So rude. I tried to order 4 plain quarter pound patties which I get is a strange order but I've ordered it at maybe 30+ McDonald's and have never had a problem.. but anyways, the guy didn't understand and wanted to charge me $29 for the 4 patties, which is usually $6-10 depending which McDonald's I'm at, but again I get it, it's a weird order. So I wasn't mad at all, he said he had to ask his manager to clarify. Then I overhear the manager say in Spanish "I am not going to go work the register just because some bothersome woman is being difficult. What does she want??" And looks over at me and rolls her eyes. Probably not realizing i could hear/ understand her. But I just put my hand up and said you know what, I'm good. Thanks anyways. Maybe I'm being dramatic but it was so upsetting and rude and I had to vent because I never leave reviews but something like that has never happened to me so yeah. Manager was useless and the person that took my order got it wrong again. He had it correct the first time when I said it and then changed it to something I didn't want. I called and was told it was a minor. Guess what I worked also in the fast food industry when I was 16-18 and ain't no way I would mess up that bad. Manager did offer to change my order but I was already at home so no. Hopefully he gets talked to and is told to listen to people carefully next time. read more

Placed an order through the app and arrived at the McDonald's, for them to tell me that my order couldn't be picked up because the system wasn't working and that I needed to cancel an order through the app which isn't possible and they stopped responding to me when I asked another question. After this I would rather drive 15 to a different location for better customer satisfaction read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Went here for breakfast this morning, REALLY had to use the bathroom. Went into the women's bathroom and the seat was covered with pee and traces of a women's menstrual cycle. I waited until the line calmed down and then asked the manager if she could get someone to clean it. She reluctantly said ok. 5 minutes goes by. NOTHING. Another 5 minutes goes by. NOTHING. FIFTEEN MINUTES later nothing gets done. At this point I'm about to pee my pants, which I let the workers know. They didn't seem to care because I waited another 5 minutes. Eventually someone comes out and looks in the bathroom. Comes out, speaks Spanish to her coworkers which I wasn't able to understand. She had to go to the bathroom so she went into the men's room and then came out told me to use that instead. I told them they should clean their bathroom and she said to speak to a manage. I said I did, she isn't doing anything. HOW DO YOU COMPLETELY DISREGARD SOMEONE WHO NEEDS TO USE THE BATHROOM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. workers with horrible attitude, i woke up early to get mcdonalds before i go to my college and i was very hungry. i was with my friend and we pull up and we order three hashbrowns, one sausage biscuit and one egg McMuffin, she asked if we want the meal or just the sandwich and since we weren't sure we asked what comes with the meal and the worker stayed quiet and didnt respond so we said just the sandwich. she says okay pull up and she says to go to the next window, assuming we pay and get out food and the woman almost hands us the wrong food so we say thats not ours. two of 5 ladies ask for our receipt and we say that we dont have one because we haven't paid and how much is it and she asks again and says where's our receipt, me and my friend are both spanish speaking and we spoke spanish so we could communicate better. at this point i was very frustrated and then all five of the ladies started yelling at us through the drive thru window like we were trying to pull something and we were saying that how much is oor order so we can pay and they continued to yell. i said none of this is our fault and we decided to leave. i was so angry and i decided not to get out the car and make the situation worse. ive been going to that McDonald's and ive never seen anything that bad. me and my friend were gonna get food from there and drinks from starbies but we couldn't get either and it completely ruined our days. this was around 7:20 am on feb 8, 2023. never felt so disrespected in my life by 5 ladies screaming at me at 7 am in the morning. read more

Really rude, unhelpful in breaking up a payment for two parties in one car. We first asked for two separate orders, they said no. So we asked them to break a $50 so one of us could pay and the other pay me back. How do they not offer a way for two parties to pay for their order? That's just wrong. Very upsetting after a long night. The lady closed the window on us and didn't want to even address us. Awful. The absolute worst! The service is terrible. The people working the drive through have no customer service skills at all. No hello, thank you, have a good day... nothing. I could tolerate that if they just get my order right most of the time. The management just allows the poor service to happen and then wonder why the customers get mad. The food is too expensive to get this type of service. I have learned my lesson. After giving chance after chance after chance, I have finally had enough. I go through the drive thru yesterday and place an order for a quarter pounder nuggets fries and a cheeseburger the total came out to $19.06 i get up to the window and the young man repeats my order to me correctly so i tell him yes that's me right behind him comes a young girl short, hispanic, maybe 16-18 years old and had curly hair who i believe recognized me because she looked into the car and started laughing, then i saw her click something on the POS, i proceed to give the young man my card and when i get my receipt it's $30 i pull up to the pick up window and i explain the situation to the manager who was very kind and friendly, but for some reason the young girl transports from the pay window to the pick up window to watch on, makes me think she knows what she did. the manager said i should get a refund within 3 days and when i ask for the receipt they tell me the receipt machine isn't working, i didn't wanna stress out the manager any more than she was so i said alright, and then they try to give the another wrong order luckily the manager was at the window and says that's not their order, to the manager (young lady light skin, and glasses) thank you very much for your help i know that job isn't easy but your doing great, im sorry that your staff has to mess things up for you that you have to deal with, next time i see you i'll have something for ya. read more

Poor experience. Used the kiosk and it took a long time to navigate. No one offered assistance. There were no cups next to the kiosk so I could make my own drink at the soda station. I sat down and watched people who were helped on line, after I completed my kiosk transaction, be served. The lady who brought me my order did not bring me a cup for my drink. She told me to look by the kiosk. There were absolutely no cups there. She insisted there were. We looked together. She saw there were none. I waited an additional few minutes to bring me my own cup so I could make my own drink. I would have made it for the person at that point. She also didn't give me any napkins for my order whatsoever. Burger cold and fries were cold. I won't come to this McDonald's and use the kiosk again. Fail. read more

The establishment had exceptional customer service and they atmosphere was welcoming. Even when the line is longer than usual, one can expect to wait no longer than 30 minutes. Best of all that I have to say is that there are inexpensively priced chicken nugs and tendies read more

Horrible customer service I'm not a person to leave reviews unless they are good ones but this place staff was definitely one of the worst examples of customer service. A couple nights ago placed a order through Uber eats and the full order was not sent. I was told by manager if I wanted to I could go get it another day or come pick it up that night but obviously if it's done through Uber eats it's cause I can't get there. Then Sunday night 8/23/20 same incident happened where I placed order and they forgot basically half my order. My wife called and was told to pick it up and they would send the other part of my order from my previous order as well. And as a courtesy I would receive a voucher. As I arrived at the restaurant I went to the window and was told other wise and on top of that I was basically called a liar and a thief. I was told by attending staff that wether I was lying or not that there's a god and he knows. As I was told that it's my face of previously doing that. Talking to me and accusing me of being someone I'm not. I don't understand how the restaurant messes up not one but two orders in less than a week and I the customer have to be the one looked at like I'm in the wrong . read more
