It was not busy, but we unfortunately waited over 10 minutes in the front by the door before someone greeted us. There was a bartender but she never even apologized or let us know what was going on. We were finally seated without menus and just sat there with our two toddlers waiting for service. Once our server came, he left to get us menus. We were ready to order but our server went to two other tables that were seated after us and took their orders. By this time our toddlers weren't happy. After we placed our order, we waited a while for our food. The burger was good but the fries were extremely over cooked. They were dried out and crispy like deformed potato chips. So I used to be a frequent visitor when they had the Plainview location. But unfortunately that shut down, so now whenever we're in the area we like to come back. Justin manning the bar and taking food orders was awesome. Very fast service, extremely friendly. The ambience throughout was incredible. I didn't love that the chips were so heavily dyed, and they were a bit greasy from being fried. The north shore Kobe burger is the best tasting burger on Long Island. But I've tried a couple burgers and have never been disappointed

First time here. Had a special promotion for a free appetizer, which our waitperson had a difficult time handling. He had to ask the manager. Then after he straightened that out, he forgot to bring it out with our meals. Again and again, he was asked. We were almost finished when he finally brought it out. Please keep in mind that although this place is a bar, it draws families in because it makes these special milkshakes. Bars are usually noisy. Add kids and it is way too loud. We were fine until four kids were seated right next to us. Then we moved to a wobbly table. The third time was fine but very close to the bar.
