We went through the drive through, ordered and payed, checked our bags and we did not have our full order we went back through and were accused of scamming them and lying... never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service. The woman working the window tonight should be fired. I can't even put into words how bad this experience was. read more

I'm pretty sure the weekend night crew is stealing from the till, their computer system has mysteriously "been down" and they only accept cash after 12am on the same two nights a week going on over 2 months now, no other McD's does maintenance on their POS system the same nights every week, it's very suspicious and reminds me of a coworker who used to know exact change for every meal on the menu, pocket the difference and even the till at the end of the night. read more

I would give this McDonalds 0 stars if I could. My friend and I were traveling from Vancouver to Seattle and were tired and needed a hot cup of coffee. I'm one of those rare breeds that prefers McDonald's brewed coffee over Starbucks so we decided to stop at this McDonald's and ordered two cups of coffee and two fries. The server was very rude and literally threw a bunch of creamers and sugar packets when I asked him for two extra packets of sugar. We ignored this and pulled into a parking spot to add sugar and cream to our coffees. When we tasted the coffee it was lukewarm. I understand that McDonald's has been sued over hot coffee so they probably don't serve hot coffee ( though I know that's not true of other McDonald's I've been to). What I want to know is that have been sued for the coffee having too much taste too? This coffee was absolutely tasteless. It had been watered down, probably with cold water, hence the cold coffee with no taste. Is this McDonald's losing so much money that they are skimping on $1 coffee now. read more

Drive thru staff are all very friendly no matter how busy they are. The interior is really colorful and looks a lot newer than most McDonalds. Plus it's close to home, I go here way more than I should. read more

I frequent this location because of its convenient location, but I may have eaten my last cheeseburger here. The food and service quality is usually pretty average for McDonalds, but I have had two bad experiences in a row, within about two weeks of each other. The first time I waited 18 minutes in the drive-thru line from the time I placed my order to the time I was handed my food. There were about five cars in front of me and we all waited about the same amount of time. A wait time of 18 minutes is unacceptable for "fast food" and caused my employer to question my credibility when I showed up to work ten minutes late. The two cheeseburgers I ordered were barely warm, cheese barely melted. The most recent time, I placed my order and waited the standard two minutes to receive my food. The burgers were barely warm again and the cheese was definitely not melted. It all tastes the same, but these have got to be violations of food serving laws. Makes me wonder what else goes on back there. read more

Roommate and I go here all the time because of how close/cheap it is. Food is pretty good and consistent for a McDonald's and the staff is super friendly. Chris, one of the managers, will often hook me up with something because he knows how often we go there. He is super cool and he makes McDonald's an experience. read more

Nice, new location with LCD screens, touch sensitive tables, etc. I'd give it a five star rating, but I'm not a fan of the "please limit your time to 30 minutes" or whatever it is signs and screen showing that the lobby is monitored by camera. I was really happy with the service here! The staff is super helpful and passionate about their job. I mean like really really passionate. Almost more passionate then my wife when she hit me with the divorce papers, she took everything's own. Now I'm eating at McDonald's on the regular. I lost my house, my car, and my job! She took my job! I eat here and have to shower at the gym and am struggling to find a job. Please let me know if you have any leads on a job. This McDonald's isn't currently hiring. When it comes to fast food I give a three star unless it is exceptional, then a four star at most. This McDonalds is my go to breakfast stop, everyday. The food is just what I expect it to be cheap, consistent and warm. This McDonald's does that. I do like several of the staff who are friendly and recognize me for the regular that I am. They treat me well here and the food is what I expect. Good enough for a McDonalds, and better than most. read more

Was a great experience today at this Mcdonnalds location. The line was short. I got through the drive through in a matter of minutes and back on the road immediately. Best McDonald's in town by far. Always get great service, funny and nice staff. I've become a regular of the place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drive thru is a joke. If you're in the outer lane, they don't always "see you". We waited 7 minutes with no contact to take our order. Finally pulled out of line and my husband yelled to the person taking orders to ask why they made us wait. Girl offered no apology and said "Sometimes it doesn't tell us if anyone's there." The drive thru had sensors and cameras. Also, it was busy and the inner lane was consistently full of customers giving orders. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out there are people waiting in the other lane. What a joke of a business. We didn't go inside because our baby was asleep in the car. This McDonalds in particular seems to love to serve COLD COFFEE. Nearly every time I have gone, their coffee is at room temperature or cold. It is 6 o'clock AM and I just wasted another dollar on some coffee that was brewed the previous night.... This is a very common thing for this particular McDonalds... if you like coffee... Let me share the 4 out of 5 times I have visited this store. Each and every time has been mornings cause who can pass up the sausage muffin! The crew here are always let's say chatty and lazy with some very strange vibes between the assistant manager and another manager. While I waited for my food I got to hear all about the assistant managers marriage and the lack of attention she was getting, her racist beliefs, her inability to treat people equally, screaming and belittling employees even when customers are present, unable to control her emotions. I like drama as much as the next person but not at 8am on way to work. She stressed me out so I can't imagine working for her. Then we have the manager Gabe and his name I will mention but only because the things he does purposely makes our food potentially dangerous and disgusting. Standing in line I heard manager gabe mention to his assistant manager, one mentioned earlier, that he changed times on sausage. Now the female assistant manager had nothing to say about it so I didn't think anything of it... UNTIL my next visit where I heard the general manager say to gabe "if you ever change times again on the sausage, I will fire you." Now that piqued my interest, so I went home and looked it up. It's pretty self explanatory except the changing times means that if there was a sausage patty cooked an hour ago the time can be changed to say it was only cooked 10 minutes ago! I was disgusted, to think I am getting a fresh sausage cooked to order cause that's what they claim, I have instead eaten an hour old, possibly longer who knows, sausage patty! Since it was a manager who did it and an assistant manager who didn't have a problem with it, who can I complain to and something be done? Now the cleanliness of the store. I went in last week to get my kid a bacon egg biscuit, which btw she enjoyed. The store was disgustingly dirty. Filthy chairs, tables, floors, bathrooms. There was blood on the walls and ceiling and bathroom! If you are going to offer a table service then why wouldn't you make sure the tables and chairs are clean??? It was a clean store my other visits but I haven't seen that little lady who works maintenance, maybe she got an old patty too and quit. I have only seen the young boy maintenance walk around and talk while wiping something here and there. All and all it seems like this store is ran by teenagers who are stuck in high school. Just go right next door to Wendy's, they won't serve you human DNA. Every single item we ordered from that particular McDonald's this morning had long dark hairs in it. I went thru the Drive instead of going in. The mike had a great deal of static but got the order in. Second mike was clear as a bell. My order was verified and money collected, but a two car line was moving slowly. When I picked up my meal It was still not ready and they wanted to start the order over. I declined, and left with half the order I wanted and almost thirty minutes in a two car line. Must be shorthanded/Sunday kind of a day read more
