When it comes down to comparing Chipotle and Hot Heads it really comes down to your personal preference. While I'll choose Chipotle 99 times out of 100 there is still that one time I want a really REALLY spicy burrito bowl or a Hawaiian bowl or some other strange sauce on a burrito. If you like Chipotle and have an open mind about trying new flavors, I would give it a few tries. I say a few because it would be unfair to judge a place on one singe visit and one single item on their menu. Plus they have a variety of sauces to choose from.

As I turned around the other employee said "wait, that's not right." I agreed. Then he found my order and when I sat down the fries were cold, absolutely no warmth at all. So, I asked for hot fries and proceeded to finish the chicken chunks; still no fries. So, I asked for a refund for the fries that I never got and they gave me back $2.12 but not one word of explanation or apology for the multiple mix-ups.
