Horrible service. I initially thought the demand to use kiosks for ordering was a thing for stores within the Seattle City Limits. This store had been so pushy about kiosks until recently. And we all know that livable wages offend McDonald's managers big time. The last time I was at this store, I went to the counter, as usual. The shift manager was more interested in chatting with a coworker than the quality of service. Clearly angry that I am Not willing to use the kiosks, she kept pushing the issue until I firmly said I will not use the kiosk. The reason: they are set to give large size meals regardless of the fact that 1) I have a limited budget and 2) there is so much food one can have in any setting. This shift manager was acting like I would have done her a favor by Not going to that or any other McDonald's. Well, McDonald's competitors don't require the use of a kiosk. So, yes I will do this shift manager a favor by shopping elsewhere. read more

Food was good fresh and made to order. Quick run in/out while working in the field visiting clients today . The ambiance was quiet for a while then 2 men were talking loud and complaining. The works and staff were nice friendly. They have kiosk to take the order when you walk in. Use the app to get free rewards. I had not been inside McDonald's in quite a while. The location was clean. Restroom clean. Tables clean. Overall good experience. Good location on the corner. Easy in/out parking is good as well. Right next to fire station. read more

As I head home, I start craving French fries, so I decide to stop by McDonald's while I'm driving. The staff is friendly and quick to accommodate my order since the fastfood isn't busy inside, although the drive-thru is bustling! Every order I have ever placed at this location has had something wrong with it. it doesn't matter if it's through drive-up, or Uber Eats / DoorDash, etc. More often than not I'm at least missing 2 - 3 items from the order, but the latest issue was having my order completely swapped for another , FAR less expensive order. The 'manager's' response when I called to notify them was "I was on break" and "the driver didn't check" - the bag was sealed, preventing the driver from checking, and it was the first responsibility of the MCDONALD'S staff to check! Mobile Order for curbside pickup on May 5th, 2018 at 2:19pm - two items. McGriddle, and a Bacon McDouble Extra Pickles. After sitting there 15 minutes and watching cars come and go through the drive thru, I went into the store at 2:34. Shift manager said there was no order, however counter person found my hamburger sitting there on a tray, and then grabbed a breakfast sandwich off another tray and bagged it. No apology. Get to the car and have a cold hamburger with 25 pickle slices on it. There were more pickles than hamburger. The bun was dripping with pickle juice and falling apart. Obviously there was a disgruntled employee on shift. I threw the sandwich out it was so nasty. Normally this McDonald's is better than average. The manager contacted me and assured me it this was going to be dealt with. I'll give them another shot, and write this off as a disgruntled worker. read more

I showed up with just one card with $25 on it. They charged me for someone else's order which depleted the account then had me waiting while they sorted everything out and refunded my first charge. The manager was trying to run my card again on the correct order before telling me it was declined. I found out the other order was $20 and mine was $13 so I told him I can't afford both orders and I had no other option. He just refunded my order as well. They just wasted plenty of my time, made the last of my money in that account inaccessible for days and let me leave hungry while they will probably throw out my order. I don't know what they stood to gain not giving me my food they screwed up and knew I had no money to go get something to eat anywhere else. Shitty experience. read more

I hope this is a message that will get to ownership. Your employees that help me several times a week don't care about their jobs or getting the orders correct or anything that provides customer service to your customers. I stopped in last week and they got my order wrong so I had to go back in. I believe it's a joke when people order special orders and the staff in the back of the house does not follow the special request. I like to stop there sometimes and place mobile order for a single cheeseburger, with curbside pick up. I never waited more than 3-5 minutes for my order, they always add napkins and very positive and grateful, even it is so tiny order. I always give the person who brings m a bag, couple dollars as tips for good service. read more

Terrible! Purchased something through the app at about 10:15 p.m. While sitting in the parking spot, an employee came out to claim that they closed at 10 instead of 11. I asked for my money back and they refused, claiming I could do it though the app, which you can't. The manager said I should come back tomorrow and they'd fix it. It is what it is. I was told to order the quarter-pounder to ensure consistent freshness. It is. For a McDonald's burger it is seasoned well and fresh and delicious. Should I be embarrassed for reviewing a McDonald's? Nah, just being honest. As to the grumpy employees? I've gotten a "taste" of it, but the other employees are alright. I'm honestly surprised at the 2 stars and all the bad reviews. I'm writing this review as a palate cleanser after eviscerating the Canyon Park Taco Time, lol. I wanted to pick the most consistent fast food place I go to, just to say to the employees and management that they're doing a great job. I go here often, I always order a special order, and they always get it right. They're friendly and efficient. No matter how long the drive-thru line is, it moves fast and I get my order in minutes. My orders are always correctly made (thanks for getting my special order correct!), and always hot and fresh tasting. Food quality standards are high. I wish they'd line up the bun on the fish filet a little better, the cheese makes it impossible to fix later without tearing the bun apart. That's the worst criticism I have. :) Seriously, I appreciate the consistency and dependability of this establishment and consider it to be well-run by competent managers and employees who care enough to serve a quality product with friendly faces. That's all I ask for at a drive-thru. I'm sorry to the folks who had bad experiences and left bad reviews, but I'm a regular here (I live right around the corner) and I can honestly say those kinds of experiences are foreign to me at this location. I ordered a sausage biscuit, but they actually gave me somebody's sausage (penis) in between two pieces of wheat bread. The length and girth of the penis was rather small, but it was covered in this very sweet and salty glaze that made it somewhat edible. I would complain to the manager of the establishment that they put a penis in my sausage biscuit, but the day before I told my co-worker that I would suck the dirtiest and most repulsive penis for a sausage biscuit, so I can't complain too much. This is my favorite of the McDonald's, and in this class of food it's hard to beat. I mean, seriously, it's not Rover's or Canlis or even the 13 coins, but every time I go through the drive-thru they get my order right the first time, and my wait is always less then three minutes. McDonald's is still the largest and most successful franchise in history, and the Big Mac is still my favorite (next to Wendy's three-quarter pounder). The McCafe coffee drinks are quite delicious, and just a touch on the overly-sweet side, but definitely the best (legal) rush you can get for four bucks. This McDonald's was fine, it was clean, and there really wasn't too much to complain about. The service was fast and friendly, and since the prices are chain-wide, I can't really speak to those. For the food I got, though, I'd say it's a good deal. If you're looking for the best deal, and as a 17 year old boy, I believe I'm exceptionally qualified; get the double cheeseburger, large fries, and large soft drink. It's about $3.75, and really a great deal. There was some graffiti in the restroom, so I subtract a star for that, but the restaurant did have a nice look out onto Bothell Way, so if you enjoy urban sprawl, it'd be a nice thing to watch. When I bit into it, I discovered that the bun was some sort of syrup infused pancake. It was so space age, in a bad way. They tricked me into buying this horrible McMuffin variation!
