We walked in and everything was ok. We have had a bad experience here before, they tend to forget things that you order or mess up your order. Today, they would not let anyone use the registers even if they had cash. We saw two people walk about. One of them yelled something and then proceeded to throw his coins onto the ground as he walked out of the McDonalds. I asked for ranch, she proceeded to grab it and set it in the window instead of bringing it to me at my table which was 10 feet from the window! Then my burger wasn't correct, i asked for a different one and she gave me attitude. After i got my burger back it was still incorrect. So when I went back up to the window, she looked at me in the back and said something along the lines of "what does she want now"... I got my burger back for the 3rd time and it was still incorrect. Went yesterday to this location and had the worst customer experience of my life. Girl taking my mobile app order admitted she had no idea what she was doing. Got someone else involved who also had no idea what they were doing as well. Needless to say never got my food. Told me I already used my code I said really where's my food. So generally speaking McDonald's isn't exactly known for there customer service so I'd rarely feel the need to speak on the subject but when going to this location it really is the one area in which they stick out and when I say stick out I don't mean positively, you can stand at the register for 20 minutes with multiple employees making eye contact with you down to even the manager and no one will make even the slightest attempt to attend to you. I could have a heart attack at the register and it would take 30 minutes before someone comes up and takes a deep sigh before asking you what you'd like in the most monotonous voice. It does seem the majority of the employees don't speak English so perhaps they're trying to avoid a conversation for that reason but as a bilingual myself that wouldn't have been a problem if they at least triedddd. Ordered to go order, had to wait 30 minutes asking multiple employees when the order would be ready just to finally find out the order had been ready for 20 minutes and had just been sitting on a counter in the back. Food was cold obviously. Terrible experience even for a McDonald's. Ambiance as well as decor was typical and on par with your average McDonald's. Also feel it's worth noting the drive thru seems competent during the day but seem like mostly young kids working nights so there's rap music blasting in the kitchen and they take forever even for a simple order like 1 large fries. So to sum it up if you can avoid this place do so, but if you must, stick to the drive thru unless it's late at night in which case you're doomed either way. read more

This was the 4th or 5th time coming overnight from 11p.m. till 3 a.m. the kids operating the over night are terrible when the manager isn't present . They avoid doing work by saying the grill or cash register is down so they don't take customers and smoke weed in front if the establishment. If you seem the outside sitting just know they won't be working till they're done smoking . The times they say they will open back up is usually untrue. I like this mcdonalds. The food is always fresh. Today I used the mcdonalds app for the "deals" and got a bogo double cheeseburger. Also, bc I did a mobile order I was able to score a medium fries for $1. All in all for the price I made out. For the quality of the food (at lunch, it was spot on) the bun was fresh, the nuggies were so fresh (note: try them with honey as the dipping sauce), and the fries were just coming out so weren't stale or cold. read more

I got an email about throw back Thursday. Cheeseburgers .25 cents a piece. The order said you have to order at least $1 minimum. It doesn't say a maximum I ordered 20 cheeseburgers on the app. When I paid on my phone I got an email with the receipt total of $26. I went into the store and they looked at me like I was crazy. The manager said they are not participating. I went through how I ordered the burger and went to participating store and their store showed up. He said he couldn't give me the deal. I said then cancel my order. I said I wanted corporates number and he said come back tomorrow. I said find me the number the office or something. I find it hard to believe you don't have that number. Then a girl came over and said you can only order 1 cheeseburger with that deal. I explained the $1 minimum but she could understand. Then I said it doesn't give a maximum. I would give zero stars, but that isn't possible. We wanted to grab a quick chocolate shake before driving back to Miami. We order, pay and get to the window and with a nonchalant attitude the guy comes with one shake and goes "sorry we are out of chocolate, do you want one". I told him no and we want a cash refund. He then comes back and says we can run to the back to grab more chocolate. So they were not out of chocolate, they were just lazy and didn't want to grab it at 8 ol clock in the evening. Then he came back and he asked are you sure you don't want just one. He refunded my money and then said sorry. Correct customer service is stating you need to grab chocolate and will be finishing the shake as you ran out. As a frequent customer at Bonita Springs, Bonita Beach Road, store I get to observe the staff, and all in all they are a pretty good bunch, but after being served by Dania Cerrato very often, I get to see the difference a great employee can make for her fellow workers as well as for the customer. This is the worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to. They are always in a pickle and lettuce crisis. I ask for extra pickles and lettuce and found none on my cheese burger or Mc chicken. Soda fountain and ice coffee machine all taste like water. There is always more ice then soda when I asked for light ice. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before telling me to go park and wait another 10. Constantly on their phones when taking orders. I passed by around 12am to go inside and eat and they decided to close the doors when I parked... I went through the drive thru and then saw them letting friends in to eat inside.
