The interior looked amazing, with nice decor displayed on the walls and a layout that was different from any other McDonald's I've ever been to. Although customer service is still available, I could tell from their new layout that the restaurant is leaning more towards contactless service, which I'm personally all for it. The customer service was extremely good. I was greeted by staff as soon as I entered, and my food was brought out to me in a timely manner. The order accuracy was great, nothing was missing, including the extra condiments we ordered to have with our breakfast. The only downside was that the interior was dirty. Although we were there for breakfast, it was apparent that the trash was from the night before because there were french fries throughout the dining room, as well as straw wrappers, and ketchup packets. The tables were also sticky from soda residue. With a score of 21 out of 25, I give this restaurant a B. read more

If I could leave a review with negative stars I would. After watching the food that I ordered being passed around in the car in front of me, I let the person working at the drive through window know that I was uncomfortable when he tried to give me the food the first time. He stated that he would remake the food. Then he returned immediately with the same food in a different bag and an explanation that made no sense. I was very hungry. The food was cold and disgusting. On 11/6/24 went through drive-thru and Angie at Red Pump McDonalds was very rude to me. Immediately spoke with Manager who was there (Jallal) and he apologized and said he'd speak with Angie and it would never happen again. Returned three days later, 11/9/24, and Angie was rude to me again. Obviously either what he said didn't work, or she just doesn't care and is rude to not only me but others. I filed a complaint with McDonalds, but they don't care either. Avoid that McDonalds if possible, plus the outside drive-thru is always dirty with food and trash all over the place. Also, they have two lanes, and most of the time the right lane speaker doesn't work, so you have to yell into the speaker while others in the left lane are passing you by and you have to wait a very long time to place an order. read more

The manager on duty (5/13at 2:00am) called my friend a bitch how "broke in" although they had all the restaurant doors u locked and propped open and she was trying to order inside when the mobile all was not working. None of is will ever be going back because of the disgusting and inhumane treatment of our friend. Not a review on the speed or quality of the food, it's dog/terrible. I don't write reviews, I wouldn't bother writing one if it was just that. The fact is, a lot of older folks like to go and vibe at McDonald's in the morning, if you go inside you'll normally see big groups coming together and eating with each other. However, following the remodel, I can't imagine it's very enjoyable for them. Im in here waiting on my order for like 25 minutes, and the whole time my ears are getting stuffed with maximum volume 2018 and up tik tok music. The music is such unforgivable corporate. It is 9:30 am and there is max volume lil nas x blasting in this McDonald's for elderly people to listen too. Not to mention the new interior is complete horse crap. 2 days ago, when I received my food I had ordered 2 Spicy Mc Chickens, A large fry, and a diet coke. Here's what went wrong, first off they were not spicy. They were regular which was first of my problems, secondly the fries were ok nothing special, and finally they gave me a normal coke and not a diet and i have diabetes so this could've been really bad for me. The only good thing I experienced here was the customer service, the person who helped me at the register and helped fix my improper drink was Meet. I have no option to choose one star instead of zero. This isn't the only location. I always order my caramel macchiato with 4 cubes of ice only. Never gets it right. Other times I dealt with the mistake each McDonald location did: either heavy ice or light ice. The point is I wanted specifically 4 cubes of ice. Either laziness or just don't want to count. Just today I had it with dealing with the carelessness, so I pointed out and corrected the drive thru lady. She took back and "corrected". Multiple workers looked at me and ignored me and a fat middle age man told me I broke in and needed to leave immediately. 4/18/22 1:50am. My boyfriend and I were traveling back home from Easter vacation and wanted to stop for something to eat. We found the 24 hour McDonald's on Red Pump. When we pulled up to the drive through we were told they were closed...a little weird for a 24 hour business that still had employees inside. I come here all the time. But don't get me wrong i love the food (by the way I'm not unhealthy) but all the time I go there the cashiers are so quiet and antisocial. Like one time i bought something and the girl said $9.85 and I gave her $9 and started talking to my brother for a good 40 seconds waiting for my change and I look up and she's just staring at me waiting for 85 cents and didn't say one word to get my attention at all. So then when i got my food and I asked one guy for 2 sweet and sours and he said "yeah!"
