When I drove up I asked to confirm those items were in the bag and window person said, they should be and closed the window. There was no niceties and she seemed annoyed. The chili was quite watery and the ground beef wasn't ground. I heard that it was made from burger patties but this is the first time o can confirm as it was obviously a cut up patty. Perhaps they had run out of chili. I normally love Wendy's. But the attitude and the watered down chili was not a pleasant experience.

Somehow there was no lineup, but we did the self serve kiosk. When we got our order, we got an extra hashbrown and the lady said oops! Oh well, you get a free extra one! Which was super nice of her. The place was pretty clean and watching our fellow wedding goers order, everything looked fast for their orders. Food was tasty. Everything came out hot/warm. No complaints here.

For some reason this store does not allow online orders so you are forced to go to the store. There are no other KFC's close to us. How hard is it to get the correct open hours on the web site?
