Ordered a McDonald's Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese No pickle. This was at the Beaver Dam Wi. McDonald's on Park Ave. / Hwy. 33 around noon time 6/2/26 I believe the order number on the receipt was #1414 I find it hard to believe that these workers can't make a cheeseburger!!! See the pictures attached. They couldn't even take the time to actually put the cheese ON the burger, or to put the actual burger centered on the bun...I mean how hard is that??? It's disgusting that these workers even get paid a dime much less minimum wage!!! Aren't the managers here bother to see what the cooks are doing??? This is not the first time it's happened. I don't know why this McDonald's has so much hate on this app... especially the review on the kids toy... like that must be fake... or that person needs help/ therapy. It's McDonald's, so I don't expect much. I do expect the staff to know how to use a broom and window cleaner. The place is dirty as a pig sty. More fingerprints on the windows then the files of the local police station. The floor was full of used napkins and sticky soda. More ketchup was on the island then in my little white cup. Food was to be expected. Greasy and as nutritious as eating a 50 lb bag of sugar. But that's my own fault for choosing McDonald's. I did get the usual bowel movement an hour after my meal. Again that's a MD thing, not the location. This review is for the poor cleanliness of this McDonald's location. As if the dirty lobby, tables, floor and windows weren't enough.... Don't forget the 15 years of stale urine that waited for me in the rest room and the lack of towels in the dispenser. YUCK. Hopefully the management takes notice buys some Windex and hires Mr. Clean at the next job fair. read more

l am so happy that McDonald's now serves their yummy breakfast items all day. It's my favorite meal at McDonald's. Contiunue to serve your customers what they like and your drive thru's will continue to be lined up as they are now. read more

We haven't eaten in but what I will say is the wait in line for this place is longer than any mcdonalds I've ever been to.

I've only gone through the drive-thru at this McDonald's, so I can't say what it's like inside. But the drive-thru is soooooooo slooooooooow. Even if there aren't many other cars, it has always taken an inexplicably long time to get my order, and they're always orders of only 1-4 items or so. Once after getting my food, I was told to pull ahead and wait even longer for the mocha I'd ordered. After several minutes I had to go in because I figured they'd forgotten me. Turns out their machine wasn't working right, so it was taking forever to fill the cup, but they didn't think to let me know that so I could order something else, forget the drink entirely, or even just be aware of why I was waiting for so long. They're definitely not trying very hard to make customer service a priority, that's for sure. The food is pretty much standard for a McDonald's, but even in the rare cases that I do want to grab some McD's, this particular restaurant is one I only go to as a very last resort, and certainly not if I'm in any kind of hurry. read more
