I can't stand the service here, something is always wrong with the food. Today I brought some butterfly shrimp and they were very hard, tough and burnt. I really wish the staff get better customer service training, and also I wish they start having fresh seafood. I think they also need better training when it comes to the cook.

New chicken sandwich mild....yum! Go get it. Its worth the wait. I didn't get to try it the 1st time around. But I like it. Will eat it again.

Shorted me on my order, gave all dark meat. Can't understand their help! Worst management I ever seen!

Take out only place with some outdoor seating previously went by another name. I really enjoyed it…read more They were very busy making everything from scratch and the onion rings and smash burgers were excellent, though I think the burger was better than the rings.

Burger runn Cheesesteak…read more I've been told repeatedly to try the cheesesteaks here. On a previous visit I had the burgers and I thought they were very good. Though at my visit today I discovered they use Martin's potato rolls for the burgers. The place was a former deli and is tiny. I was greeted at the door and they took my order. Cheesesteak fried onions provolone. My go to order. The floor is tiled and slippery and I almost fell several times. It was around 4:15 so I thought I beat the dinner rush but apparently everyone orders from here on DoorDash or Uber Eats. At least a dz orders were picked up while I was waiting. I thought the wait was a little long.... But I stood there waiting for my sandwich. Finally a woman from the back come up front to address a problem with a chicken order and asked what I was waiting for.... A cheesesteak I replied and the counter woman that took my order grabbed a bag that was sitting in the pickup pile and handed it to me Alex? She asked yes I replied. I took my sandwich and got into my truck. At a red light I reached over to feel the bag... it was Luke warm. I expected my sandwich to be piping hot. Ggggggrrrrrrr. That is why I ordered at the place but the nearly 30 minute wait with the undetermined amount of time it was on the to go counter will you get the picture. On my arrival at home I opened the sandwich and snapped a photo. At this point it was barely warm. I prepared it with ketchup, hot pepper hoagie spread and my last slices sweet horseradish dill pickles. The first bite was underwhelming. Barely warm and the roll which was supposed to be sarcone's tasted more like amoroso. Onions were diced into fine cubes and I prefer more than the tiny amount provided. Overall taste was good but because it was nearly cold hard to actually evaluate. The overall sandwich had enough meat and a good meat to bread ratio. I found no trace of fat or grizzle. Maybe if circumstances were better I would have been happier but it did not reach the hype.

What a great find! I was a little unsure at first since I'm not really into bar-type places, but…read morethis spot completely exceeded my expectations. The bank rolls, dry rub wings, and whiskey wings were absolutely amazing--perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Service was friendly and fast, which made the experience even better. My husband ordered the beef taco special (2 for $5--such a steal!) and liked them, but couldn't stop reaching for my appetizers. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Alright, listen up--I've eaten a lot of roast pork sandwiches in my time. South Philly? Been there…read more The Jersey joints? Crushed 'em. Even made my own a few times, thinking I had it all figured out. But then I walked into The Bank Bar and had my mind completely rearranged. The place itself? Perfect. It's got that old-school, no-nonsense vibe with just enough charm to let you know they actually care. You walk in, and it's like the place has been waiting for you--dark wood, a little history on the walls, and that unmistakable smell of something incredible happening in the kitchen. The kind of place where you know, deep down in your soul, that good things are about to happen. And then came the sandwich. This roast pork wasn't just good. It wasn't just great. It was the best roast pork sandwich I have ever had in my life. No exaggeration. First bite--boom--instant revelation. The pork was juicy, packed with deep, rich flavor, and shredded just right, like it had been slow-cooked by someone who truly understands patience. The roll? Oh man, that perfect balance of crusty and soft, holding everything together without stealing the show. Then you get hit with the garlicky, herb-loaded bite of the greens--sautéed just enough to still have a little bite, but soft enough to melt into everything else. And the cheese? Sharp provolone, the kind that makes your taste buds wake up and pay attention. I sat there, sandwich in hand, just nodding to myself like some kind of roast pork prophet. Every bite was a reminder that this is how it's supposed to be done. It wasn't a meal. It was a life experience. If you haven't been to The Bank Bar yet, fix that immediately. Order the roast pork. Thank me later.

This is definitely a DIVE bar for the locals in the area. Service was cool, just not as attentive as one would expect. Friend ordered a beer special that was a 1.00 between 10am - 2pm as posted on the wall. Instead of honoring it, they cleaned the board wiping off the special. I ordered the short rib grill cheese. It was a short rib that was short the rib and just had tons of cheese on marble bread. It has no flavor or real taste. If you go here, do NOT order this, it was not good at all. All in all, i give it a 1 star, because there was nothing good and it needs a lot of work.

Their fries are really good with the seasoning on them. Their beer is always cold and crisp. Their panzaroti bites are super good, and never overcooked . They actually know how to pour a beer unlike places like chickie and Pete's, who allows it to continuously pour until the foam is gone serving flat beer. The sad thing is is people don't realize the difference between a terrible beer like that and having a beer from a bar that actually knows how to pour beer. I have ordered beer many times and I have never had. It spilled all over the place like a lot of bars do serve you a dirty alcohol covered cup. It's the same girls all the time when I go there and they're all really nice. It's really hard to find a nice bar. There are a lot of places with bars, but they're overpriced and their drinks are crap but not here. I go for basically the same thing each week and each week it is consistent in quality taste. The service is consistent. They don't charge you for to go food like the jug handle does in Maple Shade. They don't charge you to use credit like several bars in the area do. I just really enjoy going here. And I do recommend people all the time to go here. They also have a big parking lot, but no matter where you park. You're not too far from the front door.

It pains me to write this ... I'm always honest though …read more.. Rob's quality has gone down since my last visit :( My jerk chicken wasn't as plentiful as prior, and it was a bit dry. My rice and beans was a somewhat hard in a few spots too. Damn! The yams were still killer, but my poor son got screwed out of them (he loved his tender goat and sides, BTW). (I called our order in because they take long to prepare). When we arrived, I was told "we ran out of yams." Uh, it was only Noon when I placed my order! Why wasn't I told then? Did they give someone else them? Of course I gave my son half of mine! It was so darn cold (we ate in) that I left my coat on! This was either an off day or Rob's has declined. Regardless, I'm not a gambling gal and am unfortunately done here!

The chicken was decent, but the potato salad had a bit too much mustard for my taste, and while the mac and cheese was very cheesy, it could have used more seasoning. My husband had the curry chicken and really enjoyed it, though he wished it came with rice. The service was good, which we appreciated. The ambiance was a bit dull and felt more like a takeout spot than a dine-in experience. I'm not sure I would return specifically for the soul food, but my husband would definitely go back for the curry chicken.
