Best McDonald's experience in as long as I can remember. Easy in and out. Friendly helpful service. Quick too. They didn't forget anything and the McRib I dropped in for was sloppy delicious. Clean,clean restrooms,the food is hot so it takes a little longer ,but I'm ok with it. Not enough condiments, just dabs of ketchup and mustard, only two pickles, but the burger is slightly crispy like they should be. read more

I ordered breakfast at 10:20 AM arrived prior to switching over to lunch, but while waiting in line for 10 minutes, they canceled my order and issued a refund. So no breakfast. This place of business needs new management and new employees. This use to be a place to get late night munchies and such. Today however, was one of the most awful experiences ever. If you would hire people you wouldn't be understaffed and slow. That's the whole issue, we ordered and got our food 20 minutes after waiting, but what was interesting was we were still waiting for our drinks. We waited ANOTHER 15 minutes for a pineapple smoothie after reminding the girl upfront multiple times nicely, I work in customer service so i understand the rush. But there is a way to handle people and when someone asks about your job you need to do it. Not come from behind the counter screaming I'm going to take you out side and whoop your ass at your place of work. THEN follow us outside as we are leaving screaming you're calling the cops on us making the situation worse. You told us to leave we left but proceeded to instigate the issue. Mind you it wasn't just us politely reminding them many other customers were irritated. This very nice girl was next to me as we were chatting and said she ordered on the app 30 minutes ago, and still hasn't received anything, she was still waiting as we left. read more

I go here a lot, considering it's one of the only fast food places in the town. But the service is 50/50. One day you will get great 10/10 service then the next you get looked at with a dirty eye roll. The place is okay. read more

Torn. Waited to create this review. Didn't really want to but it's only fair to share my experience. Very nice staff. There is sometimes a wait but so appreciative of fast food in this remote area. The food is good, and soda is always so fresh. The other day I happened to remove the lid after finishing the soda and noticed that the ice had black particles in it. Seems to have been mold. Disappointing. I am now hesitant to trust any of their food. Regardless of how tasty. read more

Workers can be rude sometimes, but they can also be pretty nice, depends on which one. It's kinda dirty in there, but the decor is ok. They will mess up your food sometimes, but if it comes out right then it's not bad. It's very versatile. Could be good, could be bad. read more

This is literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. And not just one visit, or two visits, but every time we give it another chance it lets us down. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband & I have went to this McDonald's a few times now & evey time they some how mess our order up the last few times we ordered a #1 got a basic burger & my daughter didn't get her apples with the happy meal. Today we order 2 box of chicken nuggets & never got them, even though we paid for them. Didn't notice it tell we got home. (In Fort white) Today is officially the last time we go. Like the fast, friendly service, just remember to avoid the after school rush. Love that they still have Cinnamon melts on the menu. MDining space was clean and not crowded. Also, they have a little bit of outdoor space....it is well maintained. read more

If you want good service don't go over there young girl does not know how to count the money I gave her $20.35 for a Happy Meal that was $5.35 she gives me back $14 and one penny not sure where she got all that but if y'all want to get paid more money in a fast food service y'all need to do better as in learn how to count. I went there to have dinner with my cousin, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered three Quarter Pounders and when I took a bite of one it was completely pink in the middle, actually two of the three were pink in the middle, it was gross. I had them remake it and this time they burned it, and this morning I woke up with a severe stomachache and felt like puking. read more

this review should get minus 10 stars we went there on 08/07/19 through drive thru got home and the buns were burnt very badly. I called the store and mgr on duty was Chelsea I asked her if she was aware of the way the food was being sent out and she said yes that she was told to send it out anyway she said she could not do anything about it. I have tried to call several times the number on the receipt and I leave messages but no call back yet . I guess the owners dont care either. I am in the process of trying to find a number for a district mgr over franchises to deal with this ii will never give them another penny of my money we will go to hardees from now on read more

Absolutely the worst ever! Every time I go in there there is an issue. Ice machine in lobby currently broken, ice cream machine broken for weeks. Drive through orders are never right or missing straws or napkins. One or both of tea tanks are empty. I don't understand why this place is such a train wreck. This is a customer service review. Ok, it is Branford, but still... we went drive thru and ordered buttermilk chicken tenders. Voice says "we don't have tenders now" ... then we ask for buttermilk chicken sandwich. Ok. So we order Quarter Pounder with cheese. Voice says "we can't make Quarter Pounders right now"... me ??? To voice "so, it's 3:30 pm, what CAN I order? voice "anything else". So I order a cheeseburger & large fries, no salt. Pull up to pay, lady says "wait over there" & points to one of two drive thru only parking spaces. I started to ask why and heard the person behind me order chicken tenders and lady turned around to yell at cook "when we gettin tenders, people want them". Someone answered "15 minutes". Not wanting to know when, why, or how these tenders will materialize in 15, I pulled over & waited... 15 minutes, then my sandwich & cheeseburger arrived with piping hot fries, but cold cheeseburger. Lady handed me bag unapologetically & walked back toward building, then turned around to say "the fries with no salt made you wait" and she disappeared into the building. Well let me start with this, I walked in the door and it smelled of soggy potatoes. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and 1 No cheese 2 A WHOLE FREAKING ONION and three, a rubber meat slab that they thought was meat. The fries were disgusting, and yes, I'm speaking of McDonalds, they were cold and to top it off they felt like they had been soaking in a vat of 20 year old grease.
