Right away, I noticed how clean and thoughtfully designed the shop is. The space feels cozy, inviting, and well cared for, with plenty of comfortable seating for meeting friends, studying, or simply relaxing with a drink. The atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. Soft piano music plays in the background while a television displays peaceful ocean scenes with fish and sea turtles swimming through crystal-blue water. A colorful mural brightens one wall, and beautiful woven rattan fish hang from the ceiling throughout the shop. There are also shelves displaying merchandise, along with many small decorative touches that make the space feel warm and unique. Overall, it creates a calm and relaxing environment that encourages you to stay awhile. For my order, I chose the Signature Milk Tea and a Bubble Waffle with chocolate drizzle. The milk tea was refreshing and well balanced. What I appreciated most was that it didn't have the powdery or overly syrupy taste that I've experienced at some other boba shops. It was lightly sweetened--just enough to be enjoyable without being overwhelming. I also loved that there are numerous add-ons and toppings available, making the drinks highly customizable. The Bubble Waffle was equally enjoyable. I kept the toppings simple so I could really taste the waffle itself, and I'm glad I did. I know our Boise standards for bubble tea are lacking compared to other big cities, but this place definitely has quality. The setting is also very cute and welcoming. You get less ingredients for the convenience and it cost a $1 more, but if your sharing or needing an easy way to eat it, this is definitely your go to. The service and team here has always been helpful and kind every time I've walked in since day one. The location has easy parking and is small, yet convenient with an occupancy of about 25 seated comfortably. It has the flair of an ice cream shop that is inviting and fun. I came to this location nearly everyday on the way to work and on two occasions they double charged me, claiming my first payment method declined and charging me once on both the "declined" card and new card. When reaching out to customer service they denied crediting my account and began ignoring me. Luckily I was able to file a dispute through my credit card company but I am absolutely disappointed in the customer service of this location. I have never been to a Dutch Bros location where duplicate charges has been a problem nor would I ever expect the company to be so difficult to deal with. I would not attend this Dutch Bros anymore due to their repeated charges and refusing to resolve their mistakes.

I got a chocolate and cinnamon French press, while my husband got the Roger's French press with hazelnut. While both were generally good, mine probably needed a bit more milk. We also got the cheese danish which was pretty good, but a bit on the sweeter side and needed to be warmed up a bit. The French press thing seems to be a good business model for them, since they only really need to add the ingredients in the cup. The customer still has to wait on their own time for the coffee to steep in the cup, then press it himself/herself lol. So they indicate the time in cup so customers know when to press, unless they want it stronger. So I don't really know how I feel about that. Also, looks like they only have one size available (16 oz) -- at least for the French press coffees (not sure about the others). Regardless, we'll come back to try their other offerings.
