I e been wanting a burger for a minute and found myself in Brandon today. Somehow I ended up at Bay Bay's Burgers and what a find. The Black and Blue was a gift that I didn't k ow I needed to give myself. It was only a single patty but it was enough of a meal that could finish the fries. I boxed up the cheese burger rolls but I did try one and they will make a perfect late night snack. There is no premade burgers sitting under a lamp they are made to order and come to the table hawt! The best salmon burger I've ever had! Simply delicious! I came here as a first timer to get a real burger! The menu was filled with some delicious choices but the salmon burger called to me. When I walked in the restaurant, there was one white man with a black shirt and a red hat behind the counter. He seemed new and was unsure of how to use the register. He was courteous and did a fine job. A few minutes later, a black girl, young thin, came out of the bathroom. I know she came out of the bathroom because she loudly proclaimed this at the white man working behind the counter. She then proceeded to berate and attack him for asking for help while she was in the bathroom. She was unprofessional, loud, mean and rude. I did not hear her speak to him with a please, thank you or any courtesy whatsoever. I am writing this review to bring this to the attention of the owners. This girl either needs to be fired or retrained on how to be a decent human being. The food was great, BTW! read more

Just a little storefront place, but one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. They have a diverse menu of different proteins for your burger. Plentiful order of fries, embarrassed to say I ate most since they were so good. It's a shame that they're tucked into this strip center as they would be busier elsewhere. Cooked to medium just how we like it. Buffalo Blue, Classic, BBQ Bacon and Mushroom Swiss were the burgers we tried.all were delicious. The fries are Awesome. Probably the best fries around. Skin on, seasoned to perfection. Buffalo Blue was a chicken burger with wing sauce and a blue cheese relish that also had celery in it. Very tasty and hit the spot for burger and wings. BBQ bacon came on a pretzel bun which was great and different. Was so good it lasted about 1 minutes before it was devoured. Mushroom Swiss also had great grilled onions added. Sat down and had my drink while I waited for the meal. When I got it, I realized that I needed something for the fries. I asked for some ranch dressing and was told it would be $0.50. We decided to try Bay Bay's after seeing a recommendation on IG. It was takeout so there isn't much to report on the ambiance as it was pretty fast paced. The burgers were solid but meh wife's burger was undercooked and she didn't finish it (no pink in the pink for her). I got the classic Bay-Bay burger and everything was cooked the way I wanted and the combination of egg on top of the stacked burger was great. We both had fries and they were a little under-whelming. The cajun fries were too salty and the truffle fries lacked flavor. For the price I definitely more. As always, I will give them another shot as everyone has an off day. read more

We stopped for an early dinner on a Saturday evening and when I did a check-in it came up that I would get a 10% discount. The menu has a variety of Specialty Burgers or you can make your own. The person at the register was very patient as we hadn't been here before. I ended up with the bbq cheddar cheese burger served on a pretzel bun. I opted for a single and am glad I did. We were only seated for a few minutes and our order was brought out. The burger was large and looked great. The problem was that they over cooked it. The meat was so dry that even the bbq sauce on my burger didn't help. I asked for no pink, but it was way more done than that. Super disappointing as it would have been a good burger otherwise. The bacon, cheddar cheese and sauce were just the right amount. The fries were like fair fries, which I like. Some malt vinegar on the tables would have been a plus. It is about 4.5 stars for my visit. Round up to 5 stars. We were here about the burger week. They are serving the Jamaican Me Crazy burger. Only this occasion they serve this kind of burger. This burger is top with grilled pineapple, applewood smoked bacon and mango purée. Very tasty. The patty of meat is grass-fed beef. The patty cooked to edge crispy and medium to center. Very good preparation on the grilled. If I revisit again, I will try their salmon burger and mushroom and Swiss burger. These two burger will be in my future visit. It was easy to customize what I wanted. I also got the fires with truffle salt which was good. The only thing that maybe could have been a little better was the potato tornado could have been a little thicker in the slices, some slices ended up extra crispy as a result of them being that thin. It was served hot and the single size was at least 8 ounces. The toppings were fresh and tasty. However, I had asked that the burger be cooked medium and it was served medium well. I was over in the Brandon area this weekend and decided to cross a spot off my list. I was told it was one of the best burger spots around, so it set the bar pretty high. This spot offers grab and go as well as a few seats to enjoy your food in the restaurant. I looked over the menu and decided to go with the #3, rise and grind burger. This came with an egg, bacon, cheese, avocado, wasabi mayo, on a pretzel bun. The wings also caught my eye so I ordered a 6 piece. I went with garlic parmesan and asked for a side of hot garlic sauce. We grabbed a seat and the food came out quickly. It looked good and smelled even better. The wings were huge. I dove into the burger and it was tasty. I enjoyed all of the toppings, but the wasabi mayo overpowered a bit. I also ordered the burger medium rare and it came out medium well. It was good, but not quite the hit I was hoping for. We tried the wings and were very pleasantly surprised. They were really good. The wings were perfectly crispy and the sauces were very flavorful. We really enjoyed them! We thought the wings were the standout of the meal. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch. The burger was good, but the wings were great.
