We were given the wrong food in our bag. The staff accused us of taking the wrong bag, we didnt, our ticket number matched the bag. The staff swore at us, they yelled saying we were trying to steal food. We got to the manager, she gaves us what we paid for, no appology, and it yook 30 minutes out of our trip. Not a great Mcdonalds. This place literally sits right at the Beaverdam exit of i75 and US30 and they close their drive thru when they are short staffed and only allow inside traffic. Mind you this is 2020, coronavirus hello, this is completely backwards. When your short staffed, close the dining room and leave the drive thru open!! Geniuses. Now I didn't even scratch the surface of the amount of food that I have had missing from this place over the 4 years I've lived in the area. The amount of menu items that they are "out of" on a daily basis. Common things like milkshakes and Happy meal sides. We were on the way to Xenia from Detroit to pick up some car parts. We stopped in. The place was convenient. We walked up to the counter. We barked our orders,, 4 McChicken and a large Diet. Hey trucker tip for the day Mickey D often have any size coffee for a buck inside the same Pilot that charges you like 2 or 3 bucks after you buy 150 gallons of fuel. That being said I went in about 5 am to do laundry and have coffee and some breakfast. Early morning crew was friendly but short staffed. I have eaten here on other occasions and things were great but this morning restaurant was a little dirty and slow on service. Also hotcakes were warm not hot. I don't believe this is normal here so I will stop again. Where to even begin...I guess the very start. Walked in. Ordered at Kiosk, (a custom order, two DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS, no pickle no onion, add mayo and bacon...pretty simple shit...) overheard some kitchen crew member's complaining the instant the order popped up on their board. One of the crew members was having to do another task, and rushed the assembly of both of my sandwiches. Both burgers didn't even have the two patties that are supposed to come with them, not to mention not even properly wrapped, with the added bacon OUTSIDE of the buns. If I could do 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go to any other McDonalds than this one. Horribly ran. Most of the time your order won't be right or your food super cold. Last two times I went there was just for one of there pies, both times they were cold like they just came out of fridge. No warning from workers, I woulda waited for a warm one. Every local tries to stay away from this McDonalds and you should too. Not hating on McDonalds but just this one. Staff is terrible and that's if they actually have anybody to work. This is at a pilot and the service is slow. Had the Artisan Chicken which was very dry. Not sure if it was due to it being a truck stop or what but the price for the sandwich and large drink was 5.49, seems a little expensive for a dry piece of chicken and a drink. read more

I said no and proceeded with my order, no response I set for 10 minutes and nothing so I pulled to the window wait another 5 minutes the girl comes to the window at exactly 10pm and says sorry drive thru closes at 10. She let us set long enough to tell me oops sorry.So we decided to go inside to hear employees yelling in the back using vulgar language. Been here a few times as my husband is a truck driver and I ride along. We have came through here twice in the past two weeks and I have to say there is a girl who works there who is constantly screaming at the employees she has long dark hair usually in a ponytail and her arm is in a brace, if you are sitting in the dining room you can hear her clear as day yelling at them, she doesn't even call them by name it's alway hey you or you. If she is the manager or shift lead I will say right here is your staffing problem!!!! I have stopped here a few times. There always seems to be a full staff on hand. However your order takes forever and is often messed up. Drive thru tends to be very bad at this location by missing food items. Make sure to open you happy meals to check everything before driving away. Do not think drive thru or dine in will be faster. They are both slow. If you ask a question the staff at the counter often needs to ask someone else to be able to answer you.
