This was a great Culver's location - everything was hot and fresh, and the tables were nicely spaced between each other. I got the mushroom & Swiss burger combo and I upgraded to their pretzel nuggets, yum. I think they make their root beer in-house too and it's always good. I usually get a Concrete or ice cream there but we still were two hours from our destination (Cincinnati) so I abstained. My boyfriend got the same combo as me but the double burger, with cheese curds, and their cheese curds are always awesome too. I had Culver's a month or two ago near me too and the burger and fries foods weren't as fresh/hot-tasting as this location. read more

Food is just like every other Culver's good and more expensive than other options. Today I waited for 30 minutes for 2 burgers, fries, and cheese curds. My order along with several others got lost and the kitchen went into meltdown. The Manager was doing his best to refund several angry people when mine came out. When I went back to the car I realized they gave me an extra burger. Then I looked at the receipt which they never gave me a copy when I paid, and the tag on the bag showed they charged me for an extra burger that I didn't even order. They really need to get their act together, listen to their customers, and get better support in the kitchen, if they're going to charge premium prices. I understand all the food is cooked to order but 30 minutes is outrageous. Being too distracted by greeting customers to even listen to what someone is ordering is completely unacceptable. I used to stop here all the time when I traveled through the area. Now I'll have to find another go-to place. So sad... read more

They are only getting a 2 because the fries were decent. The burger was fried and crunchy, see thru. I was shocked that a single burger and fries was $8.56! Insane. And then even most shocked to see what the meat looked like. I don't eat fast food so maybe I should have much lower expectations. I'm traveling and assumed Culver's was a better options than the McDonald's across the road. I was wrong. The burger tasted and looked as if it was cooked and seeped fried many times. I am not much of a potato person but I'll eat their French fries happily with a side of cheese sauce and the root beer and custard are fantastic. I'd actually like to try some more of what they have. DO NOT PAY CASH !!! This place will try to steal your change ! I paid cash. I was not given the correct amount of change back and when I told the employee about their mistake, they then took 20 min to count their registers. Afterwards an employee came out to give me their unaccounted for money in the registers and the employee told me "if it's more than what we missed you can keep it" when in reality they still came up short. read more

I'm very impressed with their sandwiches! I went through the drive thru today and ordered their chicken sandwich and fries. After we paid, they put a number on my driver side mirror which I've never seen before! They prepared the food really quickly. I think I waited less than five minutes before they came out with the food. After giving me the food, the employee called me 'boss' which made my day! I've never been called boss before The chicken was juicy and looked very fresh. One thing I didn't like was their fries portions. My order of fries were very small. read more

Everyone in this Culver's was very nice & the restaurant was very clean. My husband & I both had a cheeseburger & small fry. For dessert, I had a small chocolate cone & my husband had a cookie dough milkshake. The milkshake had to be eaten with a spoon but he enjoyed it. Every Culver's experience I've had has been the same.. the food is BOMB, the service is great and you are never waiting long for your order. This location was right in the parking lot of the hotel I was staying at for a business trip. I am no stranger to Culver's so I knew what to expect...order, pull up, pay, get your drink, get your number, pull forward and wait for your order. The cashier and food runner was very friendly. The thing that I noticed different about my food from this location compared to the ones in Michigan, my food was PIPING hot. This may be bad for some but I like anything I eat to be hot to the point you wanna spit it out. Everyone knows the burgers and fries are delicious so no need to get into that. While it may seem strange to even leave this up I actually upgraded this review from a one to a two and heavily editted it. Bad experience from start to finish today from placing order through drive thru, getting it read back correctly, getting it entered correctly, the excessive wait considering their standards, the incorrectly made order brought out, to the inability to listen or comprehend and dismissive staff. Ultimately I wasted twenty five minutes and left with no food. I gave them a four the first time I reviewed them and have probably eaten there 30-40 times on my weekly commute and would say they average a high 3 to a low four so I can't give them the 1 gave this review for this stop so they get a 2 because they have proven they can do better. read more

I love Culver's so much! Growing up in Agriculture, I find it extremely important to support farmers. This establishment does exactly that. I am also a student at the University here in Findlay. We get to use "bonus bucks", which are $ we can use at outside restaurants off campus. I am so glad Culver's is part of the bonus buck nation! Within the past 2 years, I have ate here over 10 times. I always get the kids meals because there very filling and I just can't eat big portions. Not once has anyone working here made me feel inferrer for doing so. Let me keep this short, sweet and to the point. Hopefully one day I will try their butter burger or custard or whatever they're known for. A good chance I won't because this was the best (as close to homemade) fried chicken I've ever had! Perfectly seasoned and fried, seriously tasted like home cooked. The green beans were also delicious, serious butter flavour. I'm trying to keep this short, but the world needs to know about this fried chicken! Let's see, service was freakishly fast and over the top friendly. This will be my official stop when heading north! Columbus unfortunately has only three locations, this sucks! I'm a fan! The service was fast and friendly! We went through the drive through and the food was out in a jiffy! My husband had the double butter burger with cheese and bacon. I only had a couple of bites but it was yum-o. My guilty indulgence was the frozen custard. I absolutely loved it. I have to admit that I am not a custard connoisseur (however after this experience I would not mind becoming one) so I don't have much to compare this too. I do have to say though that it was smooth, creamy and everything I was expecting. Loved it!!! If driving through town I would definitely stop here for a treat! June 13 Post Covid - normally had an above average experience with Culver's in Findlay, Ohio. This evening around 5pm was possibly the worse experience. The dining room remains closed due to lack of staff. At least 12 team members working. Order tenderloin with mustard extra onion. Employee did not know what that meant or how to input. Raspberry large quake, wife purchased chicken tenders, daughter ordered her meal. Another hamburger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo ordered to take home. Waited in area near entrance. Wood work was sticky and not clean in waiting area, more likely airborne grease. Manager was in shorts and half top....goes in bath room to change into manager attire. Employee from being counter goes into woman's bathroom to work on toilet, leaves, goes behind counter and uses hand sanitizer on her gloves, never changed them out. Meal comes bagged and sealed. Minus ice cream orders. Had to show receipt, which another employee took and found our ice cream order in refrigerator half melted. Sandwich minus toppings....cheese curds rubber, hamburger with lettuce and tomato was burnt, and ketchup only ....never ordered catchup. No lettuce, no tomato, no mayo. Another Employee takes trash out, cones back in, never changed gloves. Manager comes out of bathroom. So spent nearly 50.00 in food to have items not as ordered, melted, or poor taste. Orders need to be checked before giving to patrons, dining room cleaned, refresher on covid cleaning protocols. read more

They have tasty, fresh burgers, and outstanding ONION RINGS. Don't sleep on the onion rings, my friend- they're the star of the menu. Service can be spotty, especially in the drive thru, but the dine-in option is typically prompt with high-school kids during the week. They're friendly and helpful, and bring your food to the table for you after ordering. You know what they remind me of? Have you seen the movie Pulp Fiction? Most all fast food restaurants since COVID, have lost touch in what is customer service. It seams that they done care. I was at culver in Findlay in told them that I needed to use the restroom and that I have went to two other restaurants and all doors were locked. The person in the drive thru at culver in Findlay told me just to drive away, they didn't need my business. read more

In town visiting family. They have a sign posted that if people don't wear masks they can't ask about it due to HIPAA and the 4th amendment.... Neither of those things apply to a restaurant in this situation. It's not safe to eat here and they're clearly not following state mask requirements. read more

I have been to this location for three different visits. Each visit I have had great service and food was very good. If you haven't tried Culvers before they are great for people who love custard, burgers and fried food. If you are a cheese fan, I highly recommend getting the cheese curds. These are battered fried nuggets of cheese. With the custard there is the flavor of the day but one can always make their own sundae / concrete (shake) and add mixins as the would like. This location is conveniently located off of I-75 so if you are traveling it is a great spot to stop for lunch or dinner. read more

Best "fast food" joint I've tasted in a long time. Try the bacon deluxe butter burger but ask for the 3 cheese hookup (I was told it's not an option on the menu but popular amongst regulars). Try the Reuben as well...solid and tasty, great kraut. Chicken fingers are a winner too. The french fries and cheese balls kick butt too. Avoid the slaw unless you like a sweet aftertaste. Lastly...get a concrete mixer...the raspberry/vanilla mixer was sooo good. I'm not a big fruit fan, but my girl friend's mixer kicked my Reece's Pieces Cups mixer to the ground. The way the fruit is blended into the custard creates the perfect texture. And this location is great. On a long day drive up from the South, we stopped by and the people at the front were great and helpful to some 1st time customers. So the tray of food (burger and fries) were taken away, mistakes happen. So here comes the new burger made to order. This time got a double and only order a single no big deal, I'll eat it. Customer service was a joke. We waited for 15 minutes before they got to us with a line of people behind us. Only one person was taking orders and giving customers attitude while there were 4 people behind him just standing around. One girl would walk from the back to the front never leaving or returning with anything. Just walking around trying to look like she was doing something. She's stand there and look at the line then walk away or walk up to a register and then turn around and walk away again. This mot the first time we've experienced this here. Culver's was great when they first opened. However, over the years the service has gone downhill. Every time we order now, our order is wrong. We have given them several chances. We order a cheeseburger, we get a patty melt. We order a grilled chicken plain, we get it with everything on it. They forget fries. The food sign had lots of places listed and although most, including this one were fast food chains, I have know Culver's to be a cut above and this one was as expected.
