I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald's location. I came inside specifically to place an order with a cashier because not every customer is comfortable using the self-service kiosks. I stood waiting at the counter for around 10-15 minutes while employees saw me standing there and never acknowledged me or explained anything. What made the situation worse was that after making me wait all that time, an employee finally came over only to tell me to use the kiosk instead. If the location expects customers to use kiosks, employees should communicate that immediately instead of leaving people standing there ignored. The issue is not just the wait time -- it's the lack of customer service and communication. Some customers, especially older customers or people unfamiliar with the kiosks, need assistance. A simple "I'll be right with you" or "you can order at the kiosk if you'd like faster service" would have solved the problem immediately. Corporate should understand that the kiosk system is hurting the customer experience when employees stop paying attention to customers at the counter. Customers should not feel ignored in the restaurant. read more

Pretty sad when you call to not even ask for anything to be refunded but to tell the manager that you received a sauce that you paid for extra had tape over it closing it shut half open and they have nothing to say but left you on the phone crickets you had to hang up cause they were talking to other people you had to hang up. NOT A KID FRIENDLY LOCATION. The worst experience from the beginning. Took several minutes to order 3 happy meals, the disgruntled manager had to take over the order. They totally missed the large fry that we also requested. In the window, we noticed that the happy meals were missing the apples, and contested it. The manager only gave us two of the three and decided to argue back and forth over it. While pulling away she screamed "ASSHOLE". All three of my very young CHILDREN heard the profanity. My husband went into the store in which she cowardly covered her name badge, in a fever pitch demanded he leave the store. My husband was very calm. She seems to be mentally unstable and riding a power trip that is to be a manager of a McDonald's. All over apples, and so we paid for food we did not receive and my children are in tears. I just had lunch with my family, this was the worst expensive I've ever had at any restaurant. All of the women in the store were extremely rude and had attitude with anything and everything we came to the ask them for, they were just so miserable and they reflected it on us. We had a bigger party but we placed our order on the big screen and sat down immediately. All the staff had to do was bring us our food and give us straws and sauces when they didn't provide them. The men that were working at the time were very helpful and actually nice. The younger man who was on curbside was nice to us, greeted us and got the door. There is no consistency with service or food. I order the same coffee ever time and every time it taste different. Standing in line or waiting in line of the drive thru is everything but fast. Comparing to other McDonalds restaurants I give this one 5 stars because every time I've been there, the food is hot and tastes like it's supposed to. My favorite breakfast food is a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and I ask for extra sauce. They always get it right and their bagels aren't hard and stale like other McDonalds restaurants in the area. The employees are always nice at this location. I'll go back to the McDonalds for their addicting fries and my favorite bagel meal all to often. It's good stuff!! read more

Parking is ridiculous as a majority of spaces are assigned: drive-thru, curbside pick-up, compact cars and handicapped. The remaining parking is back by the dumpsters or using Applebee's lot making customers walk through the drive-thru line and traffic looking for parking. I don't visit this McDonalds a lot, but after this experience, I definitely would not want to come back. We got in line, a relatively short line, and we waited for a while. When we got to the window, there was a woman already waiting with our food held out. Before my boyfriend grabbed it, he looked it over for a second to check it before the woman very rudely asked "are you gonna take it or what?" and gave us a bitchy look. I was having trouble holding it all and she just kind of stared really rudely because we took more than one second to drive away. She was very aggressive and my boyfriend and I were just in shock as we drove away. I've never had someone at mcdonald's be that rude to me before. I believe the person who was rude to us was a supervisor who was stressed that the orders were taking so long to get out. Five cars went through the other lane with no one responding or attempting to take my order. This location used to be great but my last three visits had mixed up orders and now they would not even take my order.
