Meal made out of waffle fries, soda, and spicy chicken sandwich that I pulled the 2 pickle slices off of; not a fan of pickle. I went through the drive thru and got my whole order made up from one worker, drove up a bit and the second worker had my order on their electronic device; iPad looking machines. The 2nd worker made the money transaction, money and change. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. Sometimes, the food is cold, under or overcooked. Sometimes, the bag has sauce spilled in it, which is gross and an inconvenience. Sometimes, it's not even from my own sauce packets I order but like they used the bag for other sauces before me? Beats me. Other times, it's fresh and good. This is one of my go to chick-fil-A's!! I rarely ever have complaints regarding this location because they work well as a team here! If you are a frequent diner at any chick-fil-a you need to download the app ASAP, and scan it every single visit to get FREE FOOD!! I am a die hard chicken bagel egg and cheese girl for breakfast and a chicken sandwich with a side of waffle fries for lunch or dinner! I do enjoy they cookies (which I think are a bit pricey) and the milkshakes but I don't get them often. I have notice that the quality of the fries (meaning them being hot) has diminished a bit. I have actually been given cold fries from here before. So make sure you check the temperatures of your fries. The employees are really nice and some of them have been there for a while which is nice to see they aren't just running through employees. The parking lot is pretty tiny and can be a real pain at lunch but so far it seems as if people are trying to make due with the situation. I would really love to give this restaurant a 5 star rating but I just cannot bring myself to do it, and it has nothing to do with the quality of the food. My daughter-in-law loves Chick-fil-A and my son enjoys it as well, but I do not go there often and I had only been at this one once before. The other day I had to go to Kohl's and I got hungry because I had been out all day , so I decided to drive through the Chick-fil-A to get something to eat and drink. It is a good sized restaurant with a huge parking lot that reminds me of the yellow brick road, because you can just drive around in circles if you don't know where you are going in a one-way fashion. After I made one loop and realized I was not in the drive-through , I drove to the correct lane. It was a rather cold day, the wind was whipping and outside of the menu/speaker system were five very young adults, who obviously were working quite hard. It completely baffles me why any restaurant would have people with iPads coming up to the cars in cold weather asking them for their order before they've even seen the menu . I had to explain to this very nice young man that I couldn't give him the order because I had no idea what the menu said. I had not looked it up online because I didn't know it was necessary to do so before I got in line. He was very kind and was perfectly fine with me doing that, but he followed my car up to the large lit menu and stood there in front of part of it so I couldn't see it at all. I had to ask him to move, and he was actually awfully sweet about that as well, and did so immediately . He had not been aware that he had been standing in front of part of it. Once I looked at the menu, I was able to give him the order and pay for it while sitting In my car there at the speaker. Now, maybe most people might think that this is a great idea but I think it's ludicrous and very poor planning. It also does not seem that it saves much time at all, but I could be wrong about that These poor kids are out there freezing, and there's a system in place already to order your food . Why on earth should you gum it up with all of these kids? I don't get it, but that's OK. I drove around to the place where I was supposed to pick up the food and I was looking for a window like most drive-through's have. Instead of a window, I found a completely open door with a girl standing in it, and a man standing behind her and multiple other workers behind them. It really looked very strange. I waited for a few seconds and she gave me my food and then I went to pull away, but I couldn't because there was a car in front of me that had not gotten their food yet. The girl said "oh you'll have to wait a few minutes because this person in front of you is still waiting for their food." I don't mind waiting, but it was just another bit of unnecessary poor planning on the part of the restaurant . It seems that most drive-through restaurants now have particular places designated for people to park while they're waiting for their food if it's not ready. Apparently, this restaurant does not have anything like that, but it does have a large variety of spaces that they could utilize for this purpose. Not sure who did the planning or the design for this particular Chick-fil-A , but it's really quite ridiculous in my opinion. read more

Absolutely terrible. The woman at the speaker cursed at me and when I came around she was acting all aggressive.

I consistently get pieces of cooked breeding counted as a nugget in the meal I order for my kids. Today was the best one yet! They gave me 4 pieces of breading in my 12 count meal. I split the meal between my twins and that left 8 pieces that actually had chicken in them or 4 each. C'mon Chic Fil A, this is just unacceptable. read more

Relatively new location. Had not been to a Chick-Fil-A ever. With youngest grandson in tow, my daughter hauled me to this location during a recent visit to MD. Very impressed with the facility, menu, staff, service - all ++. The chicken filet sandwich and fries were probably the best I've had at a fast food restaurant, yes - better than Beef-A-Roo back home. Lots of menu choices. Placed our order and a staffer brings it out to you shortly. The grandson had nuggets and a juice. He was a member of the "Clean Plate Club" (of course, there wasn't a plate, but he finished his meal). They had a friendly staffer walking around constantly checking for customer needs, cleaning tables. A little later another staffer was passing out little ice cream cones for the kids. Nice touch. The play area was busy and very child friendly with soft bumpers and shields on the edges and corners. Best play area I've seen in fast food restaurants. This restaurant is super clean, has sanitized bathrooms. It is bright, colorful, well lighted, has a great staff and is well run. read more

I know it's a franchise and they're everywhere, but this one is clean and consistent even in the crowded times. Tableside service makes it feel less fast-food-like. Dual drive-thrus are so efficient most people are not ready to pay when they get to the window. It's a little out of the way unless you know/live in the area, but well worth stopping if you find yourself there. read more

For a new establishment, this place does a really nice job. They are always busy, but have enough staff to make your wait minimal. They have two drive-thru lanes to make the process faster. Let's call this an Open Letter to Chik Fil A. I will deduct 1 star for each of the following 4 complaints: 1) Sexual Harassment of a minor 2) Inappropriate Behavior by management 3) Lack of authority 4) Lack of Leadership I am a mother of a former employee that worked at the Chik Fil A in Forest Hill, MD. I had to pull my daughter away from your company because of the 4 reasons I mentioned above. 1) Sexual Harrasment of a minor. - My daughter was just 16 years old at the time when the kitchen "manager" Tony began hitting on her in front of me while she was assisting him in getting his employee meal. I was appalled by this but decided, for my daughter, to usher her away from him and allow someone else to finish his transaction. When I asked my daughter about this, she informed me that he does this frequently to other girls and pretends to not understand when they say it's inappropriate. He claims it's a "language barrier". So I scoped him out 3 days straight, on my lunch break, when my daughter was there...and guess what, she was right. He did it ever day I was there. I immediately had a talk with Susan, another manager, who completely ignored my concern, saying he's just friendly. Right then and there I told hem my daughter, myself nor my family would ever set foot into this restaurant again. 2) Inappropriate behavior by management. - This is directly pointed at manager Susan. In the 3 days I watched Tony, you continuously kept telling customers about your bladder infection and how you could barely use the bathroom because it would "go everywhere" and you could spend "all day cleaning the toilet". That is so disgusting, I can't understand how you still have your job. Not to mention, you are completely rude to your regulars and have no common sense during rush hour. 3) Lack of authority - This is directed at the entire managerial staff when dealing with the kitchen staff. I speak fluent Spanish, and the disgusting talk that is shouted out of the kitchen is just disgusting. Additionally, your kitchen staff should not be eating donuts while handling food. I watched Chriatian tell Leann (spell check?) to handle the kitchen staff only to have Tony tell her to "manager her people in the front", followed by cursing in Spanish. Complete lack of authority. 4) Lack of Leadership. - This completely directed at Randy, the owner of the store. You are a sorry excuse for a general manager. I sat behind your table when a young girl approached you about an older male employee bothering her, and you just told her to "go deal with Susan". In the same hour, Susan was shouting across the floor at another manager, and when they approached you to settle the dispute, all you said was "I can't deal with your womanly problems right now." As a woman, I was completely appalled. I really hope the corporate office reconsiders giving you the Bel Air locations. And if you are wondering how I know all of this?...well, your employees have taken to Facebook to voice their displeasure with your handling of the store and the harassment they face. I live in Forest Hill , MD, which is a predominantly White area . Never have I felt so disrespected !!!! I walked in the restaurant, to pick up my mobile order , mind you , IT WASN'T BUSY!!!! I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and they NEVER did !!! The employees acknowledged EVERYONE who came in that door (who wasn't colored by the way) and couldn't even take the time to say hi to me . This is absolutely poor customer service .
