The preparation was excellent. The flavor was on point, as you'd expect from Popeyes, but what really stood out to me was how well the food was packed and kept hot. My Uber driver clearly had multiple stops before reaching me, and I noticed this in real time. Despite that, when my order finally arrived at my hotel, it was still piping hot. That tells me Popeyes takes their packaging and food preparation seriously -- and it shows. A special shoutout for remembering to include utensils with the order. It's a small thing, but when you're receiving delivery, it matters more than people realize.
