Bay Bay's burger came out to my apartment complex for an event. It was a one man show so it took a little longer but no worries. My partner ordered the cheddar bacon bbq burger and I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and we both added old bay fries. Came out to $40. The food to me was okay as there wasn't a lot of sauce on the wings. But my partner liked his food. I will try again to give this place a chance. read more

I e been wanting a burger for a minute and found myself in Brandon today. Somehow I ended up at Bay Bay's Burgers and what a find. The Black and Blue was a gift that I didn't k ow I needed to give myself. It was only a single patty but it was enough of a meal that could finish the fries. I boxed up the cheese burger rolls but I did try one and they will make a perfect late night snack. There is no premade burgers sitting under a lamp they are made to order and come to the table hawt! The best salmon burger I've ever had! Simply delicious! I came here as a first timer to get a real burger! The menu was filled with some delicious choices but the salmon burger called to me. I placed a to go order for a kids cheeseburger, a cheeseburger with bacon, a salmon burger, and a large French fries with old bay seasoning. My order was about $40. When I walked in the restaurant, there was one white man with a black shirt and a red hat behind the counter. He seemed new and was unsure of how to use the register. He was courteous and did a fine job. A few minutes later, a black girl, young thin, came out of the bathroom. I know she came out of the bathroom because she loudly proclaimed this at the white man working behind the counter. She then proceeded to berate and attack him for asking for help while she was in the bathroom. She was unprofessional, loud, mean and rude. I did not hear her speak to him with a please, thank you or any courtesy whatsoever. I am writing this review to bring this to the attention of the owners. This girl either needs to be fired or retrained on how to be a decent human being. The food was great, BTW! read more

Just a little storefront place, but one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. They have a diverse menu of different proteins for your burger. Plentiful order of fries, embarrassed to say I ate most since they were so good. It's a shame that they're tucked into this strip center as they would be busier elsewhere. I really hope this place makes it. The burgers are great but the staff could use a bit of customer service training. Today I bought a burger fries and a root beer. It was $17. Sat down and had my drink while I waited for the meal. When I got it, I realized that I needed something for the fries. I asked for some ranch dressing and was told it would be $0.50. Not too much to ask, but I paid with a credit card and didn't have cash. Ate the burger. Gave back the fries. The experience just left a "bad taste in my mouth". Pun intended. read more

We decided to try Bay Bay's after seeing a recommendation on IG. It was takeout so there isn't much to report on the ambiance as it was pretty fast paced. The burgers were solid but meh wife's burger was undercooked and she didn't finish it (no pink in the pink for her). I got the classic Bay-Bay burger and everything was cooked the way I wanted and the combination of egg on top of the stacked burger was great. We both had fries and they were a little under-whelming. The cajun fries were too salty and the truffle fries lacked flavor. For the price I definitely more. As always, I will give them another shot as everyone has an off day. read more

There was only one employee working and he had the BEST attitude, personality and work ethic. He had our order ready quickly and with a great smile. The food was really good. The Bay Bay Burger food truck came to our complex yesterday in Land O Lakes. My husband ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. I took a bite and had to sneak in a bunch more bites. We came by for lunch after church and there were a few tables occupied. We ordered at the counter a make your own turkey burger and a barbecue bacon cheddar combo with Old Bay fries. We did not wait long. I did not order fries but they added a few to my tray. The barbecue burger was good and the fries with the skins are always great. My Turkey burger was heavily salted which took away from the meat. I will ask them not to salt next time. The cook asked use a few times how we were doing. Normally never leave reviews, however I promised the guy at the front(Joseph) if my veggie burger was good I would leave a review. So here it is, Joe. The veggie burger was home made and delicious. It was easy to customize what I wanted. I also got the fires with truffle salt which was good. The only thing that maybe could have been a little better was the potato tornado could have been a little thicker in the slices, some slices ended up extra crispy as a result of them being that thin. Price was about what you'd pay at the chain places but you get a better product here. All in all, the food was really good, the service was good, and I'll be back. read more

The person at the register was very patient as we hadn't been here before. I ended up with the bbq cheddar cheese burger served on a pretzel bun. I opted for a single and am glad I did. We were only seated for a few minutes and our order was brought out. The burger was large and looked great. The problem was that they over cooked it. The meat was so dry that even the bbq sauce on my burger didn't help. I asked for no pink, but it was way more done than that. Super disappointing as it would have been a good burger otherwise. The bacon, cheddar cheese and sauce were just the right amount. The fries were like fair fries, which I like. Some malt vinegar on the tables would have been a plus. It is about 4.5 stars for my visit. Round up to 5 stars. We were here about the burger week. They are serving the Jamaican Me Crazy burger. Only this occasion they serve this kind of burger. This burger is top with grilled pineapple, applewood smoked bacon and mango purée. Very tasty. The patty of meat is grass-fed beef. The patty cooked to edge crispy and medium to center. Very good preparation on the grilled. If I revisit again, I will try their salmon burger and mushroom and Swiss burger. These two burger will be in my future visit. My sense is that want take their order "to go". Service - Very Good. Patrons place their order at the counter. The person who took our order was a relatively new hire. He was very friendly and had a nice way about him. Food - Good. The options for hamburgers is plentiful and there are options other than beef. I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger with fries. It was served hot and the single size was at least 8 ounces. The toppings were fresh and tasty. However, I had asked that the burger be cooked medium and it was served medium well.
