This is the absolute worst location on the planet! The service is consistently horrible and the food is largely inedible. I placed and paid for an order on the app this morning for a bagel and a frappe before I left my house. Took 20 minutes to drive there, and when I arrived, I was asked to hold on at the speaker. Okay, no problem. But, as I'm sitting there waiting, the menu screens blink off and then comes back on with all of the frozen drinks crossed off with the stupid Back Soon sign over them. You can see where this is going. When the girl comes back on to take my order, I give her my voice code and of course she tells me that unfortunately they can't make the frappe because the guy is there cleaning the machine. Now, I ask you, when you know that a customer has placed an order for a frozen drink in the app, and you know they are sitting at the speaker, why wouldn't you just make the drink and then shut down the machine to clean it? So, I had to change the order after the first one was already paid for, and was told I wouldn't be charged for the first one, but I already was. When I pointed this out, I was told I'd be refunded automatically. Well, this isn't true. I had to go into the order and cancel it. But, they don't tell you this, so if you don't go looking for it on your own, then you're out the money. This store needs to be shut down until the employees, and managers, can be trained appropriately. read more

Third time in a month I've ordered at this McDonald's - between 1:30 and 3PM. All three times it took at least 15 minutes for them to bring me my order (once it took 20). Two out of the three times my food was cold - which tells me the food was ready for a while before getting it to me. The women who brought me the food were very nice. But I would never go here again if I were in any hurry. read more

Pulled up in the drive-through at 10:30 ordered food first window was closed. Tried to add food at the second window was told I was not allowed to and to pull around and make another order if I wanted anything extra I think that's bullshit and badmarketing on McDonald's part. I also had the window slammed in my face twice by this s dude. Then I got my food and I had to assemble it. this is the worst mc donald's in the state of maine. everyone who works there is a crackhead, has the nastiest smelling BO, and is completely rude. i put in my mobile order more than 40 minutes before closing. the line was long and i get it but i was sitting at the speaker for about 10 minutes when it was finally my turn and no one came on. the second it hit 12 they refused to serve me, they would not give me a refund, so now i am out of the money i spent, i have wasted my time. very rude and unprofessional at this mc donald's. read more

They have two lanes to order. Don't use the second lane! Many cars taken from lane 1 as I sat there, so I asked when I got to the window. I was told because the second person does other things too and usually lane 2 isn't busy. YOU SUCK. Food wasn't worth the wait. Chicken sandwich his bland and flavorless. Burger was crap. Like junk. Did you cook it 8 hours ago and let us just sit waiting for someone to come through lane 2? Bad service. Bad food. Bad location. Honestly nothing positive to say about this place. read more

I would not recommend using this companies mobile order ahead in anywhere in Maine two places I have lost money they refuse to refund me my money one location I've lost over $50 and my local one here has stolen over $10 and they're telling me it takes 5 to 7 business days to get the money back and I should've gotten the money back and I have not been issued a refund I will no longer be using the Mobile order ahead anymore for McDonald's ever again they fucking suck read more

Just went through drive-thru and spent a whopping $25 on 2 breakfast meals. They were the steak bagels, so okay, whatever. Ordered one without egg, one with egg. They both came without, mine had no onions (which let's be real, is the only reason to order the thing because the onions are awesome) and the sandwich *and* the hash brown is cold. I get it's fast food and all, but for that money I could have waited an hour and gone to Angler's for actual real food. I guess I'll have to keep that in mind from now on. The more that they charge, the worse the food gets at this particular McDonald's. read more

I went here the other day to get a Mocha Frappe' and was told" our machine is down and won't be back up for months. Also was told no shakes!! This is the worst McDonalds that I have ever encountered!! Seems like they are always having breakdown issues with the ice cream machine, shakes, frappes and aren't able to get my order correct! Sad. Just visited this McDonald's and spent over $70. The cup lids were out. There was no ketchup stocked. When asked about ketchup and a lid the cashier gave me 5 packets for 7 people only. I asked him if they would be restocking the lids and ketchup soon. I was told we'll get to it eventually. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

The customer service at this McDonald's is horrible. My wife and I ordered in the app pulled in to the parking spot and waited , the food came out in good amount of time . My wife greeted the employee in a friendly manner and he didn't say one word handed the bag to my wife . My wife said thank you so much and have a fantastic day . The employee did not respond in any way and just walked off. This is disgusting service on a time when we need better service in order for repeat business and I line in Belfast and frequent this McDonalds regularly. I have visited many McDonald's, but this one definitely is my least favorite. I don't mind getting an occasional fast food meal with the kids, but this McDonald's consistantly gets it wrong. Food is cold and usually some part of our order is wrong and we have to wait or return if we have time. Not our go to fast food restaurant in the area. read more

Honestly this store should be closed for training. Every time I order food it's cold and not usually correct. The few great employees that they had have left, can't blame them.Managers CONSTANTLY berating employees in front of the guests. The morale in this place is non-existent. You can clearly tell there is no training going on here.They always seem to be short staffed ( I wonder why).This is the only fast food restaurant in the area so one would think it's a given that they would be busy during peak times. I can only assume that the owners are absentee. This place could be doing twice the business if it were run properly. For about $9, which is the average price of a combo meal I'll start going else wear.It's pretty hard to mess up fast food but this one has nailed it.
