Whoever the manager is with the braids has a miserable and rude attitude. I really wouldn't have wrote a review but this is the second time I've had an encounter w her where she's is just plain old miserable. I said extra ice at the drive through and she went on explaining how she couldn't do that because the machine already makes the ice. I got to the window to pay her and she was rolling her eyes and had a nasty attitude it's obvious she is miserable and dosent want to be there. The night before when I picked up food for my boyfriend she was rolling her eyes too and was mad at me because she kept saying my total for the bill but was facing a different direction when saying it so obviously I could t hear her. I don't care about what y'all say y'all can't do when I ask for something I don't want no explanation unless it's a really outrageous request nobody should even say anything to me about me asking for extra ice. McDonald's is an American icon with the yellow M sign but recently I feel that the domestic locations have all but lost their trusting fan following. Compared to the international locations which have better quality food and service the local American locations have been run down the food being of low quality and service even worse. McDonald's employees are extremely rude and service is given as if the customer is more of a headache than anything else. After eating the food you feel as if a mistake was definitely made. This location is pretty close to us and I have been their twice in the last couple of months hoping that the experience changes which really doesn't. I like the fish fillet but unfortunately because they are in a hurry they don't even pack it right and when you get home the ingredients are all over the box. The fries have been pretty fresh but you still got to beg for ketchup and mayo as they believe you should eat fries without those two!!!!!! read more

I know not to expect much from a McDonalds but this one has to be as bad as you can get. One look at the dining area or even the inside of the drive through window will give you a preview of what to expect with the food. The food is made with the same attitude they take with their cleaning(lack of) practices. Foods always dry and tasteless for some reason and looks thrown together. Funny because you can go 5 blocks away to another location and order the same sandwich and it's a night and day difference. I guess good management makes all the difference. read more

We have been here numerous times since we have moved to Boynton Beach. We haven't been inside yet, so we don't know whether or not if it's your typical dirty McDonald's. You can blame us for not getting our lazy butts out of our cars when we come here ;) I got the McRib sandwich combo with fries tonight. It had a nice coat of bbq sauce. My advice is to get it without the lettuce, etc. since you get the full flavor, which is taken away from the veggies a little bit. It won't hurt me if I don't get this sandwich again. I don't see how people can rave about this sandwich so much since it's not the best thing ever. We got a small caramel frappe to share since we had a coupon for it. Mmm for that. Went there last year as it is close to my house. All 3 times the orders were wrong or cooked incorrectly. Started going to other Resturants. This week I gave it another chance. On Monday I ordered food and checked the bag. The fries were hard and cold, the meat was overlooked & cold. Even the cheese hadn't melted. After complaining they corrected the order. With all the problems I didn't notice the 2 missing Apple pies. Today we went again and I ordered a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese and a lot of extra onions. I've been here 5 or 6 times now and I am surprised at the bad reviews. My only complaint has been how slow the drive thru is. Other than that my order is always accurate. Love the double cheeseburgers and apple pies. They even actually do give me light ice in my drink when I ask for it too. read more

Was at this location on yesterday. I wanted to try the buttermilk chicken sandwich. I ordered 2 to go. This was a big mistake.
