If you want a night that's equal parts food-forward and high-energy, Three Bulls Tavern absolutely delivers. The menu emphasizes expertly cooked proteins and bold flavors; every dish I tried was well-seasoned, perfectly timed, and plated with flair. Cocktails are creative and balanced, and desserts are indulgent enough to share--or not. The restaurant gives that neighborhood feel. Service is polished and attentive. The prices are good and easily doable for a special night or lively dinner with friends, and worth experiencing for locals.

Had an amazing time at three bulls Tavern last weekend! We have been wanting to try three balls for the past few months now, but never got the chance. I'm super glad we did! We got a chance to meet the bar manager who is super inviting and informative of their food and history, letting us know they also make all of their juices fresh in house. The food was super elevated. It was more than just bar food. It was fine cuisine! We started with the garlic parm wings, SOOOO GOOD!! I had their house special for the evening, which was a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. It was excellent! My fiancé had the steak sandwich which was also very delicious. They do offer a full bar as well as brew their own beers. For the full bar, we ended up having a couple cocktails, which were excellently crafted. I will be more than happy to be running back to three bulls in the near future!

Stopped in for dinner on a Thursday night around 6:00. Place was busy. Large bar area packed. This bar/restaurant brews it's own beer. There is a large cocktail menu offering other local beers, commercial beers, wine and specialty cocktails. The food menu has appetizers, sandwiches, pasta, burgers, I had the pastrami reuben which was made a little different from a jewish deli reuben. It was very good, as was the service. The portions are large. The place is mobbed on the weekends and parking can be difficult.

Service was really good. Food was good. I wanted to try the smoked wings with Alabama white sauce, the wings were exceptionally juicy, which is not common, the smoke hit a bit too strong but still worth it if you like smoke flavor. 3/5 My partner had the Reuben with some thick house made pastrami and some made relish, the best part of the meal was that sandwich. 5/5 House chips, shoe string fries and a beer for each rounded out our meal. 4/5 We would definitely try again.

We've become regulars at Three Bulls. A great selection of menu items that are always delicious. They have a good selection of local crafted tap beers, and spot-on cocktails. Appetizers are unique with great flavors. I recommend the shrimp on blue corn chips. The burger is another favorite and always cooked as ordered. The wings are the among the best in the area with options of dry rubs to sauce seasonings that make it difficult to decide on a favorite. Deserts are a limited selection but well worth a try. The chocolate mouse pie is rich and flavorful. Service is always professional and social. Josh is always uplifting and a pleasure to socialize with while sitting at the bar. His cocktails are among the finest. The restaurant is lively and sporty with NFL games on a screen from any angle. I haven't found a seat that I couldn't watch a game. I love this place! My local favorite and always looking forward to returning.

What a wonderful surprise ! Delicious and creative menu items combined with a diverse micro brewery. We enjoyed the appetizers like the scotch egg, deviled eggs, and the ribeye sliders. The Rueben sandwich was the best I've ever had. My son's 3 Bulls burger was huge and delicious too. It's very pricey, but totally worth it! Chris provided fun and efficient service. It's a very upbeat atmosphere.

I'm always a fan of this place when I'm visiting friends who live in Tampa. Last night I stopped in and surprisingly it wasn't too busy. I had a Hefeweizen and a burger. The pub chips were fresh and seasoned with coarse salt and pepper. The burger is a steak and bacon blend. Our server was super on top of our drinks and food even when it started to pick up. 4.6/5 stars.

Everything about this place was terrific! Josh our bartender was helpful, attentive even with a busy bar and personable. He is awesome at his job! Tracey and Jim the owners were down to earth and friendly. They have poured their heart into their business and it shows! They took the time to talk to us about the food, the beers, how the restaurant got its start, etc. We appreciate their courtesy! The cheeseburger we enjoyed was delicious! The meat was cooked as we requested and it had great flavor! There is a nice heaping of fries that came with it. You can tell the food is fresh and made with care. They have beers made in house and also choices from other local breweries. I sampled several in a flight and liked the Farmhouse Honey Ale best. Light, crisp with a hit of honey flavor. The Saison is also very good. I could drink any of the choices of beer made in house and be happy, they are all good! There is a cool vibe here and we look forward to returning. Highly recommend this place.

We've declared this burger THE BEST burger ever!

Saturday, 01.04.2025, we met up with our Quebec friends at our favorite, Three Bulls, for an early dinner. They loved the atmosphere, enjoying a fleet of beer and enjoying delicious meals ~ as we said they would! They ordered the Poutine entree and the amazing burger, which we described as a must have. We ordered the Whipped Feta appetizer - which we all loved and we ordered our go to, Shrimp Tacos to share - along with delicious Old Fashioneds and the bourbon beer. They could not compliment the Poutine enough, as they are experts on the dish coming from Quebec. We appreciate Jim coming by, so we could introduce them and always love getting to say hello. Always a treat to see Josh, our fav bartender. Sure is amazing to be able to brag on your favorite go-to spot and it never disappoints!

We love this place. We bring all our family & visitors here. It's consistent, the food is great and the service is friendly. I love that they do weekend specials. The only thing is I wish they would do more vegetarian ones. This was one of the vegetarian specials featured and it was phenomenal! I had never had anything like it. It looks like candy but it was pasta pouches of yummy goodness. You will not be disappointed.

Is there a kids menu? If so, can you please also mention what is on it?

Hi Danny - yes. The kids menu is Kid’s Burger, Kid’s Mac n Cheese, Kid’s Chicken Fingers and Kids Grilled Cheese. All are available with a beverage and a choice of side including chips, fired or apple sauce. Thanks for the question! Cheers!

Do you offer cocktails or just beer?

We have a full bar. Cheers!

    Is it dog friendly?

Hi Sonia - unfortunately we do not have a patio so we are not permitted to have dogs.

When will you have your own beers available?

They have two of their own brews on tap now. They update their Facebook page often.

A bartender greeted me and gave me water. For my drink, I took the chocolate old fashioned (13 dollars). It was strong enough and chocolatly to enjoy. For my main plate, I chose the chicken wings (10 for 17 dollars), half fat rabbit sauce (quite garlicky) and other half siracha. While the wings were not breaded, they were still fried. It was definitely crispy, but still meaty and tender. The sauces were flavorful, and the siracha had the right amount of heat. The ranch dressing was homemade and so good, I ended up drinking it. There could have been more celery, but it was fresh and crispy. They only had one dessert, and unfortunately it wasn't homemade, so I passed. My bartender was friendly, but busy. She had a helper, but lots of patrons to serve. Yet, she was still very nice and helpful when needed. The vibe is social and casual. I would have thought they would have more USF students, but mostly locals who are enjoying a good atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available as well, and it looks like you can bring your pooch too. When it was time to check out and pay, I noticed they forgot to charge me for my drink. When I mentioned that, they told me not to worry about it. It was a very nice gesture from them. Parking here is easy as it is located in the Publix complex. There is also a Don Julio's and Bundt Cakes nearby for dessert too. The Fat Rabbit pub provides great casual bar food in a social atmosphere. The indoor dining is large enough to feel comfortable, and outdoor seating is also there if you want to enjoy with your dog. I am glad I chose this place again as it was near my hotel. Definitely coming back for more great bar food at reasonable prices. Overall: A

I appreciated the time he took to go over the menu and the history of the restaurant, as well as some of his personal stories. The name may say brewery but it's more than that! It's food made in a scratch kitchen. We had the brisket sandwich which isn't on the menu and yet there it is! It had a great smoky flavor that went well with the pickled slaw. The fries are addictive especially with house made ranch. We also tried a burger which was good but a little overcooked for my tastes, my fault for not ordering it the way I like. The owner Chris put the World Cup game on for us to watch and we enjoyed the Von Trapp Hellas that was on tap! The veal was incredibly tender, and the gravy was packed with flavor. It was a satisfying entrée that came with two sides. For my sides, I chose the pierogies and spätzle. The pierogies were honestly my favorite part of the meal. They were fluffy, cheesy, and generously filled. So delicious. I could have eaten a whole plate of just those. The spätzle was soft and well prepared, but compared to everything else, I found it a little boring. The restaurant itself is very cute and has a lot of character. I loved browsing the selection of German snacks, candy, and other imported items available for purchase. It added to the overall experience and made the place feel unique. While I'm not that familiar with German food, I thought this was a pretty good restaurant. Overall, I found German cuisine a little more muted than what I'm personally used to, but I still really enjoyed the meal and the experience. I'd be interested in trying more of the menu.

I had such high hopes for this place. :( The selection is very limited and perhaps I missed something (entirely possible), but I did not see a price list for the deli case. We did find a unique assortment of other German products- some we haven't seen in many years. The restaurant portion was quite busy and the customers looked happy. We were flooded with nostalgia and left in hopes of dining in on a less-busy day. I ordered two meats, including the German bologna. During the drive home, my family and I noticed a terrible odor-- the kind where we started pointing fingers at one another. We never suspected that the package from the deli was the source. When we opened it at home, a nauseatingly funky, ammonia-type smell came from the German bologna. While the liverwurst smelled okay, I could not trust it after the bologna and decided against keeping it. Wasted time and money. Dang! The staff is super nice and that was truly a plus. However, I doubt we will be back. My family is very bummed over this.

The restaurant serves beer and wine only, and the menu had so many appealing options that narrowing down a choice was genuinely difficult. They dropped off a pitcher of ice water for the table right away, which was appreciated, though the ice melted quickly. My iced tea also arrived with very little ice. Not really a complaint, just something I noticed. The deviled eggs arrived with a fun DIY presentation that felt a little kitschy but looked fantastic. I didn't try them myself, but the plate was completely cleaned by the table within minutes. The lobster bisque was creamy and flavorful, though I wish it had been served hotter. Service was friendly and hospitable throughout the evening, but the timing of the food was a little inconsistent. My side Caesar salad arrived before the appetizers, which meant I was eating well before the rest of the table. The wedge salad was an interesting take, served with bacon jam on the side, though it felt lightly dressed compared to the Caesar, which was absolutely loaded with dressing. Delicious, but definitely rich. I ordered the Nashville hot tenders and found them just okay, but honestly, everyone else's food looked great and there were a lot of dishes I'd be interested in trying on a return visit. Overall, the atmosphere, live music, spacious setting, and friendly service made for a very enjoyable evening. A few execution and timing issues kept it from being a perfect experience, but I'd absolutely come back to explore more of the menu.
