Fantastic service, clean interiors, spacious bathrooms and cleanliness is faultless, AC strong, great communication on what soft bevies entails a refill, board games, children size tables, cut flowers and clean flower vases at every table, juicy burgers, variety of sauces, fresh buns and quality veggies. Also, while dinning, saw how the workers got along with one another and they have a really cute staff station with plenty of snacks for the workers. Why 4 stars? Spicy chicken burger is very mild for my taste- considering it's spicy and it's fried, the crust is just too lightly battered to have a crunch. The waffle fries weren't crispy considering they mentioned they can't do a special order of well done, stylistically with all that surface area on that waffle chip- improvements on it is realtively easy if they are willing to serve a crunchy fry instead of a soft fry. With Chick-fil-A I never bother with take out or drive thru as every location messes up and forgets items, etc. I only ever dine in. Dining in here the staff were friendly and attentive. Best chic fil an ever I love this restaurant. I have been going to this restaurant for quite a while and I absolutely love their tea. They have a new lemonade that's out. That's absolutely wonderful as well. I enjoy going there because the employees are so happy to see people they know and reoccurring customers love everything that they have my favorite thing on the menu. Is their macaroni and cheese with bacon bits on top is great. The cost of food is not much and ice is terrific. I would go back to the store over and over again because I love them thank you for having such a wonderful service and a wonderful store. This Chick-fil-A has impeccable service. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Food was great as usual. They do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and tidy. For a fast food experience, I really enjoy what Chick-fil-A offers. Love the unlimited sauces, hand sanitizing wipes, insulated disposable cups, each table had a real flower in a vase, clean bathrooms, the playground, and more. The employee tidying up the restaurant while we were there was a young man named Jason. He was really respectful and nice. We were visiting with my young niece and he asked if she wanted to play on the playground before he started cleaning it. He told us it would take about 15 minutes to clean. Then when he finished cleaning the playground he informed us that we should wait a few minutes for the sanitizer to dry. My niece really enjoyed the playground. read more

Given this company's history of supporting homophobic causes, it felt like they were subtly trying to undermine the corporate culture. What's going on Chick-fil-a??? Waffle fries are soggy here and milkshakes are now the smallest size. The old large cups are no longer with us but the price remains the same for half of the original drink. Burger is the only thing that remains consistent but even then the meal becomes disappointing when considering the full picture. The recipe and ingredients are really simple but quality never changes. Love the fast service. They gave our order to someone else and when we finally asked why it was taking so long, the, Manager ABELYN refused to take any responsibility for making us wait over half an hour with three small hungry children crying in the car. We went home hungry with no food and when we called, ABELYN was rude and condescending and not at all apologetic about our long wait and upset children. We were hoping for better customer service and to be offered a remedy or solution to the problem that was entirely their fault. Love this chicken joint Wednesday is breakfast at Chick-fil-A. This store has an inconvenience and it's drive thru. How you drive around the small maze and sometimes a long line. I just park and walk in and order. It's either bacon, cheese egg biscuit or chicken minis. So I got the bacon and egg cheese biscuit this morning it was ok but it didn't seem hot the cheese was cold. I have been very disappointed by Chick-fil-a near my house so I decided to drive a little further to go to this location with my family. It's completely different to say the least, from the cleanliness to the kids play area, from getting your food on time to their customer service; it's beyond belief. They have gone above and beyond and I am impressed. Especially with Reece, with her exceptional people skills and multitasking and asking people if there's anything else she could do for them. Food quality: I think there are room for improvement. For example, I love their potato waffles, and chicken nuggets.
