First and foremost, this is the first and last time I ever walk into this establishment. In these 60 long years of carrying on the American culture of fast food resteraunt's , I've never encountered such a prolonged line. I was on stand by for two hours, wasting an inscrutable quantity of gasoline. Just for when I go to the window, my order is absent! They give me a greasy bad and I retire out of livid ness, I arrive to my abode to see that my entire order was completely erroneous! It was only one singular fry, I was missing three chicken nuggets but had paid full price for another meal that was not provided to my vicinity. I cannot explain how downcasted I am to have gone through this. For your own sake, save your time! Very disappointed with my service. I come to this location about once a week and their usually great but today Josslyn was VERY rude to me. I didn't not receive all my food and didn't realize until after I got home. So I had to go back and get two missing items. My fries were very cold and when I asked josslyn if I can get them remade she stated "fries got cold on your drive home I can't do anything about that". Although that statement is true my drive home was less than a minute so how could my fries get cold that fast. I tried explaining to her that I live down the street from this chick fil a and that if my fries were fresh which they were not they wouldn't have been cold. She kept saying well there's nothing I can do about your cold fries and did not seem to care at all. This place has great fresh food and great service. When in the mall notice that when neighboring fast food restaurants are empty this place is full. My message to Chick-fil-A is to keep doing what you do, and watch out with Yelp. Yelp will bury/hide/not recommend your positive reviews with all sorts of excuses of why they do it, and then keep all your negative views more visible. Then, Yelp will extort you to buy their really outrageously expensive monthly advertising so they can rearrange your payed add to pull attention away from your negative adds. read more
