to the experience either. Walking out with a $90 tab didn't feel worth it. I don't recommend this restaurant. Even though Milwalky Taco isn't fully authentic Mexican either, the vibe there is better. You can take a shot of house tequila, enjoy margaritas with actual kick, order a solid entrée, and leave with a warm belly--all for about the same price, but with noticeably better ingredients.

They have a great semi outdoor patio, but it was just too bloody hot today to do that. We ate…read moreinside which was very pleasant. We had prompt service. I had a combo platter with a tamale with green sauce, a soft shell chicken taco, and a chicken tostada. This also came with rice and beans. I had enough not only for lunch but dinner Great authentic food. The salsa, that was complementary with the chips when we first sat down, was homemade and you know, they roasted the tomatoes it just had that amazing flavor

The chips were ok, but I enjoyed both of the salsas. They were both good. The red one was very garlicky I really enjoyed this and kept munching on it. The other salsa had more of a smoky chipotle type flavoring this was also very good. For my main course I ordered 2 steak tacos w/beans & rice. The steak tacos were ok but nothing extraordinary. The beans was more of a bean soup than beans. The seasoning was very good. The rice was nothing special. Our server Diana was nothing short of remarkable. When I think of stellar service I think of someone like Diana. She was spot on in every aspect. From the time we got there she was there to take our drink orders & to see if we wanted to get appetizers prior to ordering our main courses. She was always checking back to see if we needed anything. THANK YOU DIANA FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Great service, but food? Eh…read more Service was overall great. Our waiter Patrick was very attentive and was full of smiles. The vibe is low warm light and cute. There is lots of seating as well. The main downside to my experience was the food. I ordered the quesa-birria tacos which were actually great as an appetizer, but my main dish was just sad. I ordered the enchilada combo, one chicken and one beef. The tortillas were stiff, and there was barely any salsa on them. The chicken enchilada was covered with an overwhelming amount of lime, the rice was flavorless and the beans were watery. I hesitate to call this place clean because my water cup had crusted gunk on it, which makes me believe they don't wash their dishes too well.
