The customer service is so good here that it is worth skipping the McDonalds in Voorhees. Why? The staff here is typically friendly, nice and thorough with orders. They also won't deny you a cup of water. Mistakes can happen with new hires who are training. However, I wouldn't let that deter you away from this McDonalds. Much of the older staff are passionate about customer service and they pride they have in their work shows. I hope they all see pay increases as they go into the new year. Overall, it is nice to see quality people here delivering a quality experience in my neighborhood McD! Ray Kroc would be proud of this restaurant number too. read more

Worst McDonalds visit In my lifetime!! I honestly pick some junkfood every 2 months and I seen they had a new chicken sandwich, I was hoping it was up to par with chick filet since it's Sunday. Nope chicken sandwich smooshed in bag by employees that hate life. Asked for fresh and got some garbage. Honestly I blame management. The food can be decent for fast food. Hamburgers that have been in the trays for hours! Customer service was the worst. I'd rather press buttons on a screen than deal with rude people. Welcome to the best McDonald's in NJ! I have been coming here for years. The long-time manager is exceptional and really cares about his customers. Many times he will bring out my curbside order personally! And he's always focused on friendly quality service. There may be some hiccups in the evenings and on weekends, but if this happens they always make good. Bravo to this McDonald's for going above and beyond. I'll keep coming back! read more

I typically don't expect a high level of service when I visit a place like McDonald's. I do, however, expect some decent treatment from the manager or shift supervisor. Don't expect that here. Make sure you ask for straws at the drive thru and double check your order before pulling away. Check for not only accuracy, but also that hot items are actually hot. And cooked through. read more

Wow. All I can say. I went the one day last week to get a mctwo and some breakfast for my gf. I did not know the hot cake platter didn't come w a hashbrown. So when the manager (old bitchy lady) walked by I asked if I can throw one on my order. Her reply, really? I'm gonna kill you. She then says stay there so I don't forget. Wow. But at least the hashbrown was hot. The employees were actually yelling and laughing at each others mistakes. Drove up to this McDonalds for some drive-thru around 10:45 one night. The place was completely dark. There was a faint light in the back in the kitchen area, but even the drive-thru was dark. No lighting. 99% of the place was dark! The tall McDonald's sign closest to the street was lit but the one on the front of the building was dark. After waiting about 4 minutes at the drive-thru with no response, I cruised slowly around the side to the first window to see if anyone was there. Lights were on but apparently no one home. Suddenly, I see an employee appear, putting on her headset. I lowered my window and asked if they were open. She said that they were but that the dining room was closed. I just drove away. No point in spending my money at a business that has no regard for good business practices or customers! read more

Please get a new Milk Shake machine as the one you have never seems to be working. Or perhaps the the manager doesn't order the materials but what I do know is that I have cancelled my order several times in the last six months because of the response "We don't have any Milkshakes" or the milkshake machine isn't working. I recently went to this McDonald's to grab a quick bite to eat, I ordered a #7 10 piece nugget meal and a kids meal and I was highly disappointed when I received my food. After i got my order I opened it up to enjoy it and my nuggets to my surprise where stuck together and completely soggy in the middle, it was obvious to me that they were not cooked thoroughly to completion, it made me not want to even touch them because of how undercooked they were, I did not appreciate this at all and it made me not want to return to this McDonald's instead I'll be taking my business to chick fil a from now on, highly disappointed and will not return again. read more

Went there this morning to order a Big Breakfast w/ Hotcakes, well I will never come here again. Their hours are technically 5:30AM-12AM, I got there at about 5:35 and was wanting to order. I got yelled at by whoever was on the headset and was told that "we all just got here and you're already in line to order, you're gonna have to wait a minute." Excuse me?!
