I would give zero stars if possible. We were going through the drive thru and asked to wait a minute. We said no problem. In the second lane a truck pulled up and was immediately helped by the person who asked us to wait. When we tried to get someone to answer us ao we could order there wasn't a response. i doordashed THREE chicken strip baskets and spent 31$. i only receive one basket and i contacted the store. The manage was really rude to me when i would ask a qy. i understand they may have been busy but now they can only refund me 15$ for two baskets??? when it was 10$ a piece on doordash. The counter service was horrible. He was rude and kept touching his mouth with his bare hands, opening the food boxes to see what was what. Very unsanitary. He wasn't very nice and seemed to not know what he was doing. kept walking away and forgetting to give customers plastic silverware. read more

This would've been a five star review...if it wasn't for the worker with dark hair a few booths down -who wasn't on the clock at the time- complaining about other employees who she is "glad" she doesn't have to work with today. It was quite loud and disturbing as me and my family tried to eat lunch. However, the food was hot, fresh, and came out pretty quickly. Once again, Dairy Queen has let me down. On this particular day, this area is supposed to receive a HUGE amount of snow. My kids and I stopped to take advantage of the "buy one get one free" when it snows promotion, since the rain had turned to ice. The manager on duty- a uptight blonde, stated that it wasn't snowing yet and that they wouldn't honor the promotion. And then, to top it off- we had to wait over 20 minutes for our full price blizzards. The short staffing made the cashier move to the ice cream area, while the manager stood at the fryer watching the French fries. Shame on you Dairy Queen- I expected a store that honors it promotions, and puts customers first. read more

Went here for blizzards the other day because there's no other place to go in Brandenburg, and they were pretty much milkshakes when she handed them to me. She didn't tip them upside down or anything. I said something about it and she just said "sorry" I paid $10 for two blizzards that were melted as soon as she handed them to me. Love that. read more

This is the best DQ in several states!. I have eaten at many locations and none can compare to this one. The ladies are mature, energetic, happy and serve great food. Each order is handled with love and friendliness. The location is clean and always busy-which is a good sign. The older folks come in the mornings to hang out-talk and drink coffee. It is a good place to feel welcome and get good food. KEEP up the GREAT JOB!!! read more

We like coming here as a treat and the food is good. The staff is friendly and service is prompt. Be prepared to wait though. Once you order, they are SO slow!!! They seem to have a constant turn over of teenagers workers who never know what they are doing. read more

Giving this place a 1 star is way too generous!!!30 minutes of my life wasted, I went inside to place my order because in the past it has either been cold food or missing item. I was in line behind a lady picking up a birthday cake whom had asked if she could get the words "Happy Birthday" written on it, Why in the hell in took 4 workers to get this task accomplished puzzled me but I just waited. Then the lady asked them after looking at the cake if they could at least dot the I and cross the t!!Did I mention 4 workers were working on this and NONE of them noticed. The what looked like a manager is complaining that she "can't wait to get outta here and can't stand so and so" She still had 3 hours to go, she let everyone know, including me. The front line guy finally takes my order. Then goes back to gossip more for another 10 minutes. They sit my chicken strips up under the light. As I waited forall the gossiping and complaining to be done with I asked if that was my order sitting up there. He says OH, then proceeds to drop fries in the fryer and walks away. I asked is there no fries ready??? He replies no, I didn't know we were out .I requested my money back. No apology. No nothing. Please Dairy Queen get these people in shape or get new staff, I know there are people that would greatly appreciate a job and would also probably know how to spell Happy Birthday.
