Wow so unorganized I walked in and waited in line to order. No one acknowledged me "even the managers sitting at the table to the left" A young lady in a light blue shirt finally said hello, I could see she was stressed and training someone. I gave her my order and observed the kitchen "show" going on. It was not fun to watch the team in the kitchen in such chaos mode. Nobody knew what they were doing from the left to the right, I did tell them that I was staying here to eat and they put everything in it to go bag not on a tray. No big deal that's perfectly fine. They gave me my meal, but I didn't have a drink. I ordered it. I had to ask twice for my iced tea. I finally got it. As I sat my lunch, I literally watched the most unorganized show going on in front of me. Again, the management team sat at that table on the left side when you walked in and didn't move didn't get up didn't help. I felt so bad for the young lady who was being trained. My food was delicious. Very disappointed with my experience today. I placed my order before leaving so it would be ready when I arrived, yet I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich and coffee. What makes it even more frustrating is that the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience and saving time, but this experience did the opposite. If consistency is key, this McDonald's location has nailed it -- consistently bad. The staff not only manage to mess up orders with impressive regularity, but when you politely ask them to fix it, they respond with an extra-large serving of rudeness. Want breakfast? Very very rude female employee works the drive through. I ordered cheeseburgers from a sign they had posted at the drive thru. She said they didn't have that. I had ordered Pryor and changed my order once she discovered she was wrong. I drove up to pay and asked if she had corrected the order. That's when she became very rude and refused to read the order back to me. Incidentally the price never changed so I know she didn't change anything. Service here is so slow. Even when there's no one in line, the drive thru takes several minutes to get thru. I've gone here three times out of convenience and the average drive thru time is about 6-8 minutes with one person in front of me (I've timed it). I truly don't understand it. I've seen people in front of me talk to the workers, hand things back, and even yell at the window to get the rest of the order that was apparently forgotten. Once I ordered an apple pie and was told at the window there were none sol get cookies. Then I was told there were no cookies and l'd get a donut. Then I was told no donuts so here's a blueberry muffin. Oh and don't even try to do curbside pickup. It's just as slow if not slower. Update 4/2022: I decided to try this location again. Ordered on the McD app. I used their daily 20% any purchase $1 or more deal. I got to the window to pick up my food and the employees asked me for more money. They said my order was short about $4. I told them that was incorrect, the total amount they told me was before the 20% off deal. I had the order receipt on my phone and told them. They said there was no deal. They refused to acknowledge the deal and wouldn't give me my food unless I handed over my card and paid them the extra money. I told them no, they weren't getting more money out of that, it's a scam and they're stealing. I told them I wouldn't complete the order and left. I'll never return to this location ever again. Very poorly run location. The drive thru barely moves. You sit at the speaker for 3-5 minutes before anyone acknowledges you then when they do there's no hello and very monotone "what would you like to order?" Then after giving the pickup code you sit for another 10-20 minutes behind cars not moving. With the volume Mickey D's does, the cost to open and operate one or several, and the brand reputation damage of experiences like this, one would think the savvy franchisee reading reviews such as this one would take a short drive in either direction on BBB to see how it's don't at Chick Fil A and implement some improvement changes. read more

What do I love about my Neighborhood McDonalds? The fries, fries, fries!!!! They are never soggy or old. They are light and crispy with the right amount of frying and salt they use. The employees at this location are not stingy about giving ketchup. I know people crave 5 star restaurants etc etc!!!! But for me I like to have McDonalds fries. No other fast food place has better fries. Before I start writing a book called fries, I would definitely recommend this location of McDonalds because the food is consistently hot and good. I also order the fish filet sandwiches, as well. For dessert, my childhood favorite is apple pies however the pies are sometimes over cooked. Things they can really improve on: I wish they would speed up the drive thru, it takes for ever sometimes. Other than that, I'm not driving to any other location. Take time to fully check your order. They NEVER GET IT RIGHT. Today went there to pick up breakfast. 4 egg Mac muffins and 6 hash browns. I looked in the bag saw the egg McMuffins and a hash brown. I assumed it was ok and the line of cars behind me were very impatient so I headed home. Only got 2 hash browns not the 6 on my receipt. Had to make more food for my family. What a terrible experience. This is the worst McDonald's on Earth -- zero exaggeration. Employees seem to take extra care not to give you what you've asked for: sauces, etc. in particular. This MUST be some effort to save money as there isn't any other plausible explanation 'for a group of employees being so consistently bad at their jobs. Furthermore, there are very long lines at random hours of the day. So, bad franchisee, bad management, terrible training -- possibly all three. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs.
