Somebody just shut this restaurant down by now the person I guess she's the manager is very rude acts like the customer or the DoorDash or is a problem. She acts like customers walking in the door is a burden to her because she has to wipe down the tables, she acts like she hates her job so I don't understand why she stays and they take over an hour to make any order regardless customer or not this place has been an issue in Brandenburg for 10 years at this point I suggest semi truck block both entrances off the property and quit allow people to go there that way they are forced to shut down read more

Dined in 15 November 2023 Huddle House was a convenient choice. Strangely, phone services were down that day, so I could not use my trust Yelp app to find dining recommendations, so we stopped at the first place we saw. We stopped in around 1pm. Upon entry, we were greeted and told to sit wherever we chose. There were already two sets of diners seated, and we chose a table on the opposite side so we could look out the window. Within a few minutes of sitting, the waitress brought the menu and took our drink order. That came out timely. We ordered soon after. I ordered the chicken strips with fries, and my companion ordered a breakfast burrito. For what we ordered and the small number of other diners, I feel like it took a long time to prepare. When the food finally came out, my fries and chicken strips were very crispy [= overdone, dry]. I didn't complain; I just ate the damn thing. My companion, who had a breakfast burrito, was offered ketchup. I used my ranch as dipping sauce for both my fries and chicken strips since there was no ketchup on the table and the waitress walked away before I could ask for some since she didn't offer me any. Sat down at the counter for breakfast and was immediately told it will be a minute. No problem. Unfortunately a minute turned out to be over 15. I ended up just walking out. In fairness there was just one server, but it wasn't very busy and the two cooks were mostly unoccupied. As I was sitting at the counter one of them could have simply asked me what I wanted. Man we have come here PLENTY of times and I must admit today is the worst service I have ever received in my life!!!! Maybe 4 tables of people( one as they were walking by I told them they should escape while they could)... we first walk in and there was only one table with people, we sit down and wait for almost 7 min before someone even came over to get drinks... there are plenty of waitresses however only one who is actually serving customers.. the " cook" keeps loudly announcing how it's gonna be a bad day, yup that's the fella I want cooking my food the one having the mental breakdown behind the counter... I get that days are bad and you have to work, believe me I do however I am also professional brought that I dont announce it to everyone around me and the customers who are there... the waitress finally comes by to tell us our food should be cooking soon, wow that's great considering we ordered 20 min ago... she then looks at us with a questionable look when I ask if the salad is going to come out first... like that is a crazy request... philly came out wrong... my wife's fries never got ordered...she brought waffles and French toast but no syrup... all in all a crappy experience... read more

Great family friendly atmosphere where kids are more than welcome and they have wonderful customer service!!! Great cooks and yummy food. The waitresses are very knowledgeable as far as the menu and varieties of ingredients go. We stop in Brandenburg every couple of months and eat here. Thumbs up.. read more
