Got my to go order wrong. Wrong ingredants on my burger and staff couldnt count to ten nuggets. They could only count to 7.

Never fresh, slow service, every time I come in they say the machine is broke. Never cleaned up. Only ever been to one worse.

Manatee to say but this is one of the slowest McD's I've seen in a long time. I've been here several times and it has consistently been slow for me and everyone else in the store waiting. It's not encouraging to be waiting for my food and also see customers coming back saying that their orders were wrong. That hasn't happened to me at this location lately, but it's not out of character I guess. Some people shouldn't be in the food industry, and may be better suited for other jobs. read more

I don't think I have eaten at a McDonald's for a decade, but there weren't a lot of fast food choices on this stretch of road and we needed to eat in the car as it was a warm day and we were moving cross country with our cats. We visited at about 11am on a Thursday. We ordered from a kiosk, only 2 of 4 of which were working. There were not a lot of people inside but the drive through was slammed, the kitchen busy. First off, service was the slowest I've ever seen at a McDonalds. There was barely anyone at the restaurant and it was slower than if you were at any other McDonalds in a main city with the drive through wrapped around the building. Absolutely terrible. It's like the employees weren't even working, just standing around. Secondly, the ice cream machine was broken, of course. No shakes, which is one of the things I was looking forward too. This is to be expected at any McDonalds, so not very surprising, but very disappointing. Thirdly, we ordered a large fry with our 40 piece McNugget order. Of course, they got our order wrong and it was nowhere to be seen, despite the minimal amount of people at the restaurant. Lastly, we're on a road trip and, not surprisingly, I had to use the restroom. And as if it couldn't get worse, it did. The bathroom was not nearly up to McDonalds standards and was noticeably dirtier than other McDonald's I've visited. So yeah, pretty bad. However, the nuggets were surprisingly better than usually, so this is only a 2/5, instead of 1/5. read more

An order especially one with special requests need to be correct. While the fries were hot and the cheeseburger was made to order, the Big Mac was an epic fail. Part of the top bun was missing, the pickles were included (see picture), the burgers were dried out and the bottom bun was hard. All this indicated that the Big Mac was sitting there awhile. Also, the server needs to ask if a to-go order needs salt and ketchup. Sweet and sour was requested twice and was not included. read more

We ordered on the app a few minutes before 5 p.m. We arrived at the location less than 5 minutes later and there were 5 cars in front of us that had already ordered. We waited 28 minutes for our food and had to return because we didn't have all of our food. We had to wait another 7 minutes for the food we didn't get. For the amount of money we pay for this "fast" food, the wait time should not exceed 15 minutes. This is the second time I have had to wait more than 30 minutes at this location. I give this place ZERO STARS. It took 20 minutes to get our cold food which was not even done right. The guy that took our order had poor listening skills, the guy at the pick up window had poor attention to details. We asked for salt and ketchup packets and the salt looked like it had soda dried on it and the salt was hard on the inside. The large fries were not even half way filled up, both burgers we ordered were special orders. Mine was suppose to have light mayo but there was a lot and I ordered without onions and there were onions. My husband ordered a Mc Double no ketchup no mustard add Big Mac Sauce and Lettuce but they removed the onion as well. Will never stop here again read more

Don't know why this McDonalds has so many bad reviews. I visited this location several times and never had a problem. Customer services was always well. In addition they never messed up on my order which I was grateful because on other location they do. Also my orders would come out fast which was great as well. I am only rating this "restaurant" as a 1 star because I can't give it a lower score!!!!! The OLNY reason this place is still in business is because it is on I-35 and people traveling by do not know how bad it is...... This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They have cannot get an order correct, the food is often cold and/ or undercooked, and the process for making fast food on a line escapes the employees resulting in long lines, wrong orders, and 20-30 minutes waiting in the drive through for a very basic order for one person..... The restaurant is also very dirty and shows a complete lack of attention to detail and basic understanding of the word sanitary. It's not just a failure of the employees to care about the product they put out, but a massive failure of leadership! DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! If yall don't shut this place down. If you come here expect a 40 minute wait and your food to be wrong. 2 times ago I was here for an hour and fifteen minutes and the cops had to come. Took my kid again 2 days ago and there were 6 people screaming for refunds , they had waited 25 minutes to an hour I just laughed. They don't have anyone to take your orders anymore you have to use the robot. Line at the drive thru was sitting unmoving for 10 minutes before i went inside. The time the cops came i got a refund, someone elses food, and someone elses refund because they were so discombobulated, and heres the zinger i never did get my correct order. When we walked in the older lady working the front ignored us for a good few minutes so we took the time to decide what to buy. She came up and took our order and we let her know it was for there. She walked away and once we got our food it was all thrown in a bag. Literally thrown in the bag. So we went and sat down, the table was dirty and we had to clean it off. I went to the front and had to wait a few minutes for them to stop chatting with one another to get some jelly. One of the slowest locations I have seen. Lunch hour was understaffed, one person taking orders and a lobby filled with people waiting. Next time we will drive a bit further! Update 1. 20 minutes for food, before lunch hour. 2. Sweet tea was empty 3. Ketsup was empty. 4. All but one soda type was flat and needed refilled. First of all, I frequent McDonald's weekly. This has been my absolute worst experience. Aside from the strangely very high prices-- the fries barely rimmed the top of the fry cup, my $10.33 bacon quarter pounder didn't have bacon, and I ordered ranch and buffalo but only got one of the two. When I returned to get my order corrected the lady was not welcoming and sounded peeved. When I pulled up to the second window as instructed the next girl had no idea what was going on. Once they finally figured it out I was given 3 pieces of bacon that were colder than my ex's soul. Very disappointed. Never coming back to this location again. I've had some positive experiences here. I've also had a recent experience that was quite negative. The restaurant wasn't busy. The employees were goofing around and slow to respond to people ordering. And....they were VERY slow to get food out to people. I stood for 15 minutes and didn't get the hamburger I ordered. Eventually, I crossed the street, got pizza at Casey's, and was out in less than 2 minutes. It seems like the Friday night crew (at least tonight - 1/26/2018) isn't very tuned in with good customer service. They seem more interested in goofing off with each other. read more

Visited this McDonald's on my way to KC. My advice. Don't stop here. When we arrived we went to use the bathroom and there was a stall w dry vomit all over it. Afterwards when we went to order the person who seemed like the manager took our order as if she was yelling at us. (I literally felt like my mom was yelling at me or something). Consistently and repeatedly providing slow, sub-par customer service, and inaccuracy. Prices on the menu can be incorrect. Lack of experience with mobile ordering can sometimes make ordering online take longer. Sometimes it can take 25 minutes in the drive-thru. There are plenty of options within a half-hours drive on the interstate, so you wont regret waiting 1/2 hour or an hour to go somewhere else that provides a better experience. read more

Unbelievable.... Walked into a lobby full of people waiting for their food. I asked... Have all ordered... They said... Yes... We are all waiting... We ordered our food then went and sat at a table.
