We have had consistently good burgers here best we've had at a Burger King. Also their chicken sandwich was really great too. Both sandwiches hot, juicy and they got our special order correct. The general manager, was really kind. His customer service skills were great. Personable, easy going, helpful. His general demeanor was awesome, and my initial experience was great. However, there was another employee who's attitude was just horrendous. There was a misunderstanding, and she came to me and was very confrontational, and I patiently tried to explain to her what happened and she just rolled her eyes the whole time I was talking and told me I was lying. Her attitude was disgusting. I told the general manager about it, which I usually don't do. I understand everyone has bad days and typically just let things roll off my back, but she was just over the top foul and disgusting. He lost all credibility with me when he began making excuses for her. Told me it was his daughter. And her mom raised her in New York, so that's why she's like that. (As someone who was raised in NJ I can tell you her being raised in NY has absolutely nothing to do with the level of foul thag was her entire demeanor) To make matters worse, after we left (we took our food to go) I realized we were missing our sauces. So I went back in to ask for them, and when I walked in, she was talking smack about me with that foul mouth of hers to her dad and another coworker. When I walked in, she didn't even stop. Instead, she looked at me, and had the audacity to continue as I was walking to the counter. (Loudly enough that I could hear all of it) When I got to the counter she finally stopped, still looking at me, sneered, rolled her eyes, and then turned her back and walked away. The amount of self control I had to exercise to ignore it, bite my tongue and just walk away was absurd. Sadly, regardless of the convenient location of this Burger King, I will never return, and will recommend to everyone else to never give this location your business, either. read more

The older gentleman that welcomes and takes the orders ( sits in a chair) .... He is so nice, the best example of customer service !!!! There is an event going on right now for Soccer at Simplot, lots of different states coming in. It is really busy and I am so proud of the Idaho Way that he represents. Wonderful service, very friendly. Bathrooms were super clean. Great place to stop when on a long road trip.

Pretty good location if you're on a long trip to lucky peak. Amazing view of the mountains though the bushes could be trimmed a little bit if you sit by a window. My fries were freshly hot out of the fryer and perfectly salted. The lobby was quiet and the service was pretty good! read more

This building is very small and dumb honestly I think they should quit, the establishment is not a well known place and they call themselves "King" to cocky for me they also didn't offer to pay for my food and that's just unexceptional I feel targeted and every time I put on one of their Crowns I get reminded of that man on the airplane over all horrible experience and I think they should go out of business read more

They get 2 stars because the cashier was super friendly and kind. However, after being on the road for 5 hours, I was asked to go move my car because their delivery truck needed to take up valid parking spaces. It's so frustrating as they didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience. Honestly, if it was clean, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. You know how you stand at the counter and look back and can see everything, well you see everything including what you shouldn't. Hands down the greatest fast food experience I've had. Rolled through town on my way back from Portland to Denver. I usually stop at the Pendleton outlet at the Boise outlets down the street when I make this trip. For fast food the food was freshly made and the staff was incredibly friendly! Left hungry. Very slow service and can't handle an influx of customers. Old female manager was very grouchy about it.

Friendly drive through staff and ample parking area to pull off to the side with a uhaul and take a break from the road.

Little crazy in here. Everyone is everywhere. The burger quesadilla is horrible. The cheese sauce was cold. The burger was like warm, and there is no flavor. Tasted like a watery tortilla. Horrible. Manager Elmer 1st over charged me for my drinks and argued with me about it. Then they gave my chicken sandwiches to someone else in drive thru and then had sauce on my husbands bacon cheeseburger and we said no sauce. Bad service. Won't be back.
