I made the mistake of going inside and ordering at the kiosk. Waited over half an hour for them to get my order wrong. All the while being eye-bawled by staff as though I came to rob the place. When I finally approached the counter to say something I ended up having to repeat my entire order and they still got it wrong. For some reason they were unable to honor my points from the app. The girl typed in the code once and then just stared at me like I was wasting her time. As I went through the drive-through placed my order around 12:15 pm 4/28/2020, paid for my order last stop was to pick up my order the girl making the drinks and handy out the order was wearing her mask under her chin her nose and mouth were exposed. The past 3 times I've been to this location I've waited 20+ minutes for my "fast" food. When the drive thru line was long I decided to go inside, stood there for 15 minutes with 5 other people waiting in front of me and no one on the register to take orders. We left and decided to try the drive thru and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our food. We go to this location whenever we are doing McDonald's(Blackwood Clementon Rd Gloucester Twp). I have to admit that in the past the service was less than desirable. HOWEVER in recent months out had actually become quite organized with much more pleasant personalities. I called today (5th McDonald's I called) looking for the Hot Wheels holiday train. I spoke to Ben. He spent several minuets in search of said train. It was 1pm. Very busy time at this location. Ben informed me that they did not have it. Bummer. I received a phone call about 20 mins later from the manager. He called to let me know that they had found 1 and out it aside in the mgrs office for me. Now this may not seem like a big deal to you but to my 4 year old son, it means the world. Thank you guys for helping my son complete his very 1st collection. Also the good here is quite good. Drove through the drive through last night at 3am, they said they were only accepting cash and to order at the second window. I waited 20 minutes, with three cars in front of me, i am assuming they took their order then made it, then moved on to the next customer. By the time i got to the window, the hispanic girl had her back to me then after a minute asked how she could help me. i ordered a number one and she told me they were only serving breakfast. i was pissed they didn't tell me that when i was at the menu board, where you normally order and not at the second window which took me 20 minutes to get too. I was at the drive thru today and we ordered a nugget meal, medium drink and fries. We were told that we did not pay for the drink. I asked for my receipt and was printed a receipt that was not legible. I asked to speak to a manager and a young man with a blue shirt came to the window and he said that all the receipts were like this. At this point I think they are stealing money because the receipt was duplicate receipt. He refused to give me his name and told me he was the only manager. When I told him I wanted his store number to call corporate suddenly a manger appeared. She said she can "hand write me the numbers"? She then told me to pull up so she can help her other customers. I told her that she is not done helping us so how can she start helping someone else? She then told us to move or she will call the police? I am not sure why she felt the need to call the police ? Maybe because we are black. I went in the store to get my receipt and she refused to come over. I could not believe that 2 "managers" thought it was a good idea to call the police because we wanted our receipt. I am disgusted and shocked with the racial tensions that are happening in 2023 that she will feel the need to call the police yet they both refused to give me their names. I believe they are stealing. I could not believe that with other AMAZING competitors in the area the lack of customer service they are displaying. This is ridiculous. 1.5 stars (as of this review)?! This is a five star McDonald's. I mean, it's McDonald's, so common sense and context need to come into play. This isn't a five star experience, but it certainly is a five star McDonald's. The people here are friendly, the food is always hot, the wait is never long. I mean, like, what else can you ask for from a McDonald's? The crowd I usually see at a McDonald's wouldn't look out of place shuffling through the DVD discount bin at a Walmart, so the fact that I'm greeted with a smile by employees who have probably spent the day dealing with hordes of angry customers coping with meth withdrawal is really all I ask for. McDonalds of Magnolia. Had an issue with the late night service over the summer which was based on a lack of communication and misunderstanding. Certain items I would ask for and request overnight in the drive thru and would constantly be told more than once..."Sorry, thats not available." The primary item would be soft baked cookies. The late night drive thru has to improve at this location because it is very disheartening to not get what you are anticipating purchasing from the menu no matter how late it is or how long i have to wait for it. read more

I worked there back in 2007 and two of the workers spit on a customer's hash brown and then put the hash brown back into the deep fryer so the spit would go un-noticed because her kept calling them the N word every morning that he came through the drive through, and now the entire deep fryer was contaminated and they just kept cooking fries in there and serving the public...I reported this to the manager, she brushed it off and I quit that day!! read more
