The food is usually pretty good. The fries are hot. But this particular time when I went, they're promoting the big arch burger so it look good in the picture so I ordered it when I got home. I started eating it and it tasted nasty. I wouldn't recommend that burger to anybody. The drive through employees are super friendly and always get my order right. The place is a little busy but all McDonald's are busy.

Since it's reopening the service has gone downhill. My order is always wrong or shorted and it's always just a single order for myself and they still can't get it right. Latest example, this morning I order the big breakfast with hotcakes, get all the way back home and they don't include the sausage patty. Normally I don't have any issues Here! but it's my birthday I wanted to get some breakfast I ordered on the app at 10:22 and when I got there it's not a far drive for me i got there at 10:30 on the dot told them I ordered it before 10:30 but they told me since I wasn't here they can't service me at this time. definitely a little bit disappointed. read more

We have been using this McDonald's for breakfast for years and I would normally not have anything bad to say. However this morning we went through the drive thru and tried using an app code, that we use very often, and tried to order a muffin sandwich and a steak bagel sandwich. The person taking our order states that we can not use the code for the bagel. I had just used this same code the day before for the exact same order, so I said yeah it works I just used it. She then got a bit of an attitude and said no, they can not do that and this code has never been used for that, so I let her know I just used it yesterday, so unless they just changed it, it should work and it even says in the app that it is an eligible item for this code. She again said they can't, I asked if she would at least put it in and try. And she refused. We were very unhappy with this visit and the way this was handled. I did not have time to discuss with a manger, or I would have showed them the app myself and where it clearly states this sandwich is eligible for this code. Still giving three stars, because as I said before, I normally do not have many issues at this location read more

The only reason I visit this location is because of my grandkids. The orders are constantly wrong. Today was my last visit. We went through the drive thru late night and didn't realize they forgot fries until we got home. We stopped back in today and ordered something for our grandson and also let them know about the missing fries. I asked Jose, the manager on duty if he could just throw in a drink in place of the missing fries. He refused to do it because I didn't call last night. I really plan to try to not go back to this location. Mind blowing how a manager can let a customer leave unhappy over $1 drink. read more

Hey, it's McDonald's right? Food is good, served quickly at the drive thru. My only complaint is that quality control is lacking. Ordered a Bacon Big Mac meal, no lettuce, extra onions on the Mac. Got home, opened the box, checked my burger...NO BACON, NO EXTRA ONIONS. Called the store & spoke with Anita, the GM. She was apologetic & offered to make things right. Inconsistency. I can tell you I've been to many McDonald's and it depends on who services you. I like the fudge sundae and it came in different portions before to me. The woman manager only cares about protocols; telling me my "ice cream is overfilled." The man manager is kind and is more humane and give a full cup of ice cream & enough fudge. It all started when I wanted more fudge than the amount received. They say they gotta remake it and when i get it the ice cream portion is less than the fudge; so I question the female manager about it and the inconsistency, she tells me that my current ice cream has too much. How can you expect satisfactory when you clearly see I'm not satisfied with it?! "Oh yeah I love this place and the cheap service and attitude around here." My friend got cold fries and when he opened his burgers both jacked up bun hanging half off and wasn't done right. We were in the area visiting family, we are from Texas, stopped at this McDonald's for supper. Needless to say this McDonald's location was horrible. Everyone preparing any kind of food was not wearing gloves. I seen an employee scratch their head really good and then continued making food. Some of the employees that was working behind the counter was loud and obnoxious, while elderly people was trying to order their food. The store seemed dirty and needed a lot cleaning. The food and service is a lot better in the mornings. The staff is a lot older on the morning shift.

Very quick service especially for the long lines. They get people through pretty quickly for the amount of customers they have. The only complaint is the quality of food isn't amazing. We got a burger with an extremely long hair in it. They immediately replaced it and were VERY apologetic but it was off-putting. I know those things happen but they shouldn't if everyone in back is wearing the proper head coverings and gloves. read more

one of your (of color) workers is super rude. (i believe he has really big hair?) he throws stuff around and caused me to have to wait 30 minutes for my sandwich because he was making it wrong every time! you guys should try to fix or eliminate the issue because i'm always waiting so long because your workers are terrible. the nuggets are good, still have to wait 20 minutes for them every time i come though. read more
