FIVE stars for the manager at around 3:30 on 9/20/25. He was the most friendly, helpful person to anyone who had a question, even if it wasn't about something at McDonalds. Witnessed him help people new to the city, he was extremely kind to me regarding a happy meal toy :), and deserves recognition for his amazing customer service. Four stars for the restaurant. It was clean and good, but the table tents and ordering kiosk system were a bit confusing. Overall good, and the manager made our experience lovely. Thank you. read more

Coffee. Coffee is what I needed this morning and this McDonald's did a fine job. The young kid working the register was clearly new and probably just finishing his training. He tried and no fault there. He was completely out of coins and a little flustered at trying to make change. I was understanding and let it go. A few minutes later, an assistant manager brought me the change with an apology. Coffee was great. The usual McDonald's hot but a few ice cubes from the soda fountain and it was drinkable. I am now appropriately caffeinated. The store is clean. The soda fountain area was clean and stocked. A woman was mopping the store in sections and wiping down tables. I sat at a bench seat in the corner with a power outlet and ate up some of their wifi while sipping at my coffee. Overall, a pleasant experience. This is a very good McDonald's as far as McDonald's go. My kids really enjoy the breakfast food here. I'm a big fan of the coffee. We always order via the McDonalds app. The drive-through is always super fast, even when it's quite busy. Ordering through the app makes the drive-through even faster. The staff is polite. Food is tasty. we've been to a few other McDonald's where the service is significantly slower and the food is not as good. We only wish they had a play place! read more

It's a McDonald's. Not a great one, either. Being in Brentwood and being a franchise, it costs more than any other McDonald's, while keeping the same "Super don't care" attitude you've come to expect and tolerate from the chain. I once had the guy at the window scream across the parking lot at Brentwood's premier homeless man, Chuck. I see Chuck a lot. I bought a painting he did once before he slipped a little bit more mentally. He's alright. The food's not great, but like I said, it's Mcdonald's. Just go to Sonic. Or cook a burger yourself. Little bit of olive oil in a hot pan. Ground beef, some spices. Not super tough. Better than this. Drinks are still a dollar, so that's a plus. One plus, total. Neat. read more

I am only giving this restaurant a one star today we're generally I would give it a five star. I would hope that someone from management might reach out to me as all of my food was cold. The line of cars did not move very fast, it took about 20 minutes to go from waiting to the window. By the time I got there, I had to get my food and drive, as I was reaching into my bag I realized everything was cold, the French fries, the Burger, I've never had such cold food from McDonald's in my life. This has to be the worst McDonalds in existence this side of the Mississippi. They are frequently out of items, what you do get seems to have been cooked hours, if not days, ahead of time (perhaps leftovers from previous days). First, a note on what five stars means. This isn't a fancy steakhouse. It's fast food. So my rating is based on how this McDonalds compares to other fast food places. Second - why review McDonalds? Because this place deserves some kudos. This particular location is a training site for area McDonalds. As such, the service is better than I've ever had in a fast food restaurant (including the always chipper Chik Fil A). When a friend commented to the management about a problem, it was fixed. And that's really all you want much of the time. We're not measured by the mistakes as much as how we resolve them. Arrived at 7:30 during the morning rush and though the line was long it went relatively fast. Friendly staff and had no problem with my food or ordering! So much for GOOD LUCK. I come to get a Shamrock Shake McFlurry on St. Patty's day. I get to the window and the girl there hands me a shake with BARLY any ice cream in it and all the green stuff. She gave me an extra cup of ice cream for me to fill it up with myself in the car. Well, that didn't go well. I got all the green stuff in the car, who has time to do that? Just remake the shake. I know we're in a pandemic, but people don't have time to mix it up with the extra ice cream. They could have re made it quickly enough. I could hardly stir it too and it started dripping everywhere in the car. It was the worst experience I've had with any ice cream at all in my life and the worst experience I've had with a Shamrock Shake from McDonald's. I'll never come to this McDonald's again for food. There's a smarta$$ girl named Sandra who was working the drive thru today. She was extremely rude to my husband and me, as we ordered over the speaker. When I asked if there was a manager, she told me that she was the manager! I got the number for corporate, and complained to a voicemail. Everyone at this location has always been friendly and courteous, so I was shocked when she was rude (more than once) and kept cutting me off, saying she knew I had a "Thursday coupon", which I don't even know what that is!?! This McDonald's is right beside the hotel I'm staying in, so it's one of my only options for food at night because I don't have a car here. The hours on the doors say the dining room is open until 11pm. This isn't true, apparently, because they locked me out at 9pm. Quite irritating. They either need to go by the hours they have posted or change them, so that people don't have to walk in the cold rain to find themselves locked out. I'm very disappointed. read more

Me and my family were coming home from Madison, Wisconsin; an 11 hour trip. we had been driving sense 5:30 am and we were VERY tired. And wanted to have a quick pit stop and get a few milkshakes. When I was 16 years old I worked at McDonald's. We prided ourselves in being able to correctly fulfill orders and have customers on their way within 60 seconds of them placing their drive-through order. The Brentwood McDonald's is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever encountered in my life. I consistently experience anywhere from 8 minutes to 21 minutes wait time in their drive-through. Staff is rude and they operate in the slowest mode possible. The pictures I have attached were from my last visit and it shows both associates playing on their cell phones instead of attending to customers. Tonight I decided to try once again and this time paid with cash expecting change but when I looked at my receipt the amount tendered was incorrect and I got no change back. Luckily it was only a few cents. I guess it's not a total loss... At least the fries are usually hot, regardless if they get the rest of your order correct or not. read more

Consistently bad service. This review is over multiple visits so this is not a one time issue. Waited the other day for over 20 minutes for two biscuits. I'll admit it is not usually that bad but there's always an extremely long wait. Don't come here during peak hours if you are short on time. Don't trust their menu prices. Their sign says 2 hash browns for $2.00 when it's $2.50 before tax. They charge almost a dollar more for a large frappe than the McDonald's 4 miles down the road and others in the area. Went through the drive through. Did not get a receipt. Got my sandwich and left. Got home and opened the box. It looked like there had been some sort of struggle in the kitchen. Half of the sandwich was bathed in tartar sauce. It was a filet of fish so that is just obnoxious. There are no napkins in the bag. Well that is now a problem as this is messier than the worst sloppy joe. Oh look. The fish and the cheese are at 90 degree angles and neither is centered on either bun. I went by the grab a small Diet Coke and french fries but considered a small order of chicken nuggets. I'm not a frequent McDonalds visitor but was craving salty fries and a bubbly drink after a night of drinking so I asked for just a second to view the nugget options before I ordered. I forgot my glasses so asked what my nugget count options were and didn't get a response. I asked again and he told me my options were 10 and 20. I found it hard to believe those were my only options considering kids meals, so I asked if I could have a count of 4 or 6? He then loaded 6 onto my screen without giving me a response. Long story short, the man taking my order wasn't attentive in the slightest, for even such a small order. I probably would have checked every piece if I were to have ordered several meals. When I got my food from the second window, I was sad to notice my medium fries look more like the amount I would imagine you get from a happy meal. I don't necessarily place McDonalds at the highest standard considering, but I feel like even at the lowest standards, it's not hard to be less stingy with a few french fries and an experience worth repeating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS!! If I could give this location less than one star I would. 109 E Park Dr, Brentwood, TN 37027 Waited for 10 minutes (5/13/18 at 7pm) while the manager and 3 other employees ignored myself, my wife and son. No one was in the restaurant but us. We felt so unwelcome we decided it was best to leave and go somewhere else to eat. This MCD has the slowest and most hostile employees I have ever encountered in a service industry business. The manager not only ignored us, but looked at us with what I can only describe as contempt. I have never felt as unwelcome at a business in my life. I have eaten at this location several times and have never had good service. 20-30 minute wait is not unusual. Needless to say I will never go back. The owner of this location better pay more attention to who he/she hires or they will be out of business very soon. In addition to being ignored we witnessed an employee sound asleep on one of the dining room bench seats. We didn't come into the store late, we were there 3 hours before closing. read more

Went inside at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. Two cashiers...lots of people waiting for orders but no problem taking my order. Watched as everyone got their orders...looked like they ran out of coffee, so I thought that must be why mine didn't come up. After 20 minutes, I finally realized something was wrong -looked like someone cleared my order without actually giving it to me. So, after bringing it to their attention, another five minutes went by while they gave orders to drive thru customers and inside customers, but still not mine. I finally decided that 30 minutes to wait for a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit and coffee was too long..i asked for my money back...then they had run out of ones...wow....manager was not concerned as much with me and the inside customers as making sure the drive thru went as fast as possible. I left there at 10 a.m and went to chik fil-a. McDonalds needs to rethink how they handle orders inside the restaurant...I probably won't go in to this one again soon. read more
