We ended up here spontaneously after our kids' jiu-jitsu class when a friend suggested stopping by because her daughter really wanted a Happy Meal with a toy. Of course, my girls immediately loved the idea too, so we found the closest McDonald's and headed over. Since rain was in the forecast, having an indoor PlayPlace was a huge plus. Part of the parking lot was blocked off with cones because it was being resurfaced, but there was still enough parking available. Inside, the restaurant looked modern and clean. I liked the large self-order kiosks and the convenience of paying right there. The service was a bit too pushy for my taste. As soon as we walked in, an employee rushed over asking how he could help. Meanwhile, our kids were excited about the playground and talking to us, and we were trying to listen to them first, but he kept insisting on helping before we had even settled in. We ordered Happy Meals with toys for the kids. I specifically mentioned that we had girls and even asked if there were any options they might like. The employee showed us a display with cute toys like colorful cats and axolotls, but all three kids ended up with the exact same blue dog character. Needless to say, the girls were disappointed. Unfortunately, the food was hit or miss. The fries were soft and not fresh, lacking that crispy texture everyone expects. We also ordered a Chicken Wrap, and the chicken was supposed to be crispy, but instead it was soggy. On the positive side, the ice cream and frozen coffee were both very good. The PlayPlace was definitely the highlight of the visit and kept the kids entertained. The restroom was reasonably clean, although very basic. Overall, I'm giving this location 3 stars. Most of those stars are thanks to the indoor playground, which turned a rainy afternoon into a fun outing for the kids. read more

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews... unless only people who have negative experiences here take the time to review. My experience was excellent. I placed an order through the app for pick-up. It about a minute... literally, my order was ready. Our was just an English muffin and coffee but none the less it came out with little to no wait. My iced caramel coffee tasted good... rivaling the known coffee joints. My English muffin was toasted, buttered and came with a side of jelly. I came to this McDonald's on my motorcycle. I ordered two mcdoubles (which he typed in as double cheese burgers) with no cheese, mustard, or pickles, a large fry, and ten nuggets. The girl taking my order couldn't understand me because of my helmet muffling my voice and asked me to come to the window. I told her everything at the window as she repeated it to her shift manager who was typing it in. Ive had problems with this manager in the past screwing up my order at another location on hillsboro blvd. He was quite rude then too but at least gave me my missing food that time. This time I came back in my girlfriends car because I originally went there on my motorcycle on the way to her house and when I got there the first words out of his mouth was "I triple bagged it like u asked and gave you all your food" but he didn't and I only asked for it double bagged which was done so obviously his memory is a little off and whether he remembers if he did or didnt give me all my food can definitely be questioned looking at it from a third party perspective. When I pulled up to the window he then proceeded to tell me I wasn't the person who had ordered the food even though I had indeed ordered that food and could show the charge on my card. I also put the food inside of my jacket so that I could make it to my girlfriends house and didnt check the food because it was already bagged up. When I got to her house the 10 piece nugget was missing I tried calling the store twice and no one answered. So after I ate my two burgers we drove to the store where I was told I did not purchase it. I pulled in the drive thru around 12:30am on march 15. I understand it's late so I was trying to make it quick. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. I got told to pull to the second window so I did. The gentleman at the window said a price to me which I thought was 11.07 turned to be 1.07. He took my phone because I was using Apple Pay which I thought was weird but whatever. I checked my phone to see what the price was and saw it said $1.07. I tried to get his attention and when I told him I also wanted two double cheeseburgers he got exasperated and started shaking his head. Saying that he told me a price and I agreed and that I should have known it was wrong, the car in front of me (nobody was in front of me when I pulled through) ordered a large fry. He then explained he would charge me again -$1 for what he already charged and took my phone again. He went to get my food and kept saying I should have known the price that he told me. I told him it was equal blame as he was the one who took my order and he condescendingly kept telling me to have a great night. I never got a receipt for either transaction I'm also assuming that he's a manager. I just don't understand how he took my order and still got it wrong. Again equal blame I should have realized he said $1.07. But don't try to put the blame all on me. The "car in front of me" has nothing to do with me. I went to this McDonalds after giving birth down the street bc I was starving! I got there with all my cravings ready to get some of my favorite McDonalds fast food when it turned out not to be so much of fast food. I only go there for coffee. today the lady put the wrong size lid on my large coffee. The lid did not cover the whole top so the lady forced it on creating a huge crack in it.
