I love McDonald's but honestly the is one... i was extremely unsatisfied with my service. We were sitting there for an hour waiting for our pick up order and when we went up to the counter to make sure everything was ok the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE saying we were throwing "a hissing fit" and we were sitting there waiting at the front we overheard her talk to the other employees. With comments like " are you stupid do you know how to make fries?" And "oh my god let me do it" and took the HOT batch of fries from this poor guys hands. When we finally got our food back our fries were cold and a hair in my burger! Not only was our service horrible that restaurant was disgusting. There was fries thrown everywhere, ketchup on the floor, trash scattered on the tables. I hope that manager gets fired for her unwillingness to help us and the way she treats her customers and staff is unacceptable. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered a meal with a large Diet Coke and when they went to hand the drink out the window it was not at all full I asked for it to be topped they said could add ice not Coke. They said it is all automated and I told them they need to have the drink system recalibrated as a customer when they ordered a large Coke they expect it to be full and the person agreed. Then when we got home the soda was wrong it was a regular Coke, and was not able to drink it as many people cannot have a sugar soda due to medical reasons. Before we tried a drink of the soda we drew. Line on the cup to see how many ounces it would take to fill the cup and it took 5 more ounces to fill the cup. When soda has the biggest profit margin there should not be a reason to short the sodas in this world if outrageous cost for a fast food mean when I can go to chili's for a better burger fries and bottomless Coke for less money. This is disappointing when I used to be very faithful to the McDonald's brand. read more

Unclean lobby, and employees weren't following uniform while working in the kitchen. One employee took several minutes to help me at the front counter. They don't have a lobby drink machine (don't know why, this is the only store I've been to like this.) food was cold when received. Stores in a okay location. Terrible customer service!! My boyfriend and I drove up to the drive through and gave my drive through code. My boyfriend asked a question about combos on the menu and the lady responded with "can you not see it on the menu?" In a super snarky way. My boyfriend and I stopped and looked each other because we were so shocked at this lady's response. We proceeded to order a small order and pulled forward to her window to pay. She said the total and took his card to pay. You could tell she was super short tempered. We said have a good day and pulled forward to get our order. We received our food and then I mentioned to the worker that the girl at drive through was extremely rude and that they should check on her. this lady also seemed annoyed at our request to check on that. We then told her to have a great rest of her day. Food was normal besides the chicken nuggets that you can tell tastes old. By far one of the worst McDonalds in Boise. Every time we go here the fries are cold and stale. The cashiers are very friendly. I went today and got a cheeseburger and I asked for extra pickles normally you only get one extra pickle. So I asked for more than one, four would be great. I opened the burger and there had to be 20 pickles in there. That just looks like spite. Come on now. All I asked for was four pickles, I was polite and courteous. This didn't need to happen. We have ordered several times via Uber eats or DoorDash and every time something is not correct. This last time a single large meal with a large sprite, not a hard order at all, got delivered a large cup of water. I feel this is happening more frequently via delivery services, so they aren't accountable at the moment. I would not order from this location again. if I could rate it a negative number I absolutely would we ordered food before our vacation and we were missing an item which is fine. I get it stuff happens but when I called to tell them, hey you should probably not put as much sauce on your sandwiches because I had an overflowing amount of sauce on both sandwiches, I called and the manager on duty for today today's date, Friday, October 18 at 10:45 AM so whoever the manager was on shift if there was a manager on shift told me that I should order less sauce next time and take it up with DoorDash completely dismissing it and was extremely rude. FLY LEG IN COFFEE and EGG SHELLS IN FOOD! I went here for breakfast a few weeks ago, went home and as I was eating a McMuffin I got sharp, crunchy object in my mouth which is NOT expected eating that... I spit it out to find egg shells, I open the rest of the sandwich and no lie half of a full eggs shell just laying in the sandwich. I then go to add milk to my coffee and when I open the lid I see something on the side of the cup that's not a coffee ground, I look closer and it's a FLY LEG!! Talk about disgusting. Wish I could give no stars for the rudeness of the folks that work there. From the guy who took out order to the manager we complained to there was nothing but rudeness. We ordered breakfast. The guy at the window said they were not serving breakfast. We drove off but then remembered that we could get coffee so we got back in line. Guess what!? The car in front of us was ordering breakfast and they got it! When we picked up coffee at window we asked the girl for the address so we could file a complaint she says d she didnt know. When we asked for manager, she rolled her eyes! When the manager got there she also refused to tell us the address. We drove off to Jack in the Box who serves a good breakfast anytime. Worst service possible on 6/29/20 in AM by every employee, starting with the very rude male drive through representative, who was sarcastic and condescending. We had such a poor experience at the drive through, we wondered if it was personal due to our language barrier, and asked the representative at the pick up window what the location of this store was because the receipt was not legible. The woman rolled her eyes and said "I dunno." So, we asked to speak to someone who knows where they are. We received more eye rolls. Due to the rude and lax service and unclean restaurant at this location, we chose to buy food at another nearby restaurant where the service was in line with a clean restaurant and appreciative service. This Mc Donalds needs to clean house in every way.. All of those employees who do not appreciate all the customers who make their jobs possible or respect their jobs at all, should be replaced with people who have some decency and respect for the McDonalds brand. We have been here quite a few times. Both dine in and drive-thru. Service is fairly quick and the staff is always friendly. There is an indoor playground. No fancy tablets for games but it is fine for us. One star off for the place was a bit dirty this time we visited. There were food on the floor, a cleaning towel left on one of the tables. They are over all very good most of the time when we visit. read more

My wife and I are from out of State visiting relatives for Thanksgiving for a week as we have done for several years. We frequent this location often during our visit. Keep in mind this is McDonald's and compared to many that we have seen in various states, I feel this one is exceptional.
