I never have really had an issue with this location. The employees are always super friendly and the food has always been great. This last time I went I did have to wait a lot longer than I wanted to but they did compensate the wait with a code for a free sandwich. ZERO STARS - RED FLAG WARNING FOR ND FOLKS Instead of a regular drive through there is A PERSON standing at the drive thru menu (2 drive thru, 2 people... and it appears there could be many more at busy times). In what world are we not giving an order to a computer screen at a drive thru??? The Chik-fil-A in Findlay! I'm sure this is great for some people who need to talk it out (why didn't you go inside, people?!) but for the introverted and especially neurodivergent population where we go to fast food because it's reliably the same food and customer service experience every time, this place is hell. I don't want a person hovering into my driver window with a tablet waiting for me to look at a menu I haven't seen in 5 years and don't know how to navigate. I was "supposed to" have my app open and know what I wanted before I arrived. We are so excited to finally have a Chick-fil-A in Findlay! We went on the day of their grand opening and have no complaints. They were very well-prepared, as the drive-thru wait was minimal (for a grand opening). My go-to meal is a Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo w/ pepper-jack cheese and a lemonade. There are not many Chick-Gil-As in Michigan so every time there was a chance I made sure I visited one. Stopped here and had spicy chicken deluxe with super food side. Everything was as good as I remembered. Chicken was tasty, tender, and juicy. Bun was fresh, sandwich was neatly stacked, kale with cranberries was so tasty. What a great, brand new establishment in Findlay! I have been so excited for their opening. Every time I drove by since it's been open the past 2 months, I have seen a full parking lot. Today I finally had the opportunity to go and it was amazing! Friendly staff at the registers, clean tables to sit at and great quality food. There was even a nice employee that would go table to table asking "how is everything?/would you like me to refill your beverage?" There is a play area for kids and plenty of seating.
