My experience with your on-duty manager, Selena, was appalling. When I asked for a refund for a milkshake because the machine was down, she refused. Instead, she aggressively raised her voice toward my children in the back seat and told them they could either take a lemonade or leave. It took me showing her the order total on my McDonald's app and doing the math for her on a calculator before she would even consider a refund. When I pointed out her rude behavior, she became angry, refused to come back to the window, and sent an unnamed employee to give me a partial refund but refused to provide a receipt or manager contact. Compared to the other McDonalds I generally go to on 301, this one is so much better. The staff was friendly and actually got everything in the bag, including the sauce! The staff seemed to get along and the food was fresh! Store was also very clean. read more

This location is run so poorly. They need a designated counter greeter!! When they see people standing there with empty cups who are dining inside they do not come to the counter to refill your drink; just let you stand there hoping you'll walk away. I was there to pickup an order and had to yell back behind the wall to get someone to come to the counter after standing patiently for 10 mins all while the workers are going back and forth and making no eye contact, like they have horse blinders on. Another ten minutes go by and I had to yell again to get someone to come to the counter and this girl says, "oh i checked, we don't have that order on the screen." She just let me stand there. Zero problem solving skills or NO customer service. I was there the day before to get an ice cream cone and this is what i got for $2.29. I mentioned wooh theyre getting pretty small and the drive thru lady shrugged her shoulders and said yeah. I've ordered here twice within the past week using my Mobil app and both times they have messed up my order both times it's just crazy to me that it has happened twice in the past week because typically this doesn't happen whenever I go to McDonald's they defiantly need to hire better employees because I fear it's not difficult to mess up orders so often. read more

When you pay for your food, do you want your order correct? If so, DON'T GO HERE. We live nearby, and sometimes we end up swinging by for a quick meal on our way home. Literally every time we are missing something on the order. Today, we got lucky with an extra terrible experience: burgers made wrong, we were completely missing a sandwich, the fries were soggy, AND my husband stood at the counter for 8 minutes just to ask for ketchup while employees stared at him and chose to avoid the fact that there was someone at the counter. Many other guests were waiting for service while they got stared at. I tried to call the restaurant to speak with the manager to provide feedback, but the phone just rang and rang. My guess is that there are so many people calling the restaurant because their order is wrong that they opt to just avoid the phone calls - just like the way they completely ignore people at the counter. McDonald's double McD with cheese was the best in taste and appearance (i.e., not overly squashed). Drive-thru service was friendly, courteous and fast as expected, order received was accurate as requested. Offered and received a receipt for purchase. Visits and order placed to each was specific for 'Pepsi challenge' - ambiance inside facility not compared since order purposely placed in drive thru. Pleased with service reps and meal. read more

Me and my granddaughters Rebecca and sarah just wanted to eat a nice meal! There was hair in my poor rebeccas fry which you will see in the photo below. While ordering they did not tell us hwo much will be paying and didn't even offer a receipt. The other day I was there and wanted a grimace shake for my granddaughter sarah and the horrible man said "we dont have that anymore." Even though iw as starring at the menu, this was before the grimace meal ended. Back when I was a boy my youth pastor took me to McDonald's every Sunday afternoon and it was never this bad. Went through the drive-through on 4/13/2021 (@ approx 1800hrs)...I was asked to go to spot #1 and park and wait for my food to be BROUGHT to me. Waited for an extended period. Saw the person come out and gave driver behind me his food. I sat there for a few more minutes and discovered that mine still wasn't coming out. I proceeded to get out of my car went inside to the counter. I spoke with the manager manager who told that she was waiting for hot fries...and I'm thinking, "Oh....so you're waiting 15 minutes for fresh french fries? Really? Sitting there waiting for at least 15 minutes for food was ridiculous when I had already gone through the line and this woman didn't even offer a freaking apple pie for my wait or inconvenience..... Was in the store today and witnessed the manager Jennifer, a grown woman, screaming at some of her employees who appeared to be high school age. Frankly, it was disappointing and disgusting to see an adult treat her coworkers (let alone her supervisees) with such disrespect; not to mention the complete disregard for the customer experience. I'll be going low brow for a bit until my budget recovers. I admit I was seduced by the latest McDonald's commercials of their never frozen, cooked to order 1/4 pound hamburgers, so thought I would give it a try. This is the McDonald's in the shopping center at Bell Shoals and Bloomingdale. Seems to be mostly a drive through location, but I ate in to give it a fair shake. This is a location where you can place your own order at a touch screen, though I opted for a live order taker. This was a bit of a mistake, as the person was clearly new. They were cheerful enough, but taking the order took quite a bit of time. I ordered their new 1/4 pound hamburger with just cheese and onions. It was delivered to the table barely after I sat down. It didn't live up to the image in the commercial, as it was overcooked, not juicy at all. Other than that it was a standard McDonald's experience. Fries were good, but hardly and salt (unusual as if there is a complaint with the fries it is usually too much salt). Coca Cola fountain drink was fine, i.e. they had the syrup mix right. Smiles all around and the place deserved good marks for cleanliness. read more

This use to be my favorite McDonalds, don't know what happened but I will not be coming back. The service has not been the greatest over the past 6+months and today I had a Mobile order but still had to wait 10 minutes for a simple order to be filled. Even after the wait we didn't receive any dipping sauce and the fries arrived cold. Received new fries in a warm bag but fries where not fully cooked and barely warm. I could understand if it was busy but only 3 cars in line. read more

Poor service, dirty-unkempt in spite of there being about a dozen folks working. Ordered ice cream cone and a coke from the kiosk and paid and found a number (there were none at the kiosk) and sat down. After 10 minutes I went to enquirer what happened to my order. Pretty upset with my latest trip to this McDonald's. I have been living near this McDonalds for about 6 yrs and never had a problem with them. The other night I got a dbl quarter pounder with cheese (because I'm fat) and when I got homw and took a bite into it the burger was a light pink all through out. When I called the manger he informed me he would make it correct and that I could come in anytime And get another burger. So I went in the next day and asked the attending manager if my name was there for my burger and he said "that's not how we do things here u have to do that through the web site. A 24-hour drive-thru McD's, so if you hate yourself at 2am you can buy some burgers. Last few times I've been in "my dark place" (my dark place is when I'm hungry and don't want to cook for myself), their credit card machine has been down. So bring cash as well - also they took jalapeno mcdoubles off the menu, which is sad. read more

Horrible service, will never return although close to home. Went through the drive-in on 6/10/18 at 9:46pm after work. Employee was rude, and when I asked for ketchup, 2 out of the 5 packets fell to the pavement that she "attempted" to hand/throw at me with no apology. Even after shaking the experience off, got home only to discover I didn't get what I'd ordered nor what was on my receipt. (Even though I was only one of two cars in the drive-through.). I ended up disgusted with no meal since I threw it out. Order number was 1521 in case the manager wants to retrain this associate. (Which now after reading prior reviews regarding the same complaints at this establishment, it appears that no one in any sort of managerial role is concerned with making necessary improvements.) Ah yes, the old stomping ground for us Bloomingdale High schoolers. I have seen this store go through a lot of changes and every time it gets bigger and better. I'm really glad that they got rid of the play place and expanded the inside instead. No one really likes their kids to play in filth anyways and they can't sanitize a play area every day like they should. So that was a grand idea for sure! McDonalds food has never really changed so there's no point in commenting on the food. It's still good. But I wonder...do people REALLY win prizes when they have Monopoly going on?? This is the worst McDonald's in the brandon area. They're unprofessiona, there very slow Pulling cars to the stop sign with only 2 cars in line, they take long to answer at the mic, and after waiting you get cold fries. It's happenEd multiple occasions now and I live less than a mile from it and choose to drive an extra 10 minutes to bloomingdale and providence. And they are the only mcdonalds who dont do the promo toys for some reason. they're giving out pickachu kids meals and putting old behind space jam toys in them And not the cards which EVERY SINGLE McDonald's we have gone to other than this one has done. The management at this location is completely incompetent. It's very clear that the way they run the restaurant is inefficient and that they only have the slightest inkling of what they're doing. They will have nearly every car park and wait for their food, while trying to keep the drive thru moving. Anyone with common sense could tell that this is simply not going to work. What actually ends up happening is the kitchen gets incredibly backed up with orders that they can't keep up with and the management just continues to park cars until the drive thru is brought to a standstill. They proceed to mess up multiple orders and waste everyone's time, and for what? I have trouble understanding the rationale behind this procedure as it significantly complicates the managements responsibilities, and the people will still have to wait equally as long at the very least and at worst they mess up the order or forget about you. Simply ridiculous that these folks wake up every morning and do this every day and somehow don't realize the inefficiency of their system. I timed it, and chik-Fil-a almost always moved faster than McDonald's around the rushes, which is just astonishing considering that chik-fil-a has better food for better prices. I just finished a big mac sandwich I just bought from this mcdonald's . The worst sandwich I have ever had. It was poorly put together, the buns were old, the meat was old and cold. the lettuce was just sloped on and falling out everywhere.
