I've dined in here only once, ordered delivery once, and have used the drive-thru pickup window a few times. I use this location purely for proximity -- there's nothing standout about it, other than the drive-thru pickup window itself. Unlike other drive-thrus, you can't place an order there; it's strictly for pre-order pickup via the Chipotle app, which also gives you reward points with every order. The food has consistently tasted on-brand, and my order is pretty much the same every time: either a burrito bowl or an actual burrito with chicken, white rice, pinto beans, salsa, guac, and chips. My orders have always been hot, and portions have been generous and consistent. I've had no issues with service here. The inside isn't big, but there are multiple seating options for dine-in. Convenience and consistency go a long way, so I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. read more

I was in this plaza and decided to stop at Chipotle and get a bowl. I went with white rice, black beans and steak. It was okay, not as fresh or tasty as it should have been. The rice was crunchy, and the steak was very dry. I wanted to try their new cilantro lime sauce, so I got a small cup on the side. This sauce is only here for a limited time and it's delicious. The older male manager spoke disrespectfully to the two young girls working behind the counter, which made me feel uncomfortable and left me wondering how it made them feel. It was a creepy situation. There are other locations to choose from, so I don't plan on coming back to this one. read more

Absolutely disgusting location. Garbage stacked everywhere, trays stacked everywhere, every bit of the kitchen was dirty and no one seemed to care. When I walked in and saw that I should've left but decided to get something to eat anyway, the food was so salty it was almost edible, all the iced tea containers were empty and blocking the lemonade containers. And the fountain drinks were all flat. Not to mention that when I got to the counter to order it took about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged that there was a group of people waiting. This was all at 7 PM so they can't make the excuse that it was too early or too late. Not sure who runs this place but can't possibly see how it's gonna last very long. It seems that you can count on one thing with Chipotle and that is most of their locations are going to mess something up. I ordered a steak taco with rice and instead of rice they gave me corn. I didn't even known they had corn. They not only didn't give me rice but replaced my tomato salsa with roasted corn salsa. The only reason I step inside of these places is because of my daughter. As someone who works in the food industry I understand it can be very frustrating trying to close and having customers come in the last hour but the girl taking my order (pink flower claw clip and a hat) clearly was bothered by customers who were coming in. She refused to check us out after taking our orders and has someone else do it instead. All other staff (two other young ladies) were extremely nice and accommodating. This location has a chipotle lane which is the best part about it you can roll up in 10 minutes and your order is ready. Sorry but this whole company is chawk full of lazy, burn outs who can't get out of their own way and I don't know why? Been to this location a few times to avoid the other boyton beach location on federal hwy. At every location they miss stuff in the orders, stores are dirty and their managers ffff up and then laugh in customers face after the fact. Today came in to get a bowl for me and my wife the two girls taking the orders seemed like they couldn't be bothered and annoyed they seemed like they where not interested in portion control and when asked for more caso huffing and puffing this is just beyond me? It's obvious that this corporation doesn't take care of their employees or QA their staff and managers otherwise they wouod fire a majority of the staff here and the manager seriously after being told that the other location kept missing my orders to the manager promising I had everything rather than checking. Instead he promised my order was complete and he had everything in the bag and I trusted him my mistake!!! Then messaging them thru this app to No one following up? Also if you see no phone number either so they don't hear complaints- guys seriously you are complete F*Ups Why is everyone of your locals a complete cluster F operation? For piss poor managers to staff who can't be bothered to do their jobs SERIOUSLY? And don't bother to apologize and ask me to go to your piss poor customer disservice team who are even worse. Came back again after a disappointing visit a few months ago. Well im not surprised im disappointed again. Upon walking in, the place was empty and trashed. 6 workers are working and yet they move at turtle pace. They were out of fajitas and their excuse was that one out of the 8 workers is on break...? Also out of vinaigrette because it's raining? Don't understand, and I don't understand how this place could be so poorly managed. Whoever is the owner of the franchise sure fooled Chipotle. I love chipotle and hate leaving bad reviews but here it is. For a Chipotle location, this one is awful. I've came here about 10x and every time I walk in there's nobody inside except employees. What is alarming about this is that everytime I stand on the line which there isn't a line it's always just me walking up to the front with nobody in the store and they somehow manage to make me wait every single time I order when there's no other customers. In addition, the owner is so cheap. If you get a queso he will fill up half the cup. I'm done coming to this location. If you're in the area I'd suggest going to a different one. This place would fall apart if it got busy. Ambiance is chipotle. read more

I suppose this brand new chipotle has had a lack of customer service training. It's great that they have a window where you can pick up online orders. However, if they don't provide any additional service at all, what good is the window. While at the window on my second visit at this particular chipotle, I asked them for some Tabasco sauce, and if they could put some in a small plastic cup, which, in the past other chipotles have done with no problem at all. The gentleman responded to my request 'no you gotta do that yourself' and proceeded to close the window in my face. I don't know if that's a company policy or something but if it is perhaps be significantly nicer about it. Insane. Pointless to have a window and extremely rude. After he closed the window in my face he just stood there. The store was not busy at all. read more

Best Chipotle I've ever eaten. The people were so nice and gave you your moneys worth. When you asked for chicken you got it, when you asked for guac you got it. Extremely clean.
