5 Stars for fantastic Peruvian food and desserts! As a Peruana, I am always on the lookout for Peruvian spots and found this near where I was staying in town. Everything about the interior gave me joy. It's not fancy, definitely a cafe-style, but the staff is absolutely lovely and the desserts reminded me of places in Lima. I've had their empanadas and several of the desserts, including the alfajores. Everything has been delicious and felt like the kind of comfort meal that I grew up with. It's a great bakery to get something to bring as a gift, or to stop in for coffee and breakfast or lunch. read more

Cute little coffee shop/bakery in Boca Raton. Stopped in for a cappuccino which was deliciously made by the extremely nice baristas. I was overwhelmed by the beautifully displayed sweets and Latin patties and finally decided on a spinach patty, which was equally as delicious. Visited this cafe for a quick bite while working. It was quick and perfect! Service was quick and attentive. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on baguette with a protein smoothie with banana and peanut butter! I had to also indulge and have a delicious Mil Hojas! read more

I like their empanada & it comes in different varieties meat & vegetarian. You can also customize the smoothie to be sugar free which nice option if you are trying to be careful with sugar consumption. Valentina, the owner is very friendly too. I've been searching for authentic Peruvian food for a long time, especially for those days when I can't have a home-cooked meal. While browsing DoorDash for chicharrón con pan--my favorite comfort food--I stumbled upon this spot. I decided to pick up my order in person to check out the restaurant, and I'm so glad I did. The establishment was beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. I was greeted with a warm smile and hello, which immediately made me feel like I could count on good, fast, and friendly service here. At the counter, I was met by a familiar, kind, and very patient face who shared that the restaurant is family-owned. Her humility and friendliness made the experience even better. I left feeling great about supporting this business, already hoping the food would match the service. By the time I got home and tried it, my expectations were not only met but exceeded--it was absolutely delicious. I was so excited I even called my family to tell them about this hidden gem. I stopped by here on the way to the post office next door. I didn't even know there was new bakery there, and boy am I glad that I did! I tried out a few things.. - creamy chicken empanada: delicious, I dislike dry chicken empanadas so this was good - lomo empanada: unique, never heard of this, but was worth trying. The meat was well seasoned and soft - perfect! - alfajor box: I love alfajores and they are on par with the ones you find in Miami Also, I must point out the crust on the empanadas was delicious, buttery, flaky, so fresh (this is a must with any empanada, and they nailed it). The lady helping me on the counter was very sweet and courteous. Her name is Valentina - wonder if she is the owner? Anyway, she was great! My husband surprised me with bakery from Valentina's. I have tasted bakery from many places of business and cultures and they are the absolute best I've ever had.
