Food is great! Portions are large. People were so friendly. It's a hole-in-the-wall spot we stopped in on the way back south. My burger was an angus/brisket mix. Holy moly was it good. I'm glad I didn't order fries because the burger filled me right up. There's no dining in but that doesn't matter. I would rather eat this in my car in the parking lot than any fast food joint. Placed my order online since the restaurant is pickup only. I showed up 10 minutes early and they were already bagging my order! Service is incredibly quick and staff is very kind. The store is cleanly and organized. I ordered the combo meal with Carolina gold sauce. The portion size is great especially for costing less than $10. We checked out Jack B's for the first time last night and it totally lived up to the buzz. We split a bunch of things so we could try as much as possible--their famous burger (which was legit one of the best I've had in town), chicken chunks that were super crispy and juicy, and these giant mozzarella sticks that honestly could be a meal on their own. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about doing bar food really well. The vibe was relaxed and the staff was friendly, even with it being busy. This place is amazing! My husband and I got carry out from there today, he got a chicken and waffle sandwich and the loaded fries (huge!) and I got a cheese burger and the sweet potato fries. I always tend to stay away from carry out fries because they are usually soggy when you get home, not these! They were crispy and amazing. The burger was also fantastic. My husband loved his meal as well. The staff was also extremely friendly and nice. We're from Michigan so not sure if we will make it back there but I would definitely recommend to anyone! read more

My husband and I found this place on a quick Yelp search on our way to West Virginia, and boy was it a lucky find! We ordered online, which was super simple, and the food was ready when we arrived. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap with fries, and my husband got the chicken bites with a side of fries, and it was so much food for a great price! Tried Jack B's for the first time and thought it was a great. Ordered some burgers, loaded fries, and chunks. All of them were very good. The burger was moist, flavorful, and topped with a nice bun.
